IPCC Express Version 7 SQL Access

We are trying to build a web app, in ASP .net
but are having problems connecting to the Sql Server instance on the IPCC Server.
The error appears to be related to the fact that the SQL server is not allowing remote connections.
Usually this is fixed by going into SQL server Surface area configuration manager and allowing remote connections.
This is not available on the server.
Does anyone know how to enable remote connections,or how to configure this or the connection string to use user/password etc. ?

Hi
First thing is that the SQL server is not a default instance, it's a named instance called CRSSQL. You would connect to servername\CRSSQL in this case...
Secondly it only accepts Windows authentication. This can be problematic in scenarios where the SQL server is not in a domain.
To authencate to the DB, follow the steps I outline in this post : https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/1211272#1211272
Once you have SQL Enterprise Manager installed it's quite easy to set up, if you don't have it you can google how to do it with osql (the command line SQL admin tool).

  • CUOM error when trying to poll performance data from IPCC Express

    Hi Network Professionals,
    Using CUOM 2.1 SP1 I get an error when trying to access the Performance menu for a IPCC Express Server in the Service Level View.
    Error Message:
    Performance polling is not supported for the current capability.
    The server is fully monitored and I get enviroment, system, interface and application information.
    I the Polling Parameters menu (Voice Utilization Settings) the only parameter listed is "Communication Manager and Registred MGCP Gateway Utilization".
    The IPCC Express version is 5.0.(2)SR01_Build045.
    Is anything missing on the IPCC server? I have only configured it with SNMP.
    Kind Regards

    hi teresa.
    well I bother you because I have a problem similar to that raised earlier, I have a vm INTAL CUOM 2.1 SP1 and the problem is that computers add-in-law his administration IPCC view the service level ... but when I fall into a custom group created the group and add the teams the same ip ipcc already visible, in my group I want to generate displays custom cloud but do not show me the equipment, except that I want to add IVR servers and I do not under any circumstances the samples .. lso probe and reset everything and anything related services, install the SP! and nothing. Can you help me with this or if I recommend CUOM up version of the 2.3 that I could not even see the difference with 2.1 CUOM thanks greetings

  • IPCC Express IllegalAccessException when re-skilling agents

    I have recently adopted an IPCC Express version 4.0(5) system as part of changing jobs. I am finding that supervisors on the system are receiving the following error when trying to re-skill and agent through Subsystems -> RmCm -> Resources:
    Error:IllegalAccessException
    This doesn't always happen. It is intermittent. I went to see the behavior as demonstrated by one of our call center supervisors. I saw her re-skill two agents with no issue and then receive the error several times when trying to re-skill the third. We went to my computer where I tried. The re-skill was successful. We went back to her machine and re-skilled the same agent, and it worked. The IPCC Express (CRS) server is here in the same building that we are in, so it shouldn't be any kind of time-out due to latency.
    I queried the error on the support forums and the Cisco support site and found nothing related to this particular issue. Any thoughts?
    Thanks

    Hi
    This issue might require indepth trace analysis.
    I will request you to open a case with TAC in this regard

  • Help with IPCC Express Premium 4.0(5) & Databases

    Hi there
    I've got IPCC Express Premium 4.0(5) SR02_Build044 running for many years, but have previously never used it to access databases etc.  Obviously the PREMIUM version does have the 'database' facility, however despite following the instructions carefully in the manual I have been unable to get the CRS EDITOR to recognise any database.
    Ideally I want to be able to get the IPCC to talk to an ACCESS database, so I have created an access database and saved it as c:\cisco.mdb
    I have then created an ODBC System DSN connection to c:\cisco.mdb and called the System Data Source:  ciscotestdb
    In the CRS Admin page, I have created a Datasource called "ciscotestdb", although in fairness I have no idea what I should be putting in the USERNAME or PASSWORD box, so I've been using the windows server login details here.
    My problem is, that although this has now been added - when I now go into the CRS EDITOR and insert a command such as DB GET I get an error appear (File I/O exeption occured : Please select a DB Resource Name first). But then, when you click OK and the Box appears to allow you to select a DB RESOURCE NAME from the drop down, nothing appears - and pressing Refresh simply repeats the errors.
    I'm sure I'm probably doing something very obviously wrong, but I'm lost.
    If anyone can offer an pearls of wisdom....  greatfully received.

    Hey Paul,
    You should try moving this discussion over to the
    Contact Center sub forum as there are tons of great people
    over there that can probably help you out here

  • Overview Skills IPCC express v. 8.5

    Hi,
    we are using Cisco IPCC express in version 8.5.
    Is there any possibility to generate a report / have a list of all the users with their different configured skills?
    The only possibility which we found was "Subsystems -> RmCm -> Skills" -> but in this list for the different Skill we only found the user configured for a skill but not with the exact configured skill like 1-10.
    Such a report of all the users with their actual configured skills would be extremly helpful.
    BR
    Michael

    Hi Brian,
    thank you for your answer.
    I just tried this SQL at UCCX server at getting a good output:
    run uccx sql db_cra select s.skillname, rsm.competencelevel, r.resourceLoginID, r.extension, r.resourceFirstName, r.ResourceLastName,t.teamname from skill s inner join resourceskillmapping rsm on s.skillid = rsm.skillid inner join resource r on rsm.resourceskillmapid = r.resourceskillmapid join team t on r.assignedteamid = t.teamid where s.active = 't' and r.active = 't' order by s.skillname, competencelevel, resourceloginid
    I just tried to use this SQL with a perl script which is perfectly working with CUCM to transfer the output into a CSV-file.
    But this perl withc UCCX is not correclty working:
    #!/Program Files/Cisco/perl
    use strict;
    use warnings;
    use SOAP::Lite +trace => 'debug';
    use Data::Dumper;
    use MIME::Base64;
    #define variables
    my $uccxip;
    my $axl_port = "8443";
    my $user;
    my $password;
    my $desc;
    my $error_text;
    my $sql = "db_cra select s.skillname, rsm.competencelevel, r.resourceLoginID, r.extension, r.resourceFirstName, r.resourceFirstName,t.teamname from skill s inner join resourceskillmapping rsm on s.skillid = rsm.skillid inner join resource r on rsm.resourceskillmapid = r.resourceskillmapid join team t on r.assignedteamid = t.teamid where s.active = 't' and r.active = 't' order by s.skillname, competencelevel, resourceloginid";
    #get CUCM IP, username and password
    print "Communications Manager IP: ";
    $uccxip = <>;
    print "AXL Username: ";
    $user = <>;
    chomp($user);
    print "AXL User Password: ";
    $password = <>;
    chomp($password);
    #set up soap
    my $cm = new SOAP::Lite
    encodingStyle => '',
    uri => 'http://www.cisco.com/AXL/API/1.0',
    proxy => "https://$uccxip:$axl_port/axl/" ;
    #disable certificate check
    BEGIN { $ENV{PERL_LWP_SSL_VERIFY_HOSTNAME} = 0 }
    #authenticate to CUCM
    $cm = Login($cm,"$user","$password");
    #axl request
    my $axldata = SOAP::Data->name( "sql" => $sql );
    my $res = $cm->executeSQLQuery( $axldata );
    #show the returned value
    my $file = "UCCX_skills.csv";
    open(FH, "> $file") or die "\nCan`t open the file $file\n";
    unless ($res->fault) {
    my( $reply ) = $res->paramsall();
    $desc = $reply->{row};
    foreach(@$desc) {
    print FH "$_->{skillname}\;";
    print FH "$_->{competencelevel}\;";
    print FH "$_->{resourceLoginID}\;";
    print FH "$_->{extension}\;";
    print FH "$_->{resourceFirstName}\;";
    print FH "$_->{resourceFirstName}\;";
    print FH "$_->{teamname}\;";
    close(FH);
    else
    $error_text = $res->faultcode.' '.$res->faultstring."\n";
    print $error_text
    sub Login
    $cm->transport->http_request->header (
    'Authorization' => 'Basic ' . encode_base64("$user:$password", ''));
    return $cm;
    Do you know such perl and why it`s not working correcly with UCCX?
    Or is there any other possibilty to get the SQL into a CSV-file?

  • Shrink IPCC Express Database

    Hi,
    I need to confirm only if I can shrink IPCC Express 4.0 Database or not
    The space issue with me is with FCRasSvr DB which affect agents reports
    I'm a fraid to start the shrink without being supported from Cisco or being tested by anyone before
    Regards

    Hi,
    thanks again aaron for info
    The issue was that Customer informed that agents can't get their reports from CAD
    then we found this error in event viewer
    FCVRS229 SQL Query failed with SQL error could not execute the SQL statement for query INSERT INTO FCRasStateLogToday
    Cisco recommend the action in this link:
    http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/custcosw/ps1846/products_tech_note09186a00801df570.shtml
    I checked it and found all is ok
    Then while continue checking the CRS
    In Datastore control center
    Historical is fine
    Repository and Agent show only the primary server ,replication type [ publication snapshot agent] and show this error
    Error occurred while performing the operation. The cluster information and subscriber configuration does not match. The subscriber might be dropped (Please check SQL server log for more details). Administrator need to refer the documentation on how to resolve this issue
    SQL log show this:
    crs could not allocate space for object FCRascalllogToday in database FCRasSvr
    Error: 1105 severity 17 state 2
    Also the same error for FCRasStatelogToday object
    So I decided to shrink FCRasSvr DB as a first step to solve this space issue
    Please note that we have 4-servers in the CRS cluster version 4.0
    two servers as CRS Engine and another two as CRS Database in a HA solution
    And the agents reports work from CAD when only one server of the DB servers is live but not with the two
    Regards and sorry for being detailed

  • Missing or invalid version of SQL library PSORA (200,0)

    I am trying to configure App. Server on Vista laptop machine.
    The machine name is VRGhati03.
    It is a logical 3 tier archtecture. Its a EPM 9.0 Install. My database (PFDMO) is all configured and I am able to signon using a User ID VP1 and password VP1. My connect id is people with password of peop1e.
    My access id is SYSADM.
    I have created a user id in Oracle as VP1 and granted him the PSADMIN role .
    When I try to boot up the App. Server it tells me ' Missing or invalid version of SQL Library PSORA' and 'Could not sign on to database PFDMO with user VP1'
    The VP1 sign on works via SQLPLUS.
    I also created a User Account of VP1 and tried to boot the appserver under that id but still no success.
    I have gone thru some of the postings on this topic but they have not helped me. What am I doing wrong?
    Below are the details of the log files, portion of my psappserv.cng file and the system environment variables.
    Can somebody help. Thanks in advance

  • Reference to database and/or server name in '' is not supported in this version of SQL Server

    Hello all
    I am using C# and ADO.NET (native) - Visual Studio 2013.
    I am always using full qualified queries like "SELECT * FROM [database].[schema].[table]"
    Obviously there is a problem when doing this against SQL Azure,
    I get the following error: "Reference to database and/or server name in '' is not supported in this version of SQL Server"
    Interesting fact: With SQL Management Studio, the same query works.
    I need to know if this error is really a true one or not.
    If yes, I can quit using SQL Azure. I would need a SQL Server and not a partial SQL Server :-)
    Thanks and best regards
    Frank

    Hi,
    Here are my suggestions:
    1. Use partially qualified queries, because:
    a. from a security standpoint, you'd want to limit your login's access across the server instance
    b. in order to achieve a even better, you should specify your database as the Initial Catalog directly in the SQL Connection.
    If you take into account these practices, SQL Database doesn't come with any limitation from that point of view.
    However, in regard to 'With SQL Management Studio, the same query works', this is actually only partially true because if you run that query agains ADO.NET, you'll actually end up in switching databases along the query which is obviously not permitted in
    SQL Database since you're running in a hosted black-box version of SQL you're not managing. It's just like running the USE <dbname> command which obviously doesn't work.

  • Moving an existing SQL Express Database to SQL Server 2008 (included in SBS2011) help!

    I have software that uses SQL 2005 right now, but the database is close the max size (4 GB). I have SBS2011 installed and it includes SQL 2008 and SQL 2008R2.  I want to move the database to the 2008 version that can that can handle larger databases.
    I'm not an SQL expert, but have some experience with it.  What I need are some directions on how to make this change without causing any problems with the system, including setting up the SQL server so it will have all the same settings as the old one.
    This is a practice management software.
    Thanks in advance for any help.  Harvey

    Hi,
    I think you can upgrade SQL Server 2005 to later version of SQL Server rather than moving the existing database to another SQL Server instance.
    Upgrade SQL Server 2005 SP2 Express to SQL Server 2008 R2 Express and SQL Server 2005 SP4 SQL Server 2012 Express. And you will have maximum 10 GB per database.
    Make sure that your operation system is compatible with SQL Server
     version which you want to upgrade to. For more information, see:
    http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms143506(v=sql.105).aspx#SSE_x64
    It is possible to backup and restore the database on another instance and modify the database path in the software.
    You need to test it in your test environment first before making changes in the production environment.
    In addition, you need to consult with the software developer and see if there is any potential issue.

  • Application Express version, 4.1.0.00.3 does not honor framsets

    Have framesets been excluded from Application Express version, 4.1.0.00.32? The below framset was very effective for masking the undesirable information contained in the Application Express generated URLs. That is, the URL remained static for all generated page/parameter URLs generated by the state machine.
    For the following HTML, when trying to access the Application Express workspace administration login page, Application Express 4.0.2.00.07 renders the simple frameset.
    dads.conf <Location /tst>
    <html>
    <frameset>
    <frame src="tst"></frame>
    </frameset>
    </html>
    After upgrading to Application Express 4.1.0.00.32, the following Linux, Windows and Mac OS browser brands renders a blank page.
    * Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.9.2.17) Gecko/20110428 Fedora/3.6.17-1.fc13 Firefox/3.6.17,

    Other browser brands exhibit a different behavior. On Linux, Windows, and Mac OS the following browsers rewrite the framed URL, https://myserver.oracle.com/myframeset.html, to https://myserver.oracle.com/tst/f?p=4550:1:&SESSION.
    * Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686 (x86_64); en-US; rv:1.9.1.16) Gecko/20101123 SeaMonkey/2.0.11,

    On Linux, Windows, and Mac OS, Opera browsers render the following for URL, https://myserver.oracle.com/myframeset.html.
    https://myserver.oracle.com/tst/f?p=4550:1:&SESSION.
    The website does not permit its content to be displayed in a frame. It must be displayed in a separate window.
    * Opera/9.80 (X11; Linux x86_64; U; en) Presto/2.9.168 Version/11.51
    * Opera/9.80 (Windows NT 5.1; U; Edition United States Local; en) Presto/2.9.168 Version/11.51
    * Opera/9.80 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6.6; U; en) Presto/2.9.168 Version/11.51

    Thanks for the hint you've provided. It lead me to review HTTP header response variable x-frame-options. Here I learned what cause the browsers to return a blank page. So my first set behavior is resolved. Those browsers have begun to exhibit the second set behavior. That is, on Linux, Windows, and Mac OS the first set browsers rewrite the framed URL, https://myserver.oracle.com/myframeset.html, to https://myserver.oracle.com/tst/f?p=4550:1:&SESSION.
    Note that this is not the behavior of my applications. The URL (https://myserver.oracle.com/myframeset.html) remains anchored - the location URL remains unchanged - from application page to application page. The rewrite only occurs when accessing the Application Express workspace administration login page.

  • Communications Express doesn't create access Manager SSO session

    Hi all,
    I'm running Communications Express, Sun Access Manager and Sun messaging server, each on seperate hosts.
    Single Sign On works i.e. when users have a valid session and point their browser at the Communications Express URL they can access their mail, calendar and addressbooks without further ado.
    When they don't have a valid session though and the users go to the Communications Express URL they get a username and password prompt. If they enter valid credentials they will be logged in, but the session created is only a local session, not an Access Manager SSO session. This behaviour has changed from the previous versions of Comm Exp which wouldn't work at all without SSO.
    Is it possible to configure communications express to either redirect users to the Access Manager's authentication page or have Comm Exp create the SSO session on the users behalf?
    TIA
    Herman
    Versions:
    - Communications Express 6.3 update 1
    - Sun Java(tm) System Messaging Server 6.3-4.01 (built Aug 3 2007; 32bit)
    libimta.so 6.3-4.01 (built 17:13:29, Aug 3 2007; 32bit)

    Hi Shane,
    as always your anwer is better then I could have expected. A more or less complete manual
    just hours after asking my question. Thanks!
    shane_hjorth wrote:
    The cleanest solution I could develop to address the behavioural change was to
    leverage a web-server policy agent to perform the redirections.
    I wrote up a guide but never received any feedback unfortunately so results-may-vary.
    I have republished this guide externally - feedback is welcome:
    http://msg.wikidoc.info/index.php/AM_redirection_using_Policy_AgentTook me some time to implement, test and write feedback:
    The setup we have is a little more complex then the a single box scenario you
    have tested on:
    From the internet working inwards we have load balanced
    SSL accelerators (apache+SSL doing reverse proxy) in front of
    dedicated application servers running communications express.
    Mail is retrieved from separate mail-store clusters.
    Access manager is configured similarly: load balanced SSL accelerators
    in front of application servers running the login page (disributed
    authentication UI). Those then talk to the access manager cluster.
    Firewalls and access lists between each of those layers. None of the
    applications can be accessed directly from the internet and they are
    limited in what they can access in the DMZ as well.
    I followed your recipe to the letter. After a bit of tweaking everything
    worked like a charm. Policy agent installed and configured on the
    SUN webserver where communications express is deployed.
    Instructions were very good on detail and easy to follow.
    We deploy uwc in the root of the server not in /uwc. Something I didn't notice right away.
    It would seem that the policy agent expects the values com.sun.am.naming.url
    (The URL for the Access Manager Naming service) and
    com.sun.am.policy.am.login.url (The URL of the login page on the Access Manager
    where users should enter their credentials) to be the same host.
    In our setup the URL/host users have to use to log in can't be accessed by the policy agent.
    The policy agent should verify sessions directly against the access manager cluster.
    I played with some of the override settings in the policy agent configuration file but
    without much success. Eventually I used the hostname our users have to use to log
    in and abused the /etc/hosts file to map the external hostname to the internal address
    of the access manager cluster. Users end up on the correct login page, and the policy
    agent can verify the sessions. Ugly, but it works.
    The other issue is that the policy agent redirects to:
    com.sun.am.policy.am.login.url?goto=URL_Protected_by_Policy_Agent
    When a users enters incorrect credentials they get the default login url, without the
    goto parameter. (May be bug in access manager or by design...) After entering their
    credentials correctly on their second or third try users won't be redirected back to UWC,
    but will end up on the default page defined by their iplanet-am-user-success-url LDAP attribute.
    I solved that in the policy agents configuration file by adding the gotoOnFail=URL in the
    definition of com.sun.am.policy.am.login.url:
    com.sun.am.policy.am.login.url = https://login.domain.com:443/amserver/UI/Login?gotoOnFail=https://uwc.domain.com:443When you enter incorrect credentials you'll be redirected back to uwc (where the policy agent
    will again intercept you and send you on to the login page for your next try). May be more of
    an issue in the policy agent then your manual.
    Regards,
    Herman

    JDBC DRIVER: JDBC Oracle thin driver version 1.2.
    when i execute a Sql satement with Cursor expression from the
    java client code with XSU it returns an XML DOM But if the
    CURSOR EXPRESSION IN THE SQL QUERY RETURNS EMPTY ROWS i get
    back an error node with "ORA-01001 Invalid Cursor" error
    message.i had aslo set the setNullAttributes(true) property
    on oraclexmlquery.
    Interestingly, if i exceute the same query in the SQL plus
    it returns the column names with no rows.
    is there any way where i can get xml document with table
    structure, when there are no rows instead of ORA error message.

    Ok.
    I assume that you have for one activity several asset PNR and for one asset several activity.
    The factPNR is on this way a real bridge table. It's a way to be able to design a many-to-many relationship.
    Have a look here for more detail on how to build a many-to-many relationship :
    http://gerardnico.com/wiki/dw/data_quality/relationships#many-to-many
    Therefore I assume that you want this design :
    DimActivity -< FactActivity >- < FactPNR >- DimPNR  and you will have :
    DimActivity -< FactActivity >- < BridgeTable >- DimPNR  How to build your bridge table ?
    In the physical layer, :
    * create a new table BridgeActivityPNR, open it and select "statement"
    * enter your sql statement
    SELECT DISTINCT A.ROW_WID ACTIVIDAD_WID, B.ROW_WID ASSET_WID
    FROM W_ACTIVITY_F A,
    W_ASSET_D B,
    W_SRVREQ_D C,
    X_S_CMPT_MTRC_F D,
    X_S_ASSET_FEA_D E
    WHERE A.X_SRA_SR_ID=C.INTEGRATION_ID AND
    C.X_VLG_FLIGHT_ID=D.X_ROW_ID AND
    D.X_ROW_ID=E.X_CM_ID AND
    E.X_ASSET_ID=B.X_ROW_ID* add two columns in the column tab : ACTIVIDAD_WID and ASSET_WID
    * create the physical join with the table FactActivity and DimPNR
    * drag and drop in the business model your table BridgeActivityPNR
    * in the BMM, create the complex join like this :
    DimActivity -< FactActivity >- < BridgeTable >- DimPNR  * open your logical bridge table and check the bridge table option.
    And you are done if I didn't forget anything.

  • Best Version of SQL Server to Run on Windows 7 Professional for Large Data Sets

    My company will soon be upgrading my work PC from XP to Windows 7 Professional.  I am currently running SQL Server 2000 on my PC and use it to load and analyze data large volumes of data.  I often need to work with 3GB to 5GB of data, and
    have had databases reach 15GB in size.  What would be the best version of SQL Server to install on my PC after the upgrade?  SQL Server Express just won't cut it.  I need more than 2GB of data and the current version of DTS functionality to
    load and transform data.
    Thanks.

    Hi,
    Its difficult to say what would be best for you. You can install SQL Server 2012 standard edition because that is supported on Windows 7 SP1, enterprise edition is not supported. SQL Server 2012 express has now database limitation of 10G which does not includes
    File stream size and log file size but does not provide SSIS features.
    Just have a look at features supported by various editions of SQL Server it will help you in deciding better
    I inclination is towards SQL Server 2012 because its now with SP2 and more stable than 2014( my personal opinion)

  • Non supported version of SQL with new install of SCOM 2012 SP1

    I have SQL 2012 SP1 running on Server 2012.  I have tried the SCOM installation with and without CU2 (to fix the 1618 installation error)
    SC VMM installed cleanly and appears to work.
    The install for SCOM produces an error that says, "The installed version of SQL Server is not supported".  I have not been able to find any log from the install that has that error in it.
    Also, I have not been able to determine the true requirements of the SQL server for SCOM.  (I found dock SCOM 2012 RTM and SQL 2008 R2, but noting for 2012 SP1.
    Can someone point me to the correct place for the install log with (hopefully more information) and/or the requrements for the SQL installation?
    Roy

    The log is not created yet because it has not started the install.
    The firewall is the most common issue indeed. Temporarily Disable the firewall and see whether you can continue.
    Are you using a developers edition? The only 2 editions supported are standard and Enterprise.
    The true requirements for SCOM 2012 sp1:
    We recommend that you check for updates and hotfixes for SQL Server. Note the following database considerations for Operations Manager:
    SQL Server 2008 R2 and SQL Server 2012 are available in both Standard and Enterprise editions. Operations Manager will function with both editions.
    Operations Manager does not support hosting its databases or SQL Server Reporting Services on a 32-bit edition of SQL Server.
    Using a different version of SQL Server for different Operations Manager features is not supported. The same version should be used for all features.
    SQL Server collation settings for all databases must be one of the following: SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS, French_CI_AS, Cyrillic_General_CI_AS, Chinese_PRC_CI_AS, Japanese_CI_AS, Traditional_Spanish_CI_AS, or Latin1_General_CI_AS.  No other collation
    settings are supported.
    The SQL Server Agent service must be started, and the startup type must be set to automatic.
    Side-by-side installation of System Center Operations Manager 2007 R2 reporting and System Center 2012 Service Pack 1 (SP1), Operations Manager reporting on the same server is not supported.
    The db_owner role for the operational database must be a domain account. If you set the SQL Server Authentication to Mixed mode, and then try to add a local SQL Server login on the operational database, the Data Access service will not be able to start.
    For information about how to resolve the issue, see System Center Data Access Service Start Up Failure Due to SQL Configuration Change
    If you plan to use the Network Monitoring features of System Center 2012 – Operations Manager, you should move the tempdb database to a separate disk that has multiple spindles. For more information, see
    tempdb Database.

  • Upgrade OM 2012 to SP1 Beta - Version of SQL Server for the Operational Database and the Data Warehouse

    Hello,
    When I try to verify the prerequisites to upgrade my SCOM 2012 UR2 Platform to SP1 Beta, I have these errors :
    The installed version of SQL Server is not supported for the operational database.
    The installed version of SQL Server is not supported for the data warehouse.
    But when I execute this query Select @@version on my MSSQL Instance, the result is :
    Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 (SP1) - 10.50.2500.0 (X64)   Jun 17 2011 00:54:03   Copyright (c) Microsoft Corporation  Standard Edition (64-bit) on Windows NT 6.1 <X64> (Build 7600: ) (Hypervisor)
    But
    here, we can see that :
    Microsoft SQL Server: SQL Server SQL 2008 R2 SP1, SQL Server 2008 R2 SP2, SQL Server 2012, SQL Server 2012 SP1, are supported.
    Do I need to pach my MSSQL Server with a specific cumulative update package ?
    Thanks.

    Check the SQL server agent service and see whether it is set to automatic AND started. This got me confused at my first SP1 install as well. This is not done by default...
