In VKM1 field VBKRED-KWKKE Credit value beyond the credit horizon is blank?

Hello,
I see that note 728744 addresses this issue.  We are on a later release that this note applies to and yet we are still having the issue of this field appearing blank in VKM1.  Has anyone encountered this?
Thanks, Kevin

Hi,
Thanks for suggestion but FAGL3KEH is not applicable.
Right now, I do not have problem with Profit Center field. I am just having problem with Field1 - I want it to inherit blank values and not overwrite blank values with existing values from offsetting legs.
Any suggestions should only affect 1 field and not another of my splitting characteristic- which in my case is Profit Center.
Thank you.

  • Credit value used in credit check

    Hi,
Could any one help me understand how credit value is calculated in credit check for sales orders.
I was assuming that credit value is undelivered value returned by fm -SD_CREDIT_VALUE_ORDER.
When i debug this fm gives me different value each time.Acoording to the config Total amount of order(incl tax) should be used for credit check.
    Thanks in advance.
    Priya.

Hope you have released the credit block and then when you are changing any parameter(other than qty and value) the order is going on credit check again? If yes, in OVA8 - under " Released orders are still unchecked" maintain number of days or percentage of change of value. Then the reeleased orders will not be checked again .
If you havent released the credit blocked order and when ever you do any changes to order and save it, you will get the credit blocked message all the times. If the amount is not consistent then may be you can execute few programs to reset the open credit value of the customers. Please refer to the below notes for incorrect credit values.

I have an iTunes account with a $25.00 credit but everytime I go to purchase a song, it goes to my credit card details. How do I use the iTunes credit and not the credit card?

Just to confirm, you are logged into the iTunes Store using the account in which the balance exists, and the balance is showing at the top of the iTunes Store window? And you're not trying to purchase gifts for someone else?

  • Cumulative credit value against the combined invoice value

Is there any FI table where we can find cumulative credit value against combined invoice value.
    The scenario is..
There is a combined invoive created  for multiple sales documents for the value 5000 dollers .
1.I have created a credit memo& accounting document for 2000 dollers with ref. to the above invoice.
2.Again I can create credit memo&accounting document for 5000 dollers with ref. to the same invoice
also we can keep on creating credit memos with the value more than the combined invoice value.
I would like to put the check that the system should issue the warning while try to create credit memo with the cumulative value more than the invoice value

    Dear Megha,
Max.open.item % is meant for different purpose, and we can mention Maximum percentage of overdue open items/customer balance in that field.
In order to meet up your requirement, use the option Oldest Open ITEM. This will solve your issue.
Activate the indicator OLDESTOPENITEM indicator; and check the STATUS/BLOCK indicator.
If you enter Days oldestItem as 1; then, the system will check if there are any open items (open accounting documents) which are due for one day; If the sysetm finds such open items, then it will block subsequent orders.
You can make use of the transaction FD10N to find out the overdue open items.
I have not tried with value 0 for this particular field. Just try. Hope this will solve your issue.
    Thank you

  • Include interest credit memo in the credit memo for principal invoice

    Hi,
Standard SAP computes interest at month end from the FI module.  In our project we are required to generate Invoices (Bills) for interest and we decided to use the standard SAP calculation function and then generate an Invoice for interest billing from the SD module - based on this calculation.
Further in this business process, we are encountering two main issues:
    1) In the case when a credit note is issued to the customer (in SD), the requirement is that the system back tracks all the associated invoice and invoices on the interest charged and include this in the credit note (interest reversal needs to be  included in the same credit note). The customer needs a clear traceability linking the invoices and related credit notes in this process.
This is not supported in standard SAP since the reversal of interest calculation is done in a separate credit note (and usually as part of month end processing!).
    2) If we somehow manage to club the interest reversal into a single credit note along with the reversal of principal invoice amount (potentially through a user exit!), then in the subsequent interest calculation run, the amout pertaining to the reversal of interest amount is also taking into conideration for the calculation of interest. As per customer requirement, the reversal of the interest amount should be excluded  from this calculation.
If you have encountered similar solution elsewhere in other projects, please let me know how this can be done.
    Thanks very much in advance!
    John

    Hi Nagarajan,
Thanks a lot for your answer! Yes, you are absolutely right, the variable number for this field was #100.
Unfortunately, this solution worked partially for us. In our case, we also needed to specify a "Document Date" (Tax Date) for the ref. document and there was a problem, because we could not find SAP variable number for this (I don't know if this exists?)
In the final, I just related "OJDT" to "VPM2" table and after that I have got my "TaxDate" field.
    So we are good now.
In addition, maybe you know where can I get a variable numbers catalogue or something like that?
    Thanks,
    Sergey

  • How to summarize Open sales order credit value

    Hi, friends.
I am designing Add-on report about credit exposure.
I found the relevant tables of Credit Limit in FD32
    KNKK
    S066
    S067
Then, I would like to show the document details of open sales order credit value in the report.
I tried to summarize the open sales order amount from VBAK, VAUK, VBAP, VBUP.
However, it doest match to the amount in S066 table.
Can anyone tell us how to summarize Open sales order credit value from SD documents?
    Regards,
    Yu

    Sudheer,
You need to check the update rule given in the definition of the Credit control Area which you are using for credit management. If you want only the open deliveries then you need to have update rule 15 in the credit control area.
In the credit controal settings, you need to have settings for the credit check at the delivery level.
Hope this will solve your issue.
    Regards,
    Chetan

  • Open Billing Doc value table in Credit management

    Hello All,
I am having the open billing document vaule in credit management,
I need the details that from which billing document, what value has come.
Is there any table for get these details.
    Advance thanks
    Thanks and Regards
    Sridhar

    Hi,
the system updates open values for credit management. These are:
Open sales order credit value (S066-OEIKW)
    Open delivery credit value (S067-OLIKW)
Open billing document credit value (S067-OFAKW)
The system updates the open values in standard SIS structures S066 and S067. Technically, the structures are transparent tables. You can display the contents using transaction SE16 or using table maintenance.
The S067-OLIKW will give the open delivery credit values credit.Check in you system whether this table is updated with the delivery values for the credit account(customer number)
RVKRED77 u2013 Reorganize SD credit data
When updating errors occur, it enables you to reorganize the open credit, delivery and billing document values.
If the table is not updated run this report in background.

  • VKM4- How does the Credit Value calculated?

    Hello SD Experts,
See below VKM4 screenshot what is the significance of credit value? How does it calculated. How can i get the calculation of credit value for a sales order? I know net value is taken from items net value minus taxes.
This is what F1 help shows but i could not get it how it arrived to the Credit value figure.
    F1 Help
    Credit value
Specifies the value of the open items.
In the order, this value is
    the quantity not yet delivered
    the quantity not yet billed
In the delivery, this value is
    the quantity not yet billed
If anyone can explain me where can i track/see the values tied to sales order it will be great.
    Thanks

    Dalai,
In V/08 please check for the relevant pricing procedure, usually we assign Subtotal A for the total amount of Net value+Tax .

  • How to Cater Credit Floor Policy in Credit Management

    Dear Guru's,
    Here is the issue,
My client has policy of credit ceiling and credit floor ,which  are:
    Credit Ceiling:
During the month O/s balance should be raised up to the Maximum Credit Ceiling, if any sales order  proceeds beyond Maximum Limit the system should block the Sales Order unit the balance payment received.
    Credit Floor:
Its is the limit at which a customer should be at the end of the month. No  sales order of the subsequent month can be processed until the O/s balance reduced up to the credit floor level
To my understanding Credit Ceiling concept can be mapped in sap as normal credit management but the credit floor doesnt.Anyhow if any other solution is there plz post it

    Hi,
Both of your requirement Can be solved through Credit managment :
    Foe Later One :
Overview Screen --Control Area data -- -Status
there under Credit Horizon date : Give here the month end date (so that only those orders whose value falls with in the horizon date will be taken in to account for calculating credit limit)
NOW under Automatic Control Setting :(for spc combin of ur customer (CCA+ Ris CAt + Cred Grp + Crd Cond) :
CHECK :Item Check( By doing this system will block the sales order ...just when we enter the material)
CHECK : Dynamic (by doing it system will ignore all the orders which are due for delivery after HORIZON Date).
Hope this will solve your Problem.
    Thanks!

  • About the credit exposure (ECC 6.0)

    Dear all
I am trying to set up a credit limit control.
One of the requirements is NOT to include the open order values in the credit exposure. So what I did was the following.
    1. Go to OVA8
    2. Uncheck "Open orders" in the "Check" area
Now, the procedure above did not work, and when I register orders (without registering delivery notes), the credit exposure was increased by those amounts.
I assumed that this is related to "Update" being set to "000012". So, I did the following.
    1. Go to OB45
    2. Changing the value in the update field from "000012" to "000018" for the credit control area.
Now that wouldn't change the situation either.
Could you possibly give me your advice on this?
The system I'm using is "ECC 6.0"

  • Is there a way for a form field to show a name when the client sees it, but have the name disappear

My client needs a PDF with fields. It's a letter. They want the areas for the header - names/addresses/company name/date, etc. to be variable, but when THEIR client looks at it, they want them to know what the field is. So they want the field labeled. But when the client then types in the field, they want that label to disappear.
This one has me stumped! Thanks!

In a text field, use Options > Default value. The user will have to delete what you write there when entering new text, or you'll get both.

  • Creating the New Update groups in case of the Credit Management

Hi Can any one help out in the following requirement:
Is it possible to Create a new update group in case of the Credit Management?SAP standard provides only three update groups viz., 000012, 000015 and 000018. We would like to have a customized group in order to meet the clients requirements.
Also is it possible to update the open contracts value in the credit exposure?
       Thanks & Regards
       Soma

    HI
You can define your own credit groups  according to your client's requirement.
    here is the path....
    IMG > SPRO>SALES AND DISTRIBUTION --> BASIC FUNCTIONS -->
CREDIT MANAGEMNT / RISK MANAGEMENT --> CREDIT MANAGEMENT
-->  DEFINE CREDIT GROUPS --> NEW ENTRIES AND CREATE YOUR OWN
CREDIT GROUPS AS UR UR REQUIREMENTS.
hope this will help u ...
    bye

  • I have used a pre-paid credit card and it wont let me buy things on the account  even free stuff, when i try and download anything it says insufficient credit then it says update billing adress but i cant get rid of the credit card please help?

i would really like help fixing it because it still has a 25$ itunes card

If the amount of the purchase is close to $21.07, then you need to take into account taxes may be added.
If you go beyond the credit from a gift card the balance will be billed to your credit card account.

  • Credit Memo Request and Credit Management

Hi, can anyone advise the following?
I noticed that sales values of the credit memo request is updated to the open delivery instead of open order in the credit master.  Why is this so?  Also, when i select a order order reason configured with fixed value '1' 'relevant for retro-billing, then the sales value is not updated.  What's the purpose of this indicator in the configuration?
    Thanks
    PP

    hello, PP.
i don't have an answer yet.  actually, i will add to your question.
a credit memo request is supposed to be not relevant for delivery.  so why is this updating open delivery value?  maybe it's SAP standard?  maybe credit group 03 (delivery docs) was assigned to the credit memo request doc type?  if so, why assign credit management to credit memo requests anyway?
    regards.
