Integration of TFS with Eclipse to run the Selenium scripts

Dear All,
We came across with a difficult situation to build an automation framework for our customer. The objective is to find out a common
scripting language/tools which can integrate and run automated scripts from both HP ALM and MS TFS test management tools. Below are the two solutions we are trying to explore more. Any information regarding the same will be really appreciated.
1. Integration of Microsoft TFS with eclipse and running of automated test cases ( Selenium scripts)
2. Integration of HP ALM to Visual studio - Here we are checking feasibility of integration and running test cases from HP ALM(.Net
scripts)

I am not quite sure you can do that and it would even be not supported... Again, what is the purpose? Why do you want to run your openscript code in Eclipse?
What is the code you try to run?
As an example, even if you include al the jar files and so on. don't think the function "Launch Browser" could work because it isn't only java code orjar files.....
If you give us more background. maybe we can guide you to a better solution...

Getting windows error during running the sql scripts from form 6i

I made a little form application. The purpose of this application is to generate explain plan for a particular SQL. Some sql scripts run internally in order to populate the result on forms screen after pressing the forms button but I am getting windows error during running the sql scripts from form 6i.
I am using forms 6i with patch 17 with Oracle 10G database on windows 2000 professional on same computer.
This application runs fine with 8i.
Please inform me where the problem is and how to overcome it.

I am using Text_IO in my form's when button press trigger , inorder to create the
text file, then in the same when button press triger
I am calling RMAN via host command in order to run the script which was created by text_IO.

Got an exception after run the import script in the command prompt

import script run successfully in the command prompt with apps user.
But when i am opening the page in the front end oracle applications, i got the below exception.

After import completed successfully,i have bounce the apache server by connecting functional administrator and clear the cache(it si fine or not),
it is working fine,actually i never do this,i directly bounce the apache.

This seems like a very strange thing to want to do.
What is the perl script doing?
Do other programs (not some shell script) access this server-side perl script from a different machine?
If so how do they do it?
What currently triggers the perl script to execute?
What currently handles the output from the perl script?
If you can answer these questions (and understand the answers) you should be able to come up with a different approach to this.
You do not really want to call a remote perl script from a Java program, you want to achieve the effect you think that would have if you could do it.
So find the answers to the above questions, write them on 3" x 5" cards and lay them out on your desk.
What flow of control needs to happen? Which piece of code needs to produce or consume which piece of data?
If that fails, ask you self or who ever is making you do this what are the use-cases?
If you do not know what use-cases are or do not understand them well enough try reading

Running the deinstall script via SQLPlus

Hi folks,
There are plenty of examples in the forum of how to run the apex install scripts by reading the contents of APEX_APPLICATION_SUPP_OBJ_SCR. I can't find where the contents of the deinstallation script is stored. Has anyone discovered this?
I would like to be able run the deinstall script followed by all of the install scripts from a single SQL script to speed up development?
Any help appreciated.

I have somewhat of a similar process, where I asked on the ASP.NET forums, as I needed my users of an Intranet site to be able to have a script run with the click of the button. I was told that it was not possible, as the browser is built to not allow stuff
like this for security reasons.
I haven't heard of a plugin so maybe there are other ways, but what I actually had to do, was create a batch file, and than on my webpage I added an IFrame

Than either in the html markup you can set the src attribute (I did mine in the code behind), to the directory where the file is at, so for instance \\myserver\fileishere
Obviously the location needs to be shared and allow all users read/execute. This will display the file on the web page, and then the users, just double click it and it executes.
You can possibly have a batch file that calls powershell and the script, but the script will need to be downloaded to the users machine, so it may be easier to find a batch equivallent of your powershell script and use DOS commands

I have created two weblogic portal domains one in DEV, and other in TEST. Each domain is a cluster of two managed servers. Portal content propagation script is failing and I have opened a support case with Oracle. Support engineer has asked me to run the propagation script after enabling verbose logging. I am a weblogic administrator, not a developer, I don't have access any of my development team until Monday. When I spoke with Support engineer earlier he said it can be accomplished using deployment plan.

Are you sure that you have the Mac version, as there is a Windows version, as well as a few game console versions.
Sounds as though that may be a Windows or other version.

Problem with checkbox and run the get button event continuously

I have a checkbox list of 3 sensors. I have used the X-Control (for checkbox) found in the following link for my application https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-30558. I have problems to achieve the following.
Suppose i check Vibration and Strain, I should be able to display both Vibration and Strain data. (I should compare each element of 1d array with the string constant and run the case structure).
I have to run the GET event continuously to display the data.
I have attached the code to the post.
Please can anyone suggest how to go about this.

Integrating ECC reports with BW reports in the Portal

Greetings experts!
How, if at all, can one integrate BW reports that are in BW Roles in the portal (i.e. an enduser runs reports using the "new analysis" button in the portal via the 0analysis_pattern template) with ECC reports in the portal?
Requirement:
End users are looking for one location to go for all their reporting needs (ECC and BW) in the portal.
BW developers wish to continue the deployment and management of reports via the BW roles that reside in BW and stay away from creating an iview for every BW report.
Is this possible? thanks in advance for all your responses.

I am not sure how your ECC reports display in the Portal however I assume they are associated with an ECC Role.
You do not need to create an iview for each BW report. Upload your roles into the Portal under System Administration > Transport > Role Upload.
Each role in your ABAP (BW) role will be created in an assoicated Portal Role.
These roles will display in the Top Level Navigation, as do all roles that have been assigned to a user. The Reports of the Roles then display in the Detailed Navigation frame in the portal, once the role has been selected in the Top Level Navigation.
In this way your users go to one place, the portal to execute reports.

Problem with Jdev11G while running the jsp files

I have a porblem with my jdev 11g
when i create a new application and create a new jsf page (ex PAGE1.jspx) and run it every thing is fine...
When i create a second page (ex PAGE2.jspx) and run it then it is displaying the PAGE1.jspx only and
then i need to manually type the page2 url in browser to access the page2.
If create n number of pages and run any of the page it is navigating to the PAGE1.jspx only
I was not having this problem when iam working with jdev 10g .
Is there and setting i need to change to avoid this or is it the feature of 11g

there is nothing selected in default property of project properties of veiw controller
run/Debug/profile section..
only one check box is checked .i.e (Attempt to run archive file before default).
When i uncheck that one iam unable to run my application
It is displaying a popup wiht a message "chose default target to run".
One thing i noticed is when i run the pages from faces-config.xml by selecting the
page icon and right click and run .. iam able to see the exact jsp in browser
when i run the jsp directly iam getting the problem....

I was trying to run the store front application.
As i was trying to run the scripts to create the tables, stored procedure, schemas etc, the execution of the ant script failed with the following error:

Even after commenting and uncommenting the path for the imageurl variable in the ImageLoaderServiceAMImpl.java, i am getting the following error when trying to build the schema from the MasterbuildScript Project:
