Is there a way of compling/exporting/publishing a finished VI so that it runs on another PC without LabVIEW installed on it?

You will always need the LabVIEW Runtime Engine of exactly that version the VI was built in.
Every VI is executable in the appropriate runtime engine without the need for the developement system.
In order to start the execution of a VI without using the developement system, you most often use .exe or sometimes .dll as files. And i think you are up to this.
You need the LV Application Builder to build an exe or dll containing your application. The Application Builder is part of the LV Professional Developement System, the other ones (Base and Full) can include it as an extra tool (liable to pay costs).

Delete, cookies, history etc on settings. Start using 2-3 windows at a time and then go app store look for cleaning apps.
Also go setting and se what apps use most of storage space, start cleansing ones you dont need. Music etc.

Is there a way to create a PDF form that ANYONE can fill out and SAVE with their content? By anyone, I mean someone who can download and use the free Adobe Reader, on either a Mac or PC. I have Acrobat Pro, and would like to be able to create forms that can not only be filled out and printed, but saved and emailed, which is not an option with the forms I have created to date. They can be filled out, but not saved, with Adobe Reader.

To do what Dave indicated you need to do, it depends on what version of Acrobat you have:
Acrobat 8: Advanced > Enable Usage Rights in Adobe Reader
Acrobat 9: Advanced > Extend Features in Adobe Reader
Acrobat 10: File > Save As > Reader Extended PDF > Enable Additional Features
Acrobat 11: File > Save as Other > Reader Extended PDF > Enable More Tools (includes form fill-in & save)

Multiple desktops and dual screens really aren't meant to work together. Apple came up with this multiple desltops feature and never really thought about users that use a dual monitor setup. So use either multiple desktops OR dual monitors but not both. Also don't try to use any App in Full Screen Mode as that doesn't work with dual screen setups either.

Apps are only tied to one account... You can set up two iTunes accounts on your computer, however, and let his iPad sync to his account. If he has never backed up his apps to a computer, however, he will have to redownload all the apps. Afterwards, he can backup to iCloud instead of your computer.

Is there a way to create a new Calendar that replicates all events from a subscribed calendar ? Mobile Me is great but my most important Calendar is technically in the "Subscriptions" category so it doesn't get pushed to me iPhone. I want to create a new Calendar and have it just automatically copy all the events from the subscribed calendar and keep up to date with that one.

I subscribed to a Holiday calendar that I also wanted to be published, and the only workaround that I found was to export the calendar, delete the subscription, and then import the calendar.
This obviously will only work with a subscription that is not often updated/subject to change.

Yes it is possible and simple to do.
- In the compose window of TB, display the address books on the left
- select the adress book you want
- select normally the first contact (left click)
- while pressing a shift key, select the last contact (--> all selected)
- just under the last contact, use the button you want.
In an address book it is also possible to create a mailing list.

No, downgrading from any version of iOS to an earlier version is not supported.

If your phone is offline, the ONLY way to find it is to look for it the old fashioned way. Your phone CANNOT be located electronically if it's offline.

TM can back up external HDs. If you have both of your external drives attached, go to the options in TM preferences. Be sure the data drive is not listed (this lists drives/folders to exclude from a backup). Then initiate a TM backup or wait for the hourly backup. That should back up the data drive.
You can only tell TM what to exclude from a backup, not what to include.

AFAIK, there's no app that'll clone the Mac and PC volumes so you can restore them. System Image Utility.app or Deploy Studio for Mac and Ghost for PC are needed. See these for starters:
