could u help me any body......

hi
i think that error is not because of the code you have pasted here.
it seems like there are some sql queries in your code.
Please check them in Query analyzer with some test values.
if this queries are running properly then the problem might be at concatenating the values (while building the query)
and there are some problems in your code too i.e
HERE
oitem = oform.Items.Item("cmbppt")
oCombopptype.ValidValues.Add(CStr(SAPbouiCOM.BoStatusBarMessageType.smt_Success), "Employee")
oCombopptype.ValidValues.Add(CStr(SAPbouiCOM.BoStatusBarMessageType.smt_Success), "Labour")
oCombopptype = oitem.Specific
IT SHOULD BE LIKE THIS
oitem = oform.Items.Item("cmbppt")
oCombopptype = oitem.Specific
//Valid values should be different
oCombopptype.ValidValues.Add(CStr(SAPbouiCOM.BoStatusBarMessageType.smt_Success), "Employee")
oCombopptype.ValidValues.Add(CStr(4), "Labour")-- GIVE Different valid value
Hope it helps you

Vishnu

  • DataTabe ExecuteQuery - Invalid Query Tree [300-33]

    HI,
    Like the subject suggest,
when I try to execute a store procedure with executeQuery method from Grid Object, the calling of this method return me the subject error (Invalid Query Tree [300-33])
but under "SQL Managment Studio" it works fine.
For information the store procedure produce not many records about 30000 and it create TEMP TABLE, CURSOR etc..etc..
How can i solve? Because the store procedure run correctly under "SQL Managment Studio".
    Best regards

    Hi,
When you run your stored procedue in SQL Studio Management are there any messages returned (ie in the Messages tab in the results panel)? It can cause errors if there are any warnings returned during the procedure. Also, make sure you are setting nocount on at the start of your procedure and setting it back to off just before you return the recordset that you want to return to SBO.
    Kind Regards,
    Owen

  • Invalid B-tree node size (3,0) error - what is it??

Yesterday I had a HDD issue on my iMac (OSX 10.5) with an 'invalid node structure' error. I eventually managed to boot into 'single user mode' and used #fsck_hfs -rf /dev/disk0s2 at the command prompt. This got OSX up and running properly again. I then repaired the permissions and the disk using the disk repair utility.
Today, I have had a complete system freeze which necessitated a cold reboot. Since then nothing has worked. I can't boot in safe mode, single user mode or verbose mode. I tried resetting the PRAM and attempted to boot from a system install disk without initial success. After about half an hour the disk icon appeared on the screen and I could boot from the install disk. I then used the terminal to try 'fsck_hfs -rf' again. This time I got the error 'Invalid B-tree node size (3,0)'. What does this mean and what do I do now?? Most forums seem to suggest using 'Disk Warrior'. Since this costs about $170 in Australia I am unlikely to take this option. Having been unemployed for more than 5 months I am more likely to attempt replacing the drive myself. However, I'd prefer to take another approach if there is one. Any suggestions?? Would it be better to give up on replacing the internal drive and try for a bootable external HDD? Too slow?

HI and Welcome to Apple Discussions...
Check out TechToolPro but they might be even more $$$.
Unfortunately, it takes a robust disk utility to repair an invalid tree node. Your best bet really is DiskWarrior
*"Would it be better to give up on replacing the internal drive and try for a bootable external HDD? Too slow? "*
You could use a bootable external drive but there again you are looking at an investment.

  • Invalid b-tree node and the disk can't be repaired.  Is it worth the reformat or is the hard drive trashed?  This is a Mac mini, I've had it since 2010 and already had to replace the hard drive once.

Swapped out the monitor on my Mac mini tonight and it wouldn't start back up.  Managed to boot off the install disk and run disk utility, which gave the invalid b tree node error.  Wasn't able to repair the disk, suggested a reformat.  Is this worth my time?  Or is the disk toasted?  I got it in 2010, it's out of warranty and has already had the hard drive replaced once.  Thanks!

If you want to save the data from the drive, Phoenix might be able to copy (clone) it off on another volume. You can check it out at:
    http://scsc-online.com/Phoenix.html
Phoenix does a file copying cloning, not block copy cloning, so a new index is generated on the drive when the copy is being made. If none of the files got lost, meaning just the index is screwed up, I would think this would work.
Regarding the hard drive an index problem isn't a hard drive problem. That hard drive may be in perfect working order, especially since it's fairly new.

  • How to check the SQL error message to address the application issue

    Dears,
The application runs SQLs against Oracle via oracle client(actually the app is IBM Cognos which shows report and the data is from oracle database). So, for a report which fails to run, I want to check the sql and the error message for this failed sql statement. Where is the message stored, client or server and How to get it?
I know there is a view v$log used to check the sqls ran in database but here I mean the failed sqls....
    Thanks,

The application only presents the application error message.. And it is not helpful for me to get the root cause..The application uses the Oracle Call Interface to communicate with the database server. OCI calls return a result code to the client. The client is expected to call OCIErrorGet() to get the full error text.
If the client does not do this, or obfuscate the server error, or suppress the server error? Crappy client. The lack of the client to play its role as client, correctly within the documented client-server architecture, is solely the client's problem. Not the server.
For DB2, I could use db2diag to check the log. why oracle can not do this? any thoughts?Because Oracle is not stupid? Why on sweet mother earth waste server resources to track client application errors, on behalf of clients? How does this make ANY sense!?
Oracle server's handles 1000's of SQL executions per second. Just where is it to find sufficient space to log application errors (not database system errors) at that rate? How do you justify that overhead? Using the argument that the application is poorly designed or written? Come on!

  • The sql error:25153 while executing the ListCube

    Hi All,
I have loaded data successfully in to my cube it is showing success in RSMO, but while executing the list cube of fieldselection for output with char' it is giving error like  " sql error:25153  "
. But when i chose only key figures it is showing the data. What could be the problem .Please reply needs urgently.
Thanks one & All  in advance.

If your underlying RDBMS for BW is Oracle, this error message number is thrown for when an attempt is being made to use space in a temporary tablespace that has no datafiles defined. This could be that there truly are no datafiles defined or it could be that the default temporary tablespace isn't set to a valid temporary tablespace.
You will need to have access to your RDBMS in order to resolve this yourself. If not, then have your DBA or Basis person resolve it

You cannot use string literal of more than 4000 characters in an Oracle SQL statement. I'm not going to count that string you so rudely posted but I presume it is longer than that figure. You'll need to use a variable instead.

  • Can not connect the database via query string (C#). The SQL Server Management Studio is showing the full path of a location instead of database name.

I can not connect to the database via C#. The database is showing full path of the database file instead of the database name. See the pic: a database showing only name 'emart' and the other database showing the full path.

    Hi,
According to your post, I know that the database name is showing file path of the database rather than the database name in SQL Server Management Studio. You were not able to
establish a connection to the database using C#.
As Olaf said, was any error message thrown out when the connection failed? How did you create these databases?
You can use the following T-SQL to attach the database and see if the issue persists.
    CREATE DATABASE

  • Receiving SQL Error: INTERNAL_ERROR  while executing the query

    Dear All,
I am receiving the below error while executing a query.
    SQL Error: INTERNAL_ERROR
    Diagnosis
The database system registered an SQL error. As available, the error number and a description are included in the short text. Possible causes for SQL errors include:
Overflow of database objects such as buffers, temporary tablespaces, rollback segments or data containers/tablespaces.
->These problems can generally be eliminated by system administrators.
Missing generated database objects such as tables or views based on inconsistent or inactive InfoCubes or InfoObjects. Examples of this include the view of the fact table for an InfoCube or the attribute SID table (X/Y table) of a characteristic.
-> These problems can generally be eliminated by a BW administrator.
    SQL requests with incorrect content.
-> Problems of this type are generally programming errors.
    System Response
    Procedure
    Contact your system administrator.
    Procedure for System Administration
If there is no error description, look for one in the reference from the database producer.
Decide on the correct category for the SQL error and check if it can be eliminated. Generally the error can also be found in the syslog (transaction sm21). From there, transactions sm51 and sm50, the developer's trace log of the work process can be determined and the erroneous statement can be viewed in the log. This procedure is described in SAP Note 568768.
    Notification Number DBMAN 257
I verified the table spaces and also done RSRV Repair of InfoObjects and InfoCubes and didnt find any error. But I am receiving this error for one particular month and remaining months are executing fine. Any ideas why i am receiving this error.

    OSS Note 1305568:
    Symptom
    A data mart query that
you want to execute within a data transfer process (DTP), for example, terminates with the
SQL error -1013 "Too many order columns".
The following is displayed in the monitor log of the data transfer process:
Error while extracting from source xxxxxx (type InfoProvider)
    Message number RSBK 242
    Exception CX_SQL_EXCEPTION occurred (program:
    CL_SQL_STATEMENT==============CP, include:
    CL_SQL_STATEMENT==============CM004, line: 32).
    Message number RS_EXCEPTION 000
SQL error: POS(3306) Too many order columns
    Message number DBMAN 257
Error reading the data of InfoProvider xxxxxx
    Message number DBMAN 305
You have already implemented Note 1065380.
    Other terms
    CX_SQL_EXCEPTION, message number, RS_EXCEPTION 000, DBMAN 257,  RSBK 242,
    RS_EXCEPTION 000
    Reason and Prerequisites
The MaxDB internal limit of 4016 bytes or 128 fields for GROUP BY columns was exceeded.
    Solution
When you implement these corrections, no aggregation is performed for the data (GROUP BY) if the limits of the MaxDB database have been exceeded.
The limit values for the aggregation bahavior can also be manually reduced if there are problems with the default values.
Two RSADMIN parameters are provided for this.
MAXDB_MAX_GROUP_BY_FLDS is the maximum number of GROUP BY fields. The default value is 128.
MAXDB_MAX_GROUP_BY_LEN is the maximum total length of the GROUP BY fields. The default value is 4000.

  • Error at Data Flow Task [OLE DB Source [1]]: No column information was returned by the SQL command." error

I have an .XLSX File that I am trying to Upload into SQL Server.  I use the Source as OLEDB Connection manager and pick OLDEB PROVIDER as MS OFFICE 12.0 ACCESS DATABASE ENGINE. In that I put this query but it gives the foll
error when I run the SSIS Package.
[OLE DB Source [1]] Error: No column information was returned by the SQL command.
Query I use in DATA FLOW TASK  , IS SQL COMMAND:
Select top 1 [Investor #],[Investor Name], CONVERT (VARCHAR(1000),Delegation)AS DELEGATION ,[Date Added],[Date Revised] from [EXCELSHEET1$]
Any suggestion to fix this error? i have to do a convert since the excel datayype is DT_TEXT AND SQL TABLE DATATYPE is VARCHAR(1000)  SO Have to do this Convert.

If the target table's column is not a BLOB/CLOB (e.g. NVARCHAR(MAX)) and you have text longer than the max value it will not fit into the target, if you are allowed you need to trim it and convert, otherwise sure you get the error as the target datatype
    is smaller.

  • Invalid Column Name message in the subquery

Hi All, I am receiving the invalid column name message in the subquery. Please help me if there is any work around or change in the query:
    Sample query:
    update table1 set table1.column1 =
    (Select column1 from
    (Select column1 from table2 where
    table1.columnX = table2.columnX
    order by table2.columnM desc,table2.ColumnN desc,
    where rownum =1)
When i run the above query i am receiving the following error message:
    ORA-00904:invalid column name at table1.columnx.
This column is already existing in table1 and looks like this table is not recoginzed inside of the subquery.
I am trying to update table1.column1 using the first value from table2 after ordering by table2.columnM desc, table2.columnN desc. (ColumnM and ColumnN are the Date columns which i need to perform the sorting). I am new to sql/Plsql. Thanks in Advance for help....

The problem is that you can not refer to columns from the outer table from inside a second subquery inside your subquery. Only one level of subquery can be used to transport the column name,.
A solution can be to use groups and aggregation functions instead of rownum = 1.
    The following might work.
    untested
    update table1
    set table1.column1 =
      (Select max(column1) keep (dense_rank first over table2.columnM desc,table2.ColumnN desc)
       from table2
       where table1.columnX = table2.columnX
) Another way can be to to make a UNCORRELATED subquery first and then filter on that uncorrelated query with the column name from the outer statement.
This time I use a analytic function.
    untested
    update table1 u
    set u.column1 = (select v1.column1
       from
         (Select t2.column1, t2.columnX, row_number over (partition by t2.column1, t2.columnX order by t2.columnM desc,t2.ColumnN desc) as rn
          from table2
          ) v1
       where v1.columnX = u.columnX
       and v1.rn = 1
where /* where clause is missing! */

  • Data Warehouse SQL error log shows failed login

In addition to the above title, on our management servers (x2 Win 2012 R2 - SCOM 2012 R2), I am seeing the event ID 31551 stating:
Failed to store data in the Data Warehouse. The operation will be retired. Exception 'SqlException':Login failed for user 'xx'.
One or more workflows were affected by this.
    Workflow name: Microsoft.SystemCenter.DataWarehouse.CollectEntityHealthStateChange
    Instance name: management server
    Instance ID: {xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx}
    Management Group: XXXX
I've logged onto Data Warehouse server using the account referenced in the error message, loaded SQL Management Studio (2012 Std), and logged in and am able to see, view tables within the OperationsManagerDW database. So I'm trying to establish what's going
on! If I can access the DW DB using the account, why am I getting these errors?

    Hi
Unfortunately, this hasn't resolved the issue. I've ran the query DBCC CHECKIDENT ("EventChannel"); and have got the following response back:
Checking identity information: current identity value '1', current column value '1'.
DBCC execution completed. If DBCC printed error messages, contact your system administrator.
I've revisited the run as account for 'Data Warehouse SQL Account' - this is a domain account. I've checked the Data Warehouse DB and can confirm that it's got write access over the database. I'm using the same account as the 'Data Warehouse Action Account'.
However, the SQL log on the data warehouse server is saying failed login, see below:
Login failed for user 'sv-scom-dw'. Reason: Could not find a login matching the name provided. [CLIENT: Management server 1 IP]
I've checked the 'Management Group' table and can confirm the WriterLoginName is DOMAIN\sv-scom-dw
However, the SQL error looks like it's looking for a local SQL login. The database is set to Mixed mode authentication.
    Any ideas?

  • SQL error number is 5110

Background: Im creating an ASP .Net app in VS2005. Local machine has SQL express installed and server has developer edition of SQL 2005.
When it tries to create the database file on a UNC share it comes up with an error "The file "\\server\Visual Studio Projects\Websites\PWSDelete\App_Data\Personal.mdf" is on a network path that is not supported for database files.
An attempt to attach an auto-named database for file \\server\Visual Studio Projects\Websites\PWSDelete\App_Data\Personal.mdf failed. A database with the same name exists, or specified file cannot be opened, or it is located on UNC share." to you guys the error message
"The SQL error number is 5110 and the SqlException message is....."
may mean more in resolving this issue. I read up on http://support.microsoft.com/kb/304261/ although i understand the risks etc i still dont know how to configure the server to allow remote database files to be created. My guess is to create a "Trace" but not sure where to start and how to ensure im doing this correctly. Can anyone please advise?
    Thanks in advance
