I can see in your account that your payment has been delivered successfully.  The monthly minute limit of your subscription however, will reset on the date when it was initially activated. Due to the time it can take for some transactions to be processed, we charge you three days in advance to ensure prompt delivery of your subscription. You do not lose these three days: your subscription is still valid for the full period that you sign up for.

  • Invoice only affect payment budget without affecting commintment again

    Hi gurus.
    I have to solve this problem:
    We post a PO in year 2009, affecting the commintment budget; then post the invoice in 2010. We need the Invoice ONLY affect the payment budget without consuming the commitment budget.
    How could I do that.

  • Different Baseline Date in Invoice Transaction and Payment Transaction

    Hi All,
    I have one issue. When I post the invoice transaction in FB60 and input the baseline date 22.08.2011. Then I post the outgoing payment with document date 20.08.2011 and then I checked the baseline date in vendor line item, the baseline date not in 22.08.2011 but it is defaulted into 20.08.2011 (document date when perform outgoing payment). Why the system cannot link the baseline date in invoice transaction and document payment? It makes unconsistency in baseline date. Kindly need your help to share if you ever found the same issue like this and also the SAP Notes if you have it.

    If your selecting your payment terms in invoice system automaticaaly pics dates what you config. in OBB8
    But it is not requried to give any baseline date for payment transaction

    How to clear vendor open items through f-44 if vendor invoice currency is EUR , payment currency is USD  but local currency is INR
    while clearing through f-44 system showing error as "to large for clearing clearing is not possible"

    Hi Chandra,
    You chose any one of the currency i.e. EUR/INR/USD for clearing in F-44. After selecting line items for clearing, system will show a difference. Click on over view button and manually write off the difference by selecting any one account i.e. dummy or small diff.account, after that click on process open items then system will show the difference 0 and simulate the document, here system will post gain/loss exchange GL postings along with other line items. After save the document, manually pass journal entry to dummy account and gain/loss account. I have explained clearly in the below example.
    Invoice is in USD - 1000 & INR - 60000
    Payment is in INR - 60000
    Now I am going to clear these in INR currency in F-44 on 31.03.2015. On this date the exchange rate for USD is 60.10. At the time of clearing system will post the below entry
    Vendor A/c Dr 60000 (invoice)
    Vendor A/c Cr 60000 (Payment)
    Gain from exchange rate A/c Cr  100 (60000 - 60100)
    Small diff.write off A/c (or) Dummy A/c Dr 100
    After done the above posting, we have to pass below manual JV in FB01
    Gain from exchange rate A/c Dr  100
    Small diff.write off A/c (or) Dummy A/c Cr 100

  • Link between invoice no and payment clearing document no

    Hi sap gurus,
    in a reoprt i have to show the payment receive date against the invoice no. i can have the invoice no by customer no (KUNNR) and date range. now i am facing problem how to link invoice document no with payment clearing document no. Because while receiving payment from customer (t code F-28) we are receiving against a invoice. But i checked in BSEG,BSID BSAD but nowhere i was able to track the linkage. Please help.

    In billing document at header level,  you can see two fields, viz.
    a)  XBLNR   Reference Document Number  and
    b)  ZUONR   Assignment number
    These two fields you can see in FBL5N.  Whatever copy control you set in VTFL at header level for these two fields, based on that values will be populated in billing document which will then be passed on to FI just for information.
    But these two fields are not stored in any table but in structure.  However, you can check in BKPF with field XBLNR which will have link between VBRK (billing document ) and BKPF (Accounting document)

    There is no direct standard report in Asset accounting for your requirement , but you can try the below--
    Asset invoice means , if you have acquired your asset through raising a PO , then you have MIRO docnumber which is linked to Asset number, with the help of this FI document linked withh asset number  you can find out the invoice documents against assets acquired.
    Go to Bseg and search with asset number fields  and doc type of MIRO I believe it will be RE ,it will show you the  invoice docuemnts against the selected asset , then search for the clearing docs against these invoices in bseg , that will be your payment document.
    So now have asset number ,invoice number ,payment doc number.
    More logic you may apply like search for the link through MM tables , since PO is also having asset number , just check the link of Asset number with various documents and tables, you may ask your ABAPER to create a report or query for this.

    When 2 exchange accounts are active on the same profile (e.g. Company A and Company B), and a message is received to one of the two account (e.g. internal mail in Company A), notification of recall is sent even from the second profile (Company B).
    Therefore message sender from Company A is notified that message was sent even to an account of Company B, that can be a compliance issue regarding Client Data Protection when messages cannot be sent outside Company A.
    This behaviour is not correct and should be solved, could you please check and solve the program bug?

    jbrooker, I am having a similar issue to roaminggnome, we have 4 windows laptops, 2 iPhones, 5 ipods.
    I have the iTunes account and the music Library on my laptop and this is used to sync to my iPhone and 4 iPods = 5 devices.
    I have managed to share my library with my wifes laptop and she can access it when my PC is not on, she is also able to sync her iPhone to her laptop. She has her own iTunes account.
    My son has an iPod and laptop but no iTunes account, his iPod is synced to my laptop and my iTunes account. But his laptop cannot download my iTunes Library he is getting a message saying that my iTunes account is synced to the maximum of 5 devices. Thus he can only see the library when my laptop is at home (and I take my Laptop to work etc).
    Would this problem go away if my son has an iTunes account? He's only 11yo so I'm reluctant to set him up with one just yet.
    Any advice would be appreciated.

    As a result of the high number of customers and invoices, utilities companies must create a large number of payment demands. To prevent you from having to enter this mass data in general ledger accounting, sub-ledger accounting has been integrated into FI-CA: Accounts receivable and payable. Contract accounts receivable and payable is specially designed to process mass data. At certain intervals, the system transfers the cumulated individual bookings to the general ledger in Financial Accounting (FI). You can also transfer sales or service invoices from the Sales and Distribution (SD) component to contract accounts receivable and payable. The goal of contract accounts receivable and payable is to automate all processes. Manual intervention is only necessary if an agentu2019s decision is required.
    It is different from costing topics.

  • Unbilled Receivable and Unearned Revenue Accounts

    We are using expenditure items for generating revenue and then for billing.
    When we generate revenue, the entry is: Revenue Cr to Unbilled Receivables Dr
    When we generate Invoice, the entry is: Unbilled Receivables Cr to Receivables Dr, which is file
    If we cancel above invoice for some reason and again process invoice, then entry is: Unearned Revenue Cr to Receivables Dr
    Due to this, we are having Unbilled Receivables & Unearned Revenue balance in the system (though the amount in both accounts is same & it nullfies, it is not correct representation). Ideally, when we regenerated invoice, the entry should have been: Unbilled Receivables Cr to Receivables Dr
    Let us know why the system is bringing Unearned Revenue account in picture in this case.

    Let me see if I understand what you are saying. You have generated the draft invoice and interfaced it to Accounts Receivable, correct? That part is working okay, it looks like.
    How are you cancelling the invoice? Are you doing that in Project Billing? Is it correct to assume that you are doing the "Cancel a released invoice" process, rather than the "Write off an invoice" process? Cancelling an invoice will create a credit memo for the entire amount of the canceled invoice (at least in R11, which is what I am on - you did not mention what version you are on). Did you get the credit memo generated and posted? If so, what was the resulting entry for that credit memo? That is what you need to focus on first, I thiink. If that entry is Unearned Revenue Debit and Receivables Credit, then it does make sense that when you regenerate the invoice, the entry would be Receivables Debit and Unearned Revenue Credit.
    I am guessing here is how the Oracle designers were thinking. Again I am guessing. And I am not saying I agree/disagree with such thinking. I think the idea is that it is not going to be unbilled receivables now because you had billed the revenue at least one time. After all, the cancellation technically does not undo the billed invoice - it merely creates a credit memo. The revenue had already been generated, so the Revenue account does not come into play. So, if not unbilled receivable, and you don't touch revenue, by default that leaves the unearned revenue account to hit.
    Now, like you, I would think Unbilled Receivables would be the better account to hit. It could be possible that you have run across a program bug here. So here is my thought process -
    1. What was the journal entry generated by the invoice cancel?
    2. Is the journal entry generated by the invoice regeneration not the reversal (in effect) of the credit memo entry?
    3. If those two entries are not offset, I would log a service request with Oracle support. Either they have a bug or they have a design flaw. Of course if a design flaw, then you are stuck. You would have to enter an enhancement request to get Oracle to change the process.
    4. However, if those two entries do offset, and it sounds like they do, then you have a system that seems to be working as designed. In that case you need to submit an enhancement request to have Oracle change its current process.
    Does this make sense?

    Yes it is, it's a phishing attempt to try and get your account and payment details - iTunes accounts don't get 'frozen', and emails from Apple tend to be personalised (not 'dear customer', 'hello' etc.), and they are written in proper language. If you still have the emails then you could forward them to Apple : [email protected]
