Yes. Just select and hold until the app starts to jiggle and then you can move it.

Thanks.Hello. Perhaps this is because you are trying to arrange the order of many VPN services, since only one VPN service can be selected at once in System Preferences. In my original post, I did not mean that; I meant that I wanted to arrange the order of VPN configurations within a VPN service. In this screenshot, I have one VPN service only:
And in the following one, it is shown that there are more than one VPN configurations within that VPN service:
Furthermore, it was the order of VPN configurations that I wanted to change, not the order of VPN services. If you are trying to change the order of VPN services, I do not have a solution. -
Bug Report iOS 7 iTunes. Since it is repeatable on 3 iPhones and 4 iPads here, I'm sure others are experiencing the same thing. Apple, might want to take a peek at this. When a tv show or movie is deleted from Videos, the Videos app shuts down instead of returning to video playlist.
Restarting videos works and looks like video is getting deleted.

Nooo or you would use OS X Recovery Mode: Disk Utilty and then Startup Disk.

Oh my gosh I had the EXACT same problem, and for ages I couldn't figure out how to fix it until today. Here's what I did:
First I went onto my computer, opened itunes, and un-installed tumblr, vine and kik. These were the apps I was having problems with (it said I had them on my phone but, like you, they didn't show).
Then I went to the itunes store, searched for each one, and it said I could update them so I did (just FYI: for tumblr a window popped up saying "please click ok to confirm you are 17 years or older", so I did that also)
When I went back to my phone and tried installing them again (still on my computer), it worked!

the material of all apple charges are awful and start to disintegrate. They are very expensive to replace. Great product but the charger and USB cords are awful my Mac book charger he rubber like material starts to break apart exposing your wires.

Figured oout that I had restricted deletions of programs.
Settings->General->Restrictions-> (enter your passcode), Turn Deleting Apps ON
Afterward holding an icon until it jiggles will produce the X delete button.
You might want to turn Delete apps OFF after cleaning up. -
When I goto app store and select updates and then purchased it spins the hour glass and then go's back to home screen, anyone know the fix?
ATtempt to power off your device and power it back on, if that doesn't work reset all settings should resolve it for you

Can we change the display order of member set functions like @Idescendant?
Generally, for example, if we have dimension with member hierarchy as below:
Parent
Child1
Child11
Child2
Child21
then, when we use function @Idescendant(Parent) to define the row during form design, the form will display the members in the following order:
Child11
Child1
Child21
Child2
Parent
This is not what I want, I need the order to be the same as I defined them.
I know I can set the members one by one to display any order as I wish, but this is not doable when I have hundreds of members.
is there any good way to solve this problem? Any answer is appreciated.

The answer is unfortunately no, there isn't any easy way of doing it. There are ways of doing it and automating it but I can't say it is easy. The solution I found once required me to update form definition tables through a stored procedure in Planning and recycle services after every update.

Is It Possible To Change My Pre-order
Seems as thought the customer service lines are down and I need to find out how I can go about changing my pre-order. I pre-ordered the Samsung Galaxy S3 a few days before June 28th so that I could keep my unlimited data plan. When researching the phone I could not find anywhere that said it DEFINITELY had internal storage AND expandable memory via micro SD cards. So I ordered the 16GB version thinking it was a 16GB card and that I could swap in a larger card later. Now I find out that it is both internal memory AND expandable. Had I known this I would have ordered the 32GB version.
Now that I have the pre-order already placed for the 16GB, how can I go about getting the 32GB?
I saw someone post about how they tried changing the color of the phone the day after the old plans expired (June 29th) and that they cancelled their order, thus canceling their contract, and losing the unlimited. I don't want that to happen obviously but since I can't call in, and ordered this phone online, what are my options besides going to a storefront?
Does anyone think this will be possible for me to do? Or should I just stick with it and try returning it for a 32GB within the 14 day return policy?
I have a strong feeling I won't be able to switch the phones on my pre-order...Update: Talked to a local Verizon Rep. and they said I should wait for it to be shipped to me, call customer service, tell them I want to exchange it for the 32GB version, and they will ship it to me in a few days. I cannot open the box of the 16GB version or activate it obviously.
I thought this phone was going to be sold out, unavailable, hence the pre-orders. Do you guys think I should just do what she said? I wouldn't want to get stuck in that 14-day return policy. But I wonder if that 14-day return policy applies to my phone the day I get it or when it is activated. With my luck I would try to exchange it when its shipped, then there would be no 32GB phones available until after the 14 days. -
Guys i have a Mac Pro 2009 with 4 monitors attached.
Since i upgrade to 10.8, then to 10.8.1 and now to 10.8.2 my Mac Pro every time it starts, cannot remember the order and appearance of my displays so ihave to reorder them every single time.
Can somebody tell me what to do???

How can I get my Windows Lightroom photos to show in the correct order on Apple TV?
I use Lightroom on Windows 7 and iTunes as well as a current generation Apple TV. When I export a set of photos in a specific order from Lightroom, the files are named in the proper sequence, but when the photos are displayed in the Apple TV viewer, they do not show in filename sequence. They apparently show in the date the photos were taken by my camera. I have a mix of scanned images and photos in my desired sequence, so the Apple TV is next to useless in showing them as a slideshow on my large screen TV.
My investigation led me to believe that Apple TV was showing the photos in the date taken, so I instructed Lightroom to omit that data on the exported files, and the date taken shows as missing on Windows, but in the Apple TV they still show in the same sequence.
Help!!Me again. I'm pretty sure I found a solution to my problem. I had changed the order of my slides more than once, and it turned out that the "wrong" sequence that Apple TV was using for my slides was the original sequence, not the latest sequence. I found that when I deleted the Apple TV Photo Cache folder and database, it got rebuilt by iTunes and the slide sequence was correct. I have no reason why the order did not automatically get updated. I'm on the rails now!

The display doesn't go as wide as our wide screen monitor
Previously we used IE, the display would fill the width of our wide screen monitor, but with Firefox it is only using about half of the monitor. Seems ok with other applications so assuming its a firefox thing?
