If you have set this phone up, then there would not necessarily be a solution here until you have been verify with the provider that everything is provisioned correctly on their end. Since the 3G comes from your cellular provider, if the settings are correct on the phone, then you should work with the carrier next.

My ipad mini keeps rebooting over and over again, even after a total reset. what to do?
Hello people,
I have my ipad mini since christmas 2012 and it was working like a charm.
But a few weeks ago it rebooted out of nowhere, and now it reboots like every 5 minutes average.
Sometimes it wont boot up properly and boot 3 times in a row, i sometimes even have to force it to reboot by holding the home+lock button.
I reset my ipad and then restored from a back up but it didn't stop.
Today I reset mty ipad again without restoring from anything, just blanc, like out of the box, installed facebook and youtube app and a few minutes later it rebooted again.
I think i've tried anything but maybe you can help me.

Indesign CS6 crashes and wont startup again after reboot - iMac
Hello
I have a strange issue that has started in the last couple of weeks. If i restart or reboot my iMac my indesign will not open again. It tries to start to open ('loading image' appears and icon bounces in the dock) but always fails and gives an error afterwards each time (i will attach).
What i have done so far is the usual deleting of preferences, replacing default file and rebooting the machine again but nothing works.
The only thing that i can do to get it working again is to reinstall indesign from the disk (design & web premium). All other Creative Suite applications don't need reinstalling and work fine.
Has anyone else had this issue and if so how did they fix it as its bit of a pain having to reinstall indesign after each reboot.Im having issues adding the error log, here is the first bit of it though.....

Hello this is happening to us also (minus the Bluetooth speaker). We can't figure out what is causing the data usage. I turned off mobile data as soon s I activated the device, and got the message that unless I am connected to WiFi.....(that is exactly what I wanted). We watched Netflix for about three hours, then the alerts started. Like you we have many devices connected and never used over 2GB now all of a sudden we have used it in a matter of hours. My husband called Verizon and got the usual doubting Thomas response. I understand that they don't know my device settings. So over the phone we check all the settings and turned off every possible culprit eating up the data and end the call. By now I have purchased another gig for the month! Assured we are NOT using mobile data, we continue on the IE path to bliss. HA! A few hours later I check the mobile data usage on the Verizon website and that darn thing is still using data. After two more phone calls and two VERY uneventful trips to the local store we were told to take out the sim card. This has stopped the data usage, but it defeats the purpose of having the data plan. I could have just stuck with my Surface. Verizon sent us a new sim card. Its been installed and I have set my homepage to Verizon mobile data usage (just kidding) but I am on that site a lot. I am surprised at the number of complaints about this device. When we called the Verizon support acted as though this was the first time they had heard about this. I updated my Facebook application thru iTunes update system,once I did this and it finished the update I tried to log onto Facebook it opens then closes .. I rebooted my iPad and tried to open facebook again and it still did the same thing. What can I do ???? I don't want to reinstall it I'm scared it will wipe out all the game levels I'm at.
Do a search on the site and you will find many posts.
I deleted the FB app, power cycled the device (home and reset button until Apple logo appears), then reinstalled the app. Worked for me. -
My Ipad 2 blacks out with apparent shut down......reboots with difficulty after few minutes.
Try a reset. Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the red slider.

I just returned home from a visit to the Genius Bar. Like you and many others, when I upgraded my iPad 2 to IOS 8, it became practically unusable. It was VERY slow, lagged whenever trying to to do anything. Lots of screen freezes and apps spontaneously crashing. I was convinced that the processor on the iPad 2 just couldn't handle the new IOS and I went in to see about restoring to IOS 7.
Thankfully, I was hooked up with a very sharp guy at the bar. The problem is not with the OS, it is with it being an *upgraded* OS. He used the analogy of when you had an older Windows computer and how over time (and over upgrades), they just tended to get slower and slower because of all of the garbage that was carried forward in the upgrades. At those times (and if you've ever had a Windows computer, you get this), the only thing that would speed it up would be to wipe the machine and do a fresh install of the current OS and then reload your apps, and the viola, everything would be fast again. Well, it turns out that IOS can suffer the same problems.
THE FIX: FIRST, be sure you have a current iCloud backup of your device. Connect your iPad to a computer that has a clean fresh copy of IOS 8 on iTunes (this is best done with a computer other than the one that you sync your device to because you DO NOT want to restore it from a back up just yet). Ideally, if you do this at an Apple store you'll be assured of the right version there and someone to answer any questions you might have along the way. You then hold the power and home button down to hard-reset the device and continue to hold them down until it reboots into recovery mode. You then follow the instructions on the computer to reinstall the OS on the device (which wipes everything from it and then reinstalls a clean copy of it). Once this is done (which only takes about 15 minutes), your device will reboot and ask you to set it up. Answer the questions about language, location, etc. and continue until it asks you to log into your iTunes account. Once you do that, it will ask if you want to either 1) Set it up as a new device, 2) Restore from iCloud, or 3) Restore from iTunes. Choose (2), restore from iCloud. This will ensure that it brings down "clean" copies of all of your apps and preferences rather than the potentially corrupted ones that might reside in your iTunes backup. That's it! It will take a few hours depending on how much data and apps you have, but I am happy to report that my iPad 2 is now running IOS 8 and it's running as fast as it ever did when it was brand new!
To sum it up, this process 1) Wipes your device and the garbage causing your problems, 2) Loads a clean and bug-free version of IOS 8 to your device, and 3) restores your apps and data so that it looks just like it did before the wipe, with the exception that it works now! :-)
Note also that by following this process you don't have to go through the painful and laborious process of reloading all of your apps, data and/or settings. iCloud takes care of all of that for you. -
LR Mobile sync caused iPad mini to crash continuously and reboot with blue screen?

I've been using LR Mobile on my iPad Mini (Retina) for quite sometime now without any issues. It worked flawlessly, until yesterday.
I'm not sure whether this problem was caused by the LR Mobile app or not but this was my experience.
Begin syncing a LR Catalog file (760 photos, needed 1.6 GB of space on my iPad). Sync and download was in progress. (I enabled the offline edit option).
After like 10 minutes, I checked my iPad to see the sync status and it crashed and restarted by itself.
After it booted, I opened LR Mobile and bang.... it crashed again.
This happened several times and I also begin to get the blue screen of death on the iPad.
Finally, it booted properly and I opened LRM and begin to re-sync. Things went smoothly.
I had to cancel the sync (around 650 photos were synced) as I had to rush to work and the sync process was taking too long (it took me like 3 hours to sync the 650 photos as the iPad would go into sleep and the sync process would stop. Plus the iPad was crashing and rebooting in between the sync process and caused a loss of time).
Anyhow, on the way to work I opened LRM and begin working on the images. Everything seemed fine.
Just an hour ago, when I unlocked my iPad and wanted to work on the images, it crashed again. This time it went in a reboot cycle and the screen went bonkers - got the blue screen, and weird visual distortions of the apple logo, and other unusual visual effects begin to occur. I thought the iPad was gone for, as it went off and wouldn't even restart. (I even tried doing a hard reset - Home + Sleep/Wake buttons).
Finally when it booted and restarted on its own, I immediately deleted the LR Mobile app and restarted the iPad.
It's been like 2 hours now and the iPad's working fine.
Did anyone experience similar issues like this? Or is it just me
I feel very annoyed because after waiting for hours for my catalog to sync, I had to delete the app and lost all my synced photos
Can the Adobe LRM team please clarify if this could have been cause by the LRM app?
I've been using LRM for a long time and never encountered such a problem. Could it be because the app required around 1.6 GB of space on the iPad and they sync/download process was taking like forever to get done. ( I had plenty of free space on my iPad. Had like 5.6 GB free on it).

Lightroom mobile should not be causing any iPad crashers, the issue with the crashing LrM is a known issue.
What would help would be if you can collect logs from your tablet and send them privately to me.
Only then we can know for sure if it's really caused by LrMobile.
We would need all your logs that you can find under these folders that are close to the date and time when your device restarted.
OSX: /Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/DeviceName/
Windows: C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\DeviceName\
Btw you need to sync with iTunes to see them.

IPad 2 problem: reboots after every 5-10 mins of use and needs to be restored

I am facing problem with my iPad 2 (wifi only, 64 gb). It reboots every 5-10 mins everytime I use it. After reboot, it asks to be restored by itunes. After restoring it, it again reboots and asks for itunes. I have tried everything, I have reset it, restored it and rebooted it. Nothing is working. Battery is fully charged, and no other apps other than ipad original apps have been installed. It still crashes and needs to be restored. Can someone help me? This is really frustrating, I have restored it about 50 times and I cannot download any thing from appstore as it crashes when any application is launched!it downloaded a fresh copy of the new iOS 5.1.1. I'll delete it and try downloading it again. No, its not jail broken. I think it might be a hardware issue as when I read a book on it, it may not crash, but as soon as I open youtube or any other app, it crashes within 5-10 mins and needs to be restored again.

IPad 2 crashes unexpectedly and rebooted with purchased apps missing
I was using my iPad 2 reading eBooks for a couple of hours. Suddenly the screen blacked out and it rebooted by itself. When it reaches the springboard, i went back to my iBook to continue my reading. After 20 minutes or so, the iBook app crashed and the next thing I realized was all my purchased apps are missing! Has anyone encounter this problem? I am now restoring my apps from my iTunes. Strangely, music in my iPod is still inside together with the videos. The only thing that went missing are all my apps purchased from the App Store. I hope this is not a hardware issue. Everyday, I experience a couple of crashes but nothing beats today.
It sounds like you should transfer everything that you have on the iPad to your computer. Then restore to factory settings and configure as a new iPad. I would not restore it from a previous backup as the backup may contain whatever is the issue and you would just restore it to your iPad again.

My computer crashed and I lost everything. I got a new one and downloaded itunes all over again. When I plug my ipad in even after authorising my computer it will still not let me edit anything on the ipad. The screen is grey like on the ipad section and i cant select an app or anything. I have transfered purchase apps but all it does is take movies and tv shows accross. It wont transfer the apps into itunes. Please helpAs far as I know, iTunes will still not change anything until you click on Apply in the lower right corner. I fiddle with my settings all the time - just so I can get a sense if what to expect should I make any changes - and I have never seen anything happen to my configuration unless I click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes. Not only that - you have turned off auto sync so as far as I know you still have to click on sync or apply in order for the iPad to sync with iTunes.
That doesn't mean it will not happen, I've never seen it happen - is all that I'm saying. I'm sorry but I'm not sure what will happen, but the only reason that I can of why the apps will not transfer is because of the manual manage setting. I could be wrong about that as well.
Look at this discussion - which I have referred quite a few users to read. I know this process has worked for a number of people that have read it and used the instructions in it. Maybe we are missing something - what that would be - I'm not quite sure, but take a look.

Do you have iOS 5.1.1 on your original iPad? If not update the iOS.
You might also try quitting the app and then reset the pad.
Go to the Home screen and double click the Home button. That will reveal the row of recently used apps at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold on the app in question until it wiggles and displays a minus sign. Tap the minus sign to actually quit the app. Then tap anywhere on the screen above that bottom row to return the screen to normal. Then reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.
Still no joy? Delete the Keynote app, reset the iPad and then reinstall Keynote. You will not have to pay for downloading it again.
