IPhones have lost airprint printer, but not iPad
We have been using AirPrint with our 2 iPhones and our iPad. Today I noticed that we are unable to print from the phones, but the iPad still finds our printer. Nothing in our setup has changed. Any ideas? (I have reset the phone and power cycled the printer.)
Problem solved. I updated the printer's firmware. A minor update (ver 2.0 to ver 2.02) but evidently it was needed as a result of one of the recent iOS updates.

the only way to creat an icloud account is with a ipad, iphone or imac. is it possible to creat the account from my windos PC? i already downladed i cloud, and i have an Apple ID but Not an Icloud account/

I have an Apple ID, but not an iCloud ID. I have a PC, windows 7. Icloud will not let me create an iCloud on my pc, do not have iPhone, iPad, etc. Help!

my iphone is recognized in itunes, but my ipad is not. both ios are updated to 6.1, imac to 10.7.5 and itunes to 11.0.1. tried all usb ports, different cables, reinstalling itunes (as much as you can on a mac), tried reboooting both. any help appreciated.

Hy there,
In order for you to solve this problem you have to follow these stept if your running windows:
1'st step is to go into the device manager
2 step is to go to portable devices (it is rught under network adapters)
3 step is to right clic apple iphone and click update drivers
4 step is to brows your drivers from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers
After that your itunes will pump up alown and youl see your iphone right there.

Hi, sill no joy with my sound on my iPad .the sound only works on one app ( Annie ) and the ring volume and it works for about 5 seconds after I switch it on . Was talking to apple and they said the reset my iPad and this will fix it .done this and it is still not working only with earphone and Annie. What next ?As they said this is unheard of as it was the upgrade to iso6 that caused this problem . Help

Bought an ipad 2 for christmas but it won't connect to my wireless. My modem/router is an Arris 653 B eurospec DOCSIS. The wifi works on an unsecured network I have in the bldg but not my own network. Anyone have any suggestions?
I'm not familiar with your router but are there any buttons on the front or back of it because sometimes you need to pair the router in order for your PC, laptop, phone or iPad to connect wirelessly with it?
From the routers I have used there are normally two buttons on the front or back (apart from the power button), pressing one of them allows you a few minutes to enter the required password on your iPad. Best look at the instructions for the router. -

can i airprint to my airprint printer remotely, with ipad, from another wifi connection or only when i am within my own network?
Air print, and the normal hp airprint set up requires that the pad and the printer be on the same wifi net work. The 'connecting' is done by your router. That means remote printing wont work with the out of the box stuff. I think you might find some 3rd party apps that do support remote printing, but i have not seen any reports from users that found a really good solution. Print n share reads like it might work, i am sure some users will chime in.
