Iphone 4 ERROR 1004 IMEI-- NO--

Hello, I have a problem with iphone OS4.1 4.
The phone worked fine until I restore a mistake gave me the error 1004, when I pulled out of recovery mode surprise was that there was no IMEI and firmware and does not work WIFI and BT's. I tried to do it again restore the update but nothing ... now the phone no longer work at all always ask RESTORE / support contact.
There bonding solution for dealing with the return telefonu's IMEI etc.

Sounds vaguely like you have a hacked phone which has been restored to factory settings by the restore and needs a SIM from a specific carrier to start up again.
Where did you buy the phone ?

Yep Settings> Store....tap the ID...log out and then sign back in again.
I had to de authorise my computers when I bought my new iMac so I'm guessing my Iphone needed to just sign in again to authorise the device on my itunes ID.

Help, My iphone can't load any of the downloaded application ever since i updated my phone last night through itunes!! And its telling me that it is error 1004!

If the error occurred during the update you need to redo the update, as it corrupted something on your phone. Knowledge Base article http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1275 says:
Error 1004 and 1013: This error may be the result of the connection to gs.apple.com being blocked, redirected, or interrupted. Adjust your hosts file or security software to ensure that connections to gs.apple.com are not blocked. If the issue persists, try restoring on another computer with a known-good connection. If this restore is successful, you will need to contact whoever supports your install of the operating system and security software installed on your computer for assistance. If your hosts file redirects requests to gs.apple.com, you may choose to follow Can't connect to the iTunes Store, in the "The 'hosts' file may be blocking the iTunes Store" section.
This usually happens if you have used a hacking program like Tinyumbrella on your computer sometime in the past.

i am using iphone 4 (GSM)(FACTORY UNLOCKED). I was using IOS 4.2.1 but i updated it to 4.3.2 but in end some error 1004 came and my phone stuck in dfu mode.. so i google about solution... and i found tinyumbrella software.. i used it for exit dfu mode so my IOS is 4.3.2 but Baseband(modem firmware) is 3.10.01..
so i fond problem about host file.. and i set it to default.. as i found in solution.. then 1013 error... and something like 1394 dnot know........... I HAVE NO IDA WHAT TO DO....
shud i have to use some another system for update or restore ??

If it has NEVER been jailbroke, here are some standard repair procedures:
First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. It could take well over an hour! Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow the on-screen directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore (or it doesn't help), go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here. You WILL lose all of your data (game scores, etc,) but, for the most part, you can redownload apps and music without being charged again. Also, read this.

Error 1004 in Mac App Store

I have a MacBook Pro 2012 model running OS X latest version (10.8.3). The Kindle App was not working properly so I deleted the app and have been trying to install it for the past few days but each time I am getting an ERROR 1004. I am however able to download / install / update other apps. Pls help

I'm running Mac OS X 10.6.8 and when I try to download any App I got the same error (1004).
It isn't any problem with firewall, because I disabled the machine firewall and from my network my iPhone dowload apps normally.
I believe the problem occurs during authentication, because when I went to menu Store and try to see my purchases it says I need to sign in first.
I sign in and in Store menu the options change to Sing out, but if I try to see my purchases, the same message asking to sing in appears, I keep getting the error 1004 when I try to download any App.
Anybody have any idea how to fix it?

How do I solve Error 1004 on Lion reinstall?

I wanted to erase my hard drive and reinstall the system and the apps I primarily use. I followed the instructions from apple, but after I sign in with my ID and password I get the Error 1004 and "try again later".
Starting to panic a bit because I don't have a physical copy of Lion to do the install. How do I get around this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm moving from a 24'' iMac to a 27'' iMac. Yesterday I was able to successfully wipe the HD and fresh install Lion on the old iMac (I'm selling it), but now when I'm trying to do the same with the new iMac I get this 1004 error out of nowhere.
I've already erased the HD on the new one so I don't really know what to do. I've tried signing in with my current iTunes ID on another Mac computer and on my iPhone and it works seamlessly. I only get the 1004 error with the Lion installation on the iMac.
