Increase max limit of extended attribute characters

Question

I need to be able to save more then 150 characters in an extended attribute.  Where can this be configured to allow up to 200 characters?

Hello, we needed to do this for EA Free text field and expand to allow 20000 chars. Oracle gave us this solution:
