Is Forms Central down?

I can't even pull up the forms central page, let alone sign in.  I cannot view my forms embedded in my website.  What is up?

If you are still experiencing this problem, can I get you to clear the cache on your browser and try again. Also trying a different browser would be helpful. Let us know what your system environment is if you still can't access the site.

    I am not very happy regarding the way adobe form central has been announced its shutting down, I have received no email regarding this issue only notification on log into my account.
    there are no support or option to contact adobe regarding this matter.
    I am a fully paid subscriber to the annual service and adobe are closing Form Central in June - My subscription is paid for a full year until dec 2015.  I expect at the very least adobe to address annual subscribers and the fact they will no longer be providing a service mid way through their paid year.  Combined with the fact i have many active forms.
    The service from adobe when it comes to this sort of issue and support has been unacceptable.

    This is Shannon from the FormsCentral engineering team. We are currently experiencing an outage and are doing everything we can to bring the system back up as soon as possible. I don't have an ETA at this moment but I can assure you that all of the appropriate people are working on the problem. I'll update this thread when I have more information.   • How do I buy forms central - the web site is not working, Tried the phone, thats an hour I won't get back!

    Is there anyone on here that can assist in my purchase of form central. I really need this product urgently but have been trying for 2 days to purchase. I spent an hour on the phone with someone that sounded like they were in a noisy beach hut somewhere who seemed to think that it was my inability to use the site and took me through it step by step to get the same result, she then said OH, our servers are down, you can use the site for free and come back in 4 hours and they will be working  - -NOT!.
    I assume Adobe actually employs someone somewhere that can help, certainly phone sales weren't interested and the phone number that came up on the dialogue box didn't connect anywhere

  • Adobe Forms Central Automatically Sort Responses

    Hello,
    I am relitivly new to Forms Central and was hoping to get help with the responce table.
    I was hoping to set it up so that new resonces come in as the next line number, so that the first resonce was line 1, the second line 2, third line 3, and so on. 
    RIght now, new responces come in an push everything else down, changing the line number it was before the new responce came in.
    Basically, I want it to "sort from oldest to newest" Automatically.  Is there a way to do this so that I don't have to tell it to every time I log in?

  • Adobe Forms Central

    I have Adobe Acrobat Pro 10.1.9
    I needed to create a form to put on our website so i went to Adobe Forms Central and signed up for the 1 month trial as i only need 1 form. I spent a couple of hours getting the form the way i need it and then tried to export it or save it as a PDF and i am not allowed to do it. the message i get says "Acrobat.com could not save this PDF file.  The file might be open in another application and cannot be overwritten."  i have tried every way i can think of to move past this error, (closing Adobe and reopening. Closing everything and shutting down and starting again, i have even tried Print and save as PDF which gives me a blank page. I continue to get the same warning.

  • Form central - business catalyst - e commerce problem

    Hi all
    We have a few websites and have been using form cental to create contact us forms, gift voucher ordering, and event booking/payment through paypal for these sites.
    I thought that any results we got (ie names and email addresses) would be going directly into the business catalyst mailing lists so that when we send out a newsletter, those new enquiries and customers get it.
    But Ive now realised there is no link between the too (frustrating)
    So Im now wondering why i even need to be paying for form central.
    Can I do all of that in business catalyst?
    Also I tried to find out how to upgrade my BC to include ecommerce (since Im assuming I cant may gift voucher order forms and link to paypal with BC webmarketing plan)
    I eventually found you have to go to BC: Site settings >Site management> and then there is supposed to be an option that says upgrade... but the only option it has is 'delete'!
    Getting a bit frustrated, so Im hoping someone can give me a hand on this one. :-)

    I just solved this problem on my computer.
    Windows 7 comes with only one "Voice" installed. "Microsoft Anna - English (United States)" I'm not sure what you get if your in another country.
    You can test your "Voice/Voices" by running Microsoft Narrator. Click [Start] button and type "Narrator" in the [search programs and files] box. Press [Enter]. Your computer should begin talking. Click [Voice Settings] button to see a list of installed voices. Take note of the voices listed. "Mine has just the one."
    Adobe Reader must have a voice selected that you have installed. To verify your settings Run Adobe Reader. From the top menu click [Edit] then click [Preferences] at the bottom of the list. In the Preferences window click [Reading] from the left hand list. Find "Read Out Loud Options" Un-check [Use default voice] Choose a voice from the drop down menu that you have verified is installed on your computer. Click [OK]
    My Adobe Reader had 4 voices listed to choose from. I found this curious because I only have one voice.

  • Downloading, printing and submission to non-form central

    I have created a form, which is related to health issues.  When completed it must remain confidential.  That means someone completing it must download the completed form onto their computer and send it to my company through secure means.  I do not wish a copy going to Forms Central due to the confidentiality and I doubt if Forms Central is 100% secure.  Can I change the "submit" button to send to my email or if not how do I instruct them to down load the completed form for printing and sending by other means?

    First check the version of the document with Jongware's script "Identify.jsx" (ExtendScript/JavaScript).

    If it is CS 5.5 or above, you need someone to open it in the version the script says and export an IDML representation from that. Another way would be to install a 30days version of CS6 or above (CC) and do it yourself.
    In regards of the script showing a result for InDesign files higher than CS6:
    CS7 = CC v9
    CS8 = CC v10 = CC-2014 or CC2014.1

  • Editing a Form Central PDF in Acrobat Pro

    I've created a multi-page form with F Central and need it to be editable in Acrobat Pro.  "Save a Copy" in Acrobat Pro does not remove the security and thusly the form cannot be edited.  Was I misled by Acrobat marketing and now I am stuck with a form that I can ONLY edit using Forms Central?   Can anyone help?

    I don't know if I was very clear.  I want the users to fill out a form and click a button when they are done.   Then I want the result of clicking the button to be for the form to print to Adobe PDF first followed by emailing to me.  Right now the way I set the button up (below), I receive the actual form via email. 
    "Actions" tab,
    "Mouse up,
        Execute a menu item
            File>Save as>PDF...
        Submit a form"
    I want a non editable printed/ refried version AKA "print to Adobe PDF" on the menu items sent to me instead of the actual form.  I have searched all over but can't find if this is possible.

    I created a survey in Word, used Adobe to make into a fillable pdf, emailed it to the prospective respondents, and I have received many emailed responses.  I have uploaded my original form to Adobe Forms and now I would like to upload those responses into Forms Central to make use of its reporting capabilities.  How can I import all of my repsonses into Forms Central?

    I don't mean to hijack this thread, but Randy had mentioned a bug in Chrome regarding copy/paste. I've been searching for hours for a solution, but nothing on Google Chrome and c/p for the fillable area of a pdf document. Google forums have not yielded anything about fillable forms, so I'm hoping an Adobe forum would be more knowledgable.
    I have a fillable form online where the fillable area cannot be pasted into or copied out of while using Google Chrome. Note that the text already on the document can be c/p'ed. The form is designed so users can copy and paste their own info into the cover sheet so there won't be any typos.
    Without looking at alternative methods of using the form (i.e. saved on desktop), is there a way to fix this copy/paste issue? It is definitely a Google Chrome issue, as c/p works fine in IE and Mozilla. Thank you.

  • How can I expand text fields in my PDF file which I built in Forms Central?

    I'm working in Windows 7 and just created my first form in Forms Central. I have many text fields that I intended for the end user to be able to type as much information in them as necessary. I selected the "multiple lines of text" setting for each of these fields. I was told by someone at Adobe a while back when I was trying to decide on learning LiveCycle Designer or using the much more user-friendly Forms Central that the form fields would not automatically expand in the PDF form, but that I would be able to click or drag on the fields manually to expand them so that, ultimately, they could be printed with all the comments, for however many pages it would take. I've exported my Forms Central form to a PDF file. However, when I type multiple lines of text in the form fields I set up to be "unlimited," I cannot get the form fields to expand. What have I done wrong? Help, please!

    We are dealing with a similar situation.  We have downloaded LiveCycle and created the form, but as we knew would happen, the changes that come for the content of the form are causing us to max our trial version, and as soon as the form needs a change outside of the trial time period, we are faced with the next dilemma, as Adobe doesn't offer to purchase a single license at a reasonable rate.  The only reason we wanted LiveCycle was for the dynamic field feature.  I plead with you to consider offering that feature in Forms Central.  The other issue that we are having is that our users sometimes need to paste a table into the expandable text field.  Is that even possible in Live Cycle?  We don't at this point need the web-based functioning that Live Cycle offers.
