Infoset ABAP help

Question

Hello,
I am trying to add some additional fields in the extras area of an infoset and I need to add some code to fetch the data I require, Can anyone help?
In my infoset I have table IHPA (Site Maintenance: Partners) which I would like to link to tables T527X (Organisational units and PA0002 HR Personal Data). There is no obvious link between the tables.
I have created two additional fields in the infoset ORGUNIT_NAME & EMPLOYEE_NAME
I need some ABAP which follows this logic:
1. ORGUNIT_NAME
IF IHPA-PARVW (partner type) = 'AB' (Dept resp - Org Unit)
COMPARE IHPA-PARNR (partner number) WITH T527X-ORGEH (Org Unit number)
If a match occurs then write T527X-ORGTX (org unit text) to additional field ORGUNIT_NAME
2. EMPLOYEE_NAME
IF IHPA-PARVW (partner type) = 'Z9' (Employee Number)
COMPARE IHPA-PARNR (partner number) WITH PA0002-PERNR (Personnel number)
If a match occurs then concatenate fields PA0002-VORNA (First name) SPACE PA0002-NACHN (Last name) and write to additional field EMPLOYEE NAME

Thanks for all help from you.
  I realised that my problem actually can not be just simply solved by modify the selection screen, since I need selection some periods from one fiscal year, then get some periods from another fiscal year, which two part of periods are not the same. Also I need the sum the total from all the periods that I selected, instead of list them in report.
  My solution is modified the code behind the infoset to control selection in different periods for different fiscal year, then adding the subtotal total section in infoset Query, finally use a menu function(total drilldown) to leave only subtotal sections in report.
