Interop problem : Weblogic 12.2 to MQ 7.5

Hi,
I was able to integrate Weblogic server 12.2 and WMQ 7.5
I am able to receive messages to my MDB from the WMQ Queue.
But i am not able to access my MDB from weblogic.
I looked up the known bugs: Bug ID: JDK-6614558 jmx interop JDK5 - JDK6 issue when calling getMBeanInfo;
And this bug continues to appear ......in 8u40....with both server and client on the same version.
Could someone please help me!!!
Thanks,
Sujatha
I am getting the following error:

I am using WMQ 7.5.
I am using iiop protocol.And it is a bug in RMI/IIOP serialization.
Bug ID: JDK-6614558 jmx interop JDK5 - JDK6 issue when calling getMBeanInfo;
This bug was resolved and updated in 6u12 but i am using 8u40.
The problem persists.

  • JSF(2.1 & 2.2) upload problem Weblogic 12.1.1

    Hi all.
    I'm trying to configure an upload element with JSF, running on Weblogic 12.1.1.
    I tried this both with JSF 2.1 (custom component, custom filter) and the new h:inputFile tag in JSF 2.2
    And with both implementations I'm getting the same error from Weblogic: weblogic.servlet.utils.fileupload.SizeException: The field myElementId exceeds its maximum permitted  size of 0 characters
    I already found where the problem is coming from: Weblogic seems to ignore the max-file-size setting(part of the multipart-config tag) in the web.xml
    <servlet>
        <servlet-name>Faces Servlet</servlet-name>
        <servlet-class>javax.faces.webapp.FacesServlet</servlet-class>
        <load-on-startup>1</load-on-startup>
       <multipart-config>
            <location>/tmp</location>
            <max-file-size>20848820</max-file-size>
            <max-request-size>418018841</max-request-size>
            <file-size-threshold>1048576</file-size-threshold>
          </multipart-config>
      </servlet>
    Without the <multipart-config> part, nothing happened when clicking the upload button. So Weblogic is using the multipart-config tag, but not the max-file-size tag.
    On Glashfish it all works fine. So the configuration seems to be OK. And the problem seems to be Weblogic related.
    Finally, to doublecheck, we modified the FacesServlet class (JSF 2.2, org.apache.myfaces 2.2.0-SNAPSHOT version) itself with the @MultipartConfig annotation
    @MultipartConfig(maxFileSize = 10485760L)
    public final class FacesServlet implements Servlet
    And this worked!
    so finally my question :-)
    How can I set the maxFileSize on Weblogic in a 'normal' way?  Am I missing something? Is there maybe a weblogic.xml setting for this?
    Thanks,
    Jorden

    problem seems to be solved by using the com,sun.faces 2.2.2 version

  • HttpClusterServlet Proxy Plugin problem - Weblogic Express 10

    Hi,
    I am using Weblogic Express 10 version. I am trying to configure HttpClusterServelet in one of my test machine.
    I have a Admin server and 3 Managed servers which are part of clusters. I have a test war file which is deployed on to the cluster.
    I am able to open the test war file application by hitting Managed servers URL's & Port no's
    for eg: http://hostname:portno/testapp
    Now I have created a war file with httpclusterserver features and deployed it to Admin server. (created web.xml & weblogic.xml inside WEB-INF directory and built it as war file and deployed it to Admin server)
    so practically whenever I hit the Admin server URL my request should be proxied to one of the three Managed server which are part of the cluster
    But when I try to open the application through admin server hostname and port no, I get below 403 exception on browser
    Error 403--Forbidden
    From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
    10.4.4 403 Forbidden
    The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it. Authorization will not help and the request SHOULD NOT be repeated. If the request method was not HEAD and the server wishes to make public why the request has not been fulfilled, it SHOULD describe the reason for the refusal in the entity. This status code is commonly used when the server does not wish to reveal exactly why the request has been refused, or when no other response is applicable.

    Hi,
              Did you configure the replication correctly in the weblogic.xml?
              Also fill in the correct cluster address in the weblogic configuration.

    It seems WLS is not comfortable with complex types in WebServices signature. In fact, it seems so for array of classes too. When I exposed a java method with a signature like:
    public myClass\[] myMethod(myClass\[] param) {}
    I got the same exception. However, the same WebService is working well on oc4j (embedded in jDev)

    The problem may be a conflict with the different version. My versions are quartz-1.6.0.jar, log4j-1.2.15.jar.
    When i rename the file url-template-config.xml i don't have this exception but just a log4j Warning but i don't know if it's not dangerous for my application (run with WebLogic 9.2) if i rename this file.
    Can you give me a solution to remove this exception or tell me if rename this file it's not dangerous ?
    Thank you,
    MH.

    url-template-config.xml is part of Apache Beehive. This file is used to provide a template mechanism for URL's. Is your application using Apache Beehive purposefully?
    http://beehive.apache.org/docs/1.0.2/netui/apidocs/javadoc/org/apache/beehive/netui/core/urls/URLRewriterService.html
    If not, you may have inadvertently added a reference to Apache Beehive when you created the application and now there are references to the Apache Beehive shared libraries in either weblogic-applicaiton.xml or weblogic.xml

  • Weblogic 6 Post Installation Problem - weblogic.Server not found

    I reinstalled my recent downloads of the evaluation
    copy of Weblogic 6.0 server three times on my NT 4.0 Service
    pack 6 notebook computer. Installation works. However, I can't
    start the server using the "startWebLogic.cmd". I get an error
    that says that the class "weblogic.Server" is not
    found -
    Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: weblogic/Server
    javap command cannot locate the class either.
    My suspicion: weblogic .jar is corrupt.
    Question: How do I get a new jar file? I have already
    downloded the install files twice with no luck.
    I have enclosed the command prompt messages.

    It looks like your startWebLogic.cmd script has problems with the class
    path. You should doublecheck that.

    It looks to me that your stores are incorrectly configured, targetted or or just simply messed up. First thing I would do here is check the configuration and targetting of the JDBC Stores and make sure that each JMS server is using it own store and database tables. You may find that it's a really simple thing like creating two sets of tables on the same database, but making sure that they have different prefixes ...

  • WLS5.1 SP8 problem : weblogic does not start anymore : method getClassLoadNotify()Lweblogic/boot/ClassLoadNotify; not found

    Hello,
    I currently have a problem with the EJBException which does not give the
    client the getCausedBy() Exception. I d' like to try the 5.1 sp8 to see if
    the bug is fix.
    Unfortunately, after having installed the sp8, my WLS 5.1 does not start
    anymore : I get an invocationTargetException.
    Does anyone have a clue ?
    Best Regards.

  • RMI Marshalling Problem:  weblogic.Admin PING

    WebLogic 5.1.0 with service pack 8 has been installed on a HPUX server. I'm
    trying to ping the server from an NT box, but I'm getting some RMI
    marshalling problems.
    Here is the command that I run on NT:
    C:\weblogic\jre1_2\jre\bin\java -classpath
    c:weblogic/lib/weblogic510sp.jar;c:/weblogic/classes;c:/weblogic/lib/weblogi
    caux.jar weblogic.Admin t3://HPServer:7001 PING > MarshallingProblem.txt
    Here is what is in MarshallingProblem.txt (modified server name):

    Anyone have any idea what going on in this situation?

    Can you test with sp8 installed on your NT machine too ? And also make
    sure you set the classpath with the sp8 jar files on NT before you run

  • Problem weblogic.admin connect while idleThreadCount is 0

    Hi all,
    I have problems to access the managed server through weblogic.admin while the idleThreadCount of the "Default Queue" is 0. It works fine when is not 0, but I suppose that when the "Queue Lenth" is larger than 100 and the IdleThreads are 0 I can't connect to the maneged cause it don't accept new requests.
    This commando works fine when the managed is ok:
    java weblogic.Admin -url t3://managed:port -username user-password pass GET -type ExecuteQueueRuntime -property ExecuteThreadCurrentIdleCount
    I was looking for a way to do this through de admin server, but I can't find nothing to get the queue status of other managed, or how to force or stablish priority to the conection so I can perform a DUMP to know where is the problem.
    I'm using Weblogic 8.1SP4 on SunOS 5.8
    Thanks for your attention.

  • Interop problems and questions

    Hi,
    I am trying to interface our engine with flash through flascc, but I encounter some problem with the interop.
    I see that there is three way to do interop. The inline assembly way, (inline_as3() macro) and two more C++ way.
    The as3/as3++.h way
                        Example:
                        AS3::local::var propertyName = AS3::local::internal::new_String("x");
                        AS3::local::var newValue = AS3::local::internal::new_int(100);
                        AS3::local::internal::setproperty(mc, propertyName, newValue);
    And the Flash++.h which wrap all the flash api with C++ object.
    The inline_as3 way is nice, it's more readable than the as3/as3++.h way, I would prefer the Flash++.h way, but it would do okay for my need. I can compile basic example with int for example, but as soon as I use flash api classes :
    Error: Type was not found or was not a compile-time constant: MovieClip.
    var foo:MovieClip;
            ^
    The code provoking this was :
                        inline_as3("import flash.display.MovieClip;\n"
                                                      "var foo:MovieClip;\n"::);
    The as3/as3++.h way work great, but is the less elegant to me, I need to marshall every variable and I can't call directly the functions and properties, I need to query them and pass them to the call/call_v function afterward. It works great and I will fallback to it if I can't use the two other options, but I'd rather not to. Also the var marshalling/function query overhead seems to be less performant than the inline_as3 way. Maybe I am wrong about this last point, since I don't know the details about the implementation. Maybe this marshaling/query thing is done either way, one manually and the other by the compiler or flash runtime. Do I suffer a performance hit by going this way?
    The last way seems like the best way to me. Auto-completion from my ide, easily readable, statically typed, etc. But, we have a couple of problem with it.
    -The swc double in size (Which isn't a deal breaker to me, I know that there isn't much to do, but still... it's double)
    -The link time go through the roof, it cripple our workflow a bit.
    -The biggest problem, I can't take the swc outputed by flascc and merge it with another swc using compc.
    The last step of our makefile is merging a normal swc with a flascc swc. I could work around it and just use both swc separately, but it works great with the first two interop way I don't see why using Flascc++ should prevent it. It result in a insanely long compc step, that abort after 10 minutes with this error :
    Error: Java heap space
    So,
    -Do you have an idea why I can't use flash.display classes with inline_as3? (I tried with MovieClip, Sprite and Graphic.)
    -Is the as3++.h way less performant than the other two ?
    -Do you have an idea why I can't merge my two swc with compc when I use Flash++.h classes?
    EDIT:
    Sorry, I was wrong.  I do not merge two swc with compc, I just add a AS3 class to it, like this :
    "$(FLEX)/bin/compc" -include-libraries=$(BUILD_PATH)/temp.swc -include-classes=EntityHolderMovieClip -source-path . -debug=true -o $(BUILD_PATH)/BaconBox.swc

    No I wasn't, I can see why it is a problem, but even when I am using it, it doesn't work. Here is my call to g++ :
    "/cygdrive/c/flascc/sdk/usr/bin/g++" ../../../BaconBox/Components/Flash/MovieClipHolder.cpp -c -Werror -Wno-write-strings -Wno-trigraphs -DTINYXML_USE_STL -I../../.. -fllvm-llc-opt=-ascopt=-import -fllvm-llc-opt=-ascopt=C:/flascc/sdk/usr/lib/playerglobal.abc -I../../../libraries/FreeBSD/i686/include -o ../../../build/BaconBox/Components/Flash/MovieClipHolder.o
    I compile all my .cpp as .o before linking them together.
    It does work when I add the -emit-swf option (but afterward my link phase crash for obvious reason).

    Hi..
    I guess itzz more of the service pack problems.
    Jars built on the later version won't work in the previous version (service packs) of weblogic.
    Try building a jar on the oldest version (service pack) u have and then try deploying it to the later version , i think it won't give u any problems.
    Try it out and let me know if u face any problems

    Hi
    Looking at the error stack trace, you are getting this error when trying to close the statement object from your own java code (not weblogic code...) - DBController.releaseConn(...)
    at com.goldpalm.common.jdbc.DBController.releaseConn(DBController.java:273)
    java.sql.SQLException: weblogic.rmi.extensions.RemoteRuntimeException: Unexpected Exception

    Well check the code you have at this location. Usually the way we release/close the db resources are like first close ResultSet, then Statement, then Connection. But if you close connection first, then try to close the Statement object, it throws errors like what you see.
    I am giving 2 methods code snippet. One method is caleld like closeAll(..). This method gets called in finally block of all other db methods that does the actual db code to connect and get data etc etc.
    // Sample main method that does all db stuff...This is just code snippet only and NOT the full code. Focus on try catch finally block
    public static void getCustomerProfile(long custId) throws Exception {
         Connection aConnection = getConnection();
         CallableStatement aCallableStatement = null;
         ResultSet aResultSet = null;
         try {
              aCallableStatement = aConnection.prepareCall("{ call someFunction(?, ?) }");
              aCallableStatement.execute();
              aResultSet = (ResultSet) aCallableStatement.getObject("variable_name_from_sp");
              while(aResultSet.next()) {
                   // get all data for each record etc...
         } catch (Exception e) {
              e.printStackTrace();
              throw e;
         } finally {
              closeAll(aConnection, aCallableStatement, aResultSet);
    // While closing RS, Statment, Connection, enclose them in their own try/catch block and ofcourse check for nulls first
    public static void closeAll(Connection aConn, Statement aStmt, ResultSet aRS) {
         if (aRS != null) {
              try {
                   aRS.close();
