Ip address for multiple printers

Can somebody please help me to get the ip addresses for multiple printers. I have got the printer names from print management - export list. I have it in a csv file but need their ip addresses too..

<#
Script to get printer names based on a CSV list of printer IPs.

# Input:
$CSV = 'x:\sandbox\MyPrinters.csv'
# Processing:
$Printers = Import-Csv $CSV
$UpdatedPrinters = $Printers | where { $_.Name -eq $null } | Select IP , @{
Name = 'Name'
Expression = { $IP = $_.IP; (Get-Printer | where { $_.PortName -eq "IP_$IP" }).Name }
# Output:
$UpdatedPrinters | FT -Auto
$UpdatedPrinters | Out-GridView
$UpdatedPrinters | Export-Csv $CSV -NoType
Start with a CSV file that looks like:
IP
192.168.0.10
192.168.0.111
192.168.0.12
192.168.0.13
End up with updated CSV file like:
Note that you're picking up the Printer name from the Windows computer where you run this script. If the computer does not have all the printers in the CSV list, you need to run the script on several computers to get the full list populated. The script is
designed to allow that. If the printer has different names on different computer, the script will retain the first match.
You could actually add it to a logon script in a domain environment (without the out-gridview part of course), to collect all printer names - CSV path can be UNC path. Keep it for a day or so and then remove it.
Or you could run it against several computers - one at a time - using PS remoting..

Can I use the same email address for multiple seats in Creative Cloud for Teams?

    No. http://www.adobe.com/products/creativecloud/faq.html
Can I buy more than one membership to an individual offering of Creative Cloud?
No, Adobe has moved to identity-based licensing with a technology that will not support multiple same-product licenses, so you can buy only one membership per Adobe ID. If you need two Creative Cloud memberships, you will need to purchase each with a unique Adobe ID. You can also purchase a Creative Cloud for teams membership, which allows you to purchase and manage multiple seats under one account.

  • How can you use the same e-mail address for multiple ipads?

I have two iPads.. an iPad and an ipad 2.  I registared my new ipad 2 and now my old ipad is will not let me log on and is telling me that my e-mail address is already in use.  how can you use the same e-mail address for multiple ipads?

And by using the same Apple ID you can also share purchases.  If you have a different Apple ID for each iPhone then you can't share purchases.

  • Single layout for multiple printers

    Hi All,
My requirement is that I need to create a single SAPScript driver and layout program which should work for multiple printers. I know that a SAPScript layout is printer-dependent. So is there any way through which I can make a single layout to work across multiple printers ?
    Thanks

    Yes, Disha.
If your printers have drivers who you can select in SAP, you can use all them to print the same form.
Print-codes are special instructions you use in SAPscript to workaround the interface and do some special things with the printer.
I'm far from my SAP now, and I cannot tell you exactly how to find them, sorry.
With print-codes you can change the scape of the printing while the work is in the printer, for example.
The bad side is that the print-codes are printer/driver dependant. If you change your driver or your printer, these forms where you are using print-codes could be broken.
    (excuses for my english)
I wish you will be happier and have less work knowing that
    Good luck,
    Vicenç

  • White areas printing as orange for multiple printers.

    Hi all,
Did a search and didn't find an answer, so here is the issue - I have a G5 running 10.3.9, and both an Epson R300Inkjet and a HP 3600dn laserprinter. On both printers, any area defined by the application as containing no data (and would normally be left white) is printing a sort of orange-red. Areas defined within an image as white are fine. It's as if somewhere there is a data error telling both printers to render non-data space as this solid red. I thought it was the drivers on the Epson, but I just got the HP today and it immediately did the same thing.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks!
    -Stu

Actually, no, that is not the case. Yes, permissions have been checked. Have 4 Macs. 1 Intel based, the other 3 PowerPC. ALL of them have this problem. It's not anything corrupted. On one of the machines, I just instaled the printer driver from Brother. So, fresh and new.
So, my question to the group is does anyone else have multiple printers and use printer presets. If so, if you use one other than "standard" and print, then, print again (our preset will then be the default, do not pick again), does it print the second time correctly, or, does it revert to standard settings?
No, the printer has no way to set the default tray. Which is stupid as the multi function tray, where you can put a limited number of sheets, is exactly where you WOULD put forms, and, the regular tray, which holds a LOT of paper, is of course where you would put regular paper. Funny thing is, the regular tray is TRAY 2! Which is not the default.

  • One email address for multiple customers

    Hi
We have a new requirement to change the output medium from print out to email for all the customers in the sales org.
Where can we maintain this single email address to be picked by the output program.
User is against updating all customer masters with email address.
    Thanks
    Kumar

If it is single email address for all the customers of a sales organization, then you can maintain the email address at the sales organization level in t.code OVX5. If SPRO side change is not allowed, then you either maintain in SO10 text, or alternatively you can think about adding it in Z-table if it is easy to maintain and available in your system.

  • Configure margins for multiple printers

What is a universal margin?  I want the most real estate on a 8.5x11 piece of paper I can get.  I am designing a pdf to be used by multiple printers.  Several Google searches turned up nothing.  Help!

No such thing. Some printers can print to the edge using "borderless" settings, most lasers get to about .25 all around, and al lot of older inkjects (and maybe even newer ones) have largish bottom margins of half an inch or more. Acrobat can automatically scale any page to print inside the printer's available print area, but this puts your own buit-in margin inside the printer's margin, too, increasing the white sapce, and of course it also makes the page image smaller.

  • How to copy the same address for multiple contacts in Address Book?

Hi! I got a question, I didn't find an answer for yet.
How to copy the post address from one contact to another, without manual entering. I mean if I have one contact with already entered post address, can I just copy it someway at once to another contact?
I don't want cards to merge, I need separate contacts, that may have different phones, e-mails, but the same post address. Please, advise.

Thanks! yes, this is a solution I'm following now. But I was wondering about the similar way as it is made in Daylite or Contactizer - you create company with name and post address first, and then can create a contact for that company. And company name and post address will appear in contact name.
I just wonder why such a simple and useful solution isn't available in Address Book as default.
I know there are many scripts written for Address Book. Maybe there is something for this purpose?

  • How to Setup Default Page Size for Multiple Printers

I've got two printers, a laser printer for printing "normal" 8 1/2 x 11 pages and a Zebra label printer for printing 4x6 shipping labels. I have my laser printer set as the default printer with a default paper size of US letter. Whenever I go to print shipping labels on my Zebra printer, I switch the printer in the Print dialog box and it always defaults to a paper size of "Full Bleed 8 1/2 x 11". Is there any way to change this setting so that it defaults to "4x6"?
Another interesting thing is that if I temporarily set the Zebra printer up to be the default printer, none of the paper sizes that are "appropriate" for this printer appear in the default paper size popup menu. It looks like the choices are only those that would make sense for my laser printer. But when I go to print with my label printer, I can choose all sorts of "appropriate" sizes from the dialog box, including the "4x6" size that I use.
    Any ideas?

Stop the queue (or take the printer offline manually), queue a print job, and check the settings on the submitted job using the CUPS interface; see if you can get the print job "captured" in the queue, and then see if the job is asking for the page size.  Based on what you're describing, I'd guess that whatever application or tool you're printing from is specifically requesting the page size, and not defaulting it.

  • Default outgoing email address for multiple emails

How do I set up one of my many email addresses on my I-phone to be the default outgoing email for all of them?

If you have set up one of your email accounts to be the default, all emails sent from outside of the email app will be sent from that email address.  The default email account will be used if a new email is created in the All Inbox.  If you reply to an email or initiate an email from within a given email account, I guess it assumed that you want it to go out as that email address.

  • How to set one default "reply-to" email address for multiple accounts

I have an iPhone 3GS. I have my own domain name which I want to use as my primary "public" email address. It is forwarded from the hosting ISP to my ATT/Yahoo email address. I also have a Gmail account. I would like recipients to see that it comes from my domain ([email protected]), but since it is actually going through ATT/Yahoo, I can only see how to set the "From" field to either my ATT/Yahoo account or my Gmail account addresses. Is this even possible?
Essentially, I don't directly access "[email protected]", but that's where I want it to appear to come from, regardless of where it actually originated.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks,
    Mark

You get e-mails just fine, but do you have rights to log into the e-mail server at myfirstandlastname.com? If you can do that (check with your hosting ISP to find out if they will let you), then you can just set up the iPhone to use that e-mail server to send your mail. It's possible to set up an iPhone IMAP account to get mail from gmail, but use a separate non-gmail SMTP server to send outgoing mail, all within the same iPhone e-mail account.
If you can get this working, then you won't need to mess with reply-to headers. Your e-mail will not only look like it got sent from myfirstandlastname.com -- it actually WILL be sent from there and all replies will automatically go there and then be forwarded as usual to your ATT/Yahoo address. No one will know that ATT/Yahoo is involved, and both your sent and received e-mail will show up in the same single e-mail account on the iPhone.
I do this all the time with my e-mail. My account is really at gmail, but the e-mail address says it came from mycollege.edu. My old college offers me an alumni forwarding-for-life account. They only forward mail, though; they don't hold it. They do also run an SMTP server, though, and that's what I use to make my outgoing e-mail look as if it came from mycollege.edu.

  • Default Gateway address for multiple VPN users/clients

    Hello,
We need some help with a VPN setup for a school project.
    What we want to do:
We would like to have aprox. 10 different VPN uses that can connect to our Windows Server 2012 R2 which is setup as a VPN server, by the Role called Remote access. And the VPN server is working and we are able to connect to it from another location/computer.
    Our current setup:
We have a Cisco router, that are configured with 10 Vlans, from Vlan 10 to Vlan 20, and a managament Vlan called Vlan 100.
The Cisco router is also acting as DHCP server, so inside each Vlan the DHCP gives IP addresses to that specific Vlan, Ex: Vlan 10 has a 192.168.10.0/24 network. Vlan 11 has a 192.168.11.0/24 network, and so on. Vlan 100 has 192.168.100.0/24 This Vlan 100
has connection to all the Vlans.
We have internet connection on the Router on port 0 and each Vlan are connected to the internet.
We have setup the VPN server with a static IP configuration so it is inside Vlan 100 with a Default gateway, like 192.168.100.1 So the VPN server is connected to the internet.
In AD we have created a User and assigned a static IP address in the user properties, under the Dial-In tab. Here we give this user this IP 192.168.10.225
Now when we connect to the VPN server useing this user, we have no connection to any of the Vlans (ping) and no internet. When we in cmd write ipconfig we can see that our VPN connection has this IP 192.168.10.225 but a Subnet called 255.255.255.255 and
    a Default gateway called 0.0.0.0
We would like the user to recieve the correct IP settings like: If we connect with our user, it should recieve the IP as it does, but also a subnet called 255.255.255.0 and a default gateway called 192.168.10.1
    How is this achieved?
The reason we want this is: We want to create a VPN user for each Vlan. So a user with permission to access Vlan 10 but are not able to see the other Vlans, and then a new user to access Vlan 11 but not able to see the other vlans, and so on.
Hope someone is able to help us to understand how this is done.
    Thank you in advance.

    Hi,
In brief, we can't achieve this. Normally, we would not do this.
Usually, we use firewall or ACL to restrict the remote users.
For example, 192.168.10.100 is assigned to user1 and 192.168.10.101 is assigned to user2. We can use firewall to restrict 192.168.10.100 to access 192.168.10.0/24 and 192.168.10.101 to access 192.168.11.0/24.
    Best Regards.

  • Multiple ICLOUD Email addresses for multiple devices.......HELP

In our family we have an IPOD, IPHONE, IPAD, and another IPOD Touch. How do I setup additional emails under my main ICLOUD email address? I have created several but it won't allow me to link it to the mail ICLOUD account. I want each device to have their own icloud email but still be able to access all of my content.

Each iCloud account only has a single iCloud email account.  You can create up to 3 alias addresses within the account, but they will all receive email in the same inbox.
If you want each person to have their own email account (inbox), and still be able to access the other iCloud data in your main account, you would need to create "secondary" iCloud accounts on each person's device.  You can do this by going to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Add Account>iCloud and signing in with a different Apple ID.  Secondary accounts can be used for Mail, Notes, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders.  If you only want to add a new mail account, you can just turn Mail to On in the secondary account.  The only drawback to this approach is that secondary iCloud email accounts only support fetch email, not push.  Push mail is only supported in the primary account.

  • How do I enter multiple email addresses for a Firefox Sync account?

How do I enter my multiple email addresses for one Firefox Sync account?

Sorry, but Address Book does not allow you to select more than one email address to send to in a group. There's really no reason why people need multiple copies of a message, anyway; they have the option of forwarding email to another email address of theirs.
