Invoice for PCard Purchasing

Hi,
We have done the configuration steps for PCard and are able to create the SC as well as the PO.
we have also configured the distribution model with the message types relavant to pcard.
We need help in Invoice postings for the statement that will come from bank.
1. In what format the Pcard statement from bank will come and where they will be saved
2. How to Create the IDoc PCSTAT01.
3. What settings are to be done for workflow approval of the invoices related to these.
Please help us in building this scenario.

Hi,
You can setup Procurement Card WF as follows:
Path:  Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server -> Cross-Application Basic Settings -> Business Workflow
There are two types available:
1. WS10000093 u2013 First approval
2. WS10000100 u2013 Second approval
After the approval process has been completed, the system makes a posting to a G/L account in the back-end system for each purchasing transaction.
(Check it; if it's working fine)
When one approve's PCard ammount; the settlement data is available in the format IDoc BBP_PCSTAT01 & it creates invoice in backend.
With BBP_PCSTAT01 you should setup ACLPAY, ACC_GOODS_MOVEMENT, ACPJMM (system debits & cost object) messages in distribution model.
One gets bank statements in approver1's/approver2's inbox. Those are in CSV format.
In the back-end system, Accounting must be set up and the card company must be created as a vendor.(Check it, I had missed it)

    Here is the reply,
    we have 10 line items,in which 3 items are freight related and other 7 items are related to goods reciept.
    i am trying to enter invoice for 3 line items at a time with two relevant to goods reciept and other related to non goods receipt(freight related).
    accounting entries generated after the GR are as follows,
    asset under construction account,and GR/IR account.
    Let me know the details is sufficient or not.

  • How can I find invoice for recent purchase?

    Hi all!
    I purchased at 6 of August in Thailand a macbook pro with retina display using Apple ID and now I need an invoice. Unfortunately, I deleted an email with attached invoice that Apple sent me.
    My next steps were:
    Logging into my account -> Account home page -> Print an invoice -> I see my mac order and no link or button about invoice. What should I do and where can I get this invoice?

    Hi,
    What do you mean by duty?  If it is excise duty, you can find it in Excise Invoice Header table.  Table name is J_1IEXCHDR.  Link billing and excise invoice header table with join condition VBRK-VBELN = J_1IEXCHDR-RDOC.  Fields EXBED, ECS & EXADDTAX1 are Basic Excise Duty, Education Cess and Secondary & Higher Education Cess respectively.  You will get the duty values at document level.

    I have purchased some apps and music for my company in dates 06/16, 06/13, 06/18 and 06/27.
    I have never received mails from iTunes with the invoices so I urgently need them now and I didn't find a link in iTunes to re-print or re-send them.

      In this scenario how i make the settings in Item Master Data and How can i Prepare the Excise or Modvat Groups in SAP B1.

    Greetings,
    Functionaly if the item is excisable when purchase that has to be sold as excisable item ie.. credit the duty when purchase and debit the duty when sales depends upon your client(B1 user).  If your client (B1 user) is a manufacturing unit, they will take the excise duty and deduct while sell.  But if your client is not a excise assessee just they do trading, don't tick the excisable item, eventhough that is an excisable item, since they are not all use excise duty for their business.
    In this scenario they no need to create excisable invoice for both purchase and sales.

    You may not get a refund.
    You need to change your password.
    Alert your credit card company and ask them about reimbursement.

  • Posting multiple invoices against single purchase order line item

    Hi,
    We receive invoices on completion of certain milestones and Goods receipt is done when the final lot of material is delivered.  For example the purchase order may be to deliver 1 quantity of Machine.  Material is supplied in bits like Gear Box, Engine and body.  Invoice is received when Gear Box, Engine is supplied. Final invoicing is received on completion of delivery (taking into account what has already been delivered)
    Goods Receipt in SAP needs to be posted only once when complete machinery is delivered (the tracking for different parts delivered is done outside SAP).  However, the multiple invoice needs to be posted in SAP referring to same PO item (Please note PO quantity for complete assembled material is only 1).
    This needs to be treated as material and not service in SAP.  Can you please suggest how to book multiple invoices for same purchase order line item?

    Thanks for your reply.  However, both the options are not feasible.  Invoices can be received in different periods, sometimes over different months or years, hence needs to be booked immediately.
    Also, i cannot create material master for each component as the quantity for the final material is only 1.
    Any other alternatives?

  • How can I print the invoice for my IPad Order?

    I bought the IPad Air from Apple a week ago and it has been delivered yesterday.  I am wondering how I could print the Invoice for that purchase. 
    I didn't make the AppleID when I bought it, so, my order is not linked to my AppleID.  I managed to go onto the "Print Invoice" link and clicked on the "Print Invoice" link.  But it keeps asking to fill in the AppleID.  Since I don't have one, I made the AppleID.  But when I logged in and go to the "Order History" page, it says, "you don't have any recent order".
    Please see the screenshot belows.  Could you please guide me how I could print the Invoice of my order?  Thanks very much.

    Dear experts,
    I want to develop a program to display "Still to be delivered" and "Still to be invoiced" for selected Purchase order.
    Just similar to ME2N... but I found it very difficult to re-calculate them by the complex standard programs (LMEREPI02).
    I was wonder if there may have some functions or BAPI could help?

    Is necessary use the BAPI (BAPI_PO_GETDATAIL1).
    Fill:
    Pushaseorder = With the PO(Purchase Order Number) EBAN-EBELN
    After this, get POITEM the fiel Quantity, have a quantity the PO, but to calculate "Still of delivered" is necessary, cathc the values POHISTORY_TOTAL-DELIV_QTY and subtract the POITEM-QUANTITY.
    Still of delivered = POITEM-QUANTITY - POHISTORY_TOTAL-DELIV_QTY.
