Is there a way to change the WHITE background color of the photo gallery/COLLECTIONS to BLACK. IPad 4 ios 7

As a Professional Photographer, I chose to buy an IPad 4 for only one reason and that was the amazing color and clarity of the Photo Gallery as a mobile Portfolio.
Originally the background color of the IPad 4 Gallery was BLACK and this facilitated the photos greatly, photos look better and stand out better on a BLACK background. White backgrounds cause a glare eminating from the edges of the photo and cause iris in our eyes to close down, degrading the quality of the photo being viewed.
I updated to ios 7 and now my IPad 4 has a WHITE background, which is unacceptable for viewing photos.
HOW DO I CHANGE the WHITE background on the Photo/Gallery/COLLECTIONS to BLACK?
Apple should ALWAYS give USERS/OWNERS of their products control of such details. IT'S JUST GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Vancouver22 Thanks for your help... the SLIDESHOW turned black for me automatically when the slideshow began. That works most excellent!
Now if I can just get the White Background to STAY BLACK, this might not be as painful as I feared.
My IP4 does lag slightly, but not enough to set fire to it yet.
The gallery/COLLECTIONS/ALBUMS are the most important thing to me.

Just put a Solid Color Layer atop it and set it to Blend Mode Multiply or
• load the Channel with the best contrast (cmd-click it in the Channels Panel)
• invert Selection (cmd-I)
• create a black Solid Color Layer
• put whatever below that Layer

The id is applied by (I think) the skin class of the ChoiceBox. You don't need to define it.
You have to apply the css in an external style sheet. You can apply the external style sheet to any parent of your choice box, or to the scene (the most usual way to do it).

Is there a way to change 'Find in page' to put the focus back at the bottom of the page? (FF 12.0)

With the update to Firefox 12, using the 'Find in page' feature now centers results on the page (see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=171237 for specifics). I checked the about:config page and I don't see anything that would change this back to the prior behaviour. I find myself struggling at time to find the highlighted text now, whereas before I knew exactly where to expect it on the page.
Is there any way to go back to this earlier behaviour without having to revert to an earlier version?

It's not uncommon for add-on authors to find ways to undo changes to Firefox after a new release. Without an add-on, I ''suspect'' there's no easy way to get at this.

Is there a way to change 2 really annoying things about the iTouch?

I have a 16gb Ipod Touch and was wondering if there was a way to disable these 2 really annoying features.
1. When your listening to music and turn it sideways it goes to album view and you have to look at your ipod to go to the next song since it gets rid of the Next / pause / back buttons.(( i listen to the ipod in bed so i usually just hit next song and be done with it.
2. The auto correct when your typing because im pretty good at typing on the itouch. Example... i type a word and the itouch suggests a word that is somewhat similar and if you dont click the x next to the suggestion it will put that word in automaticly(( if your a fast touch typer like me it puts the word in if you hit space and its REALLY annoying.
If anyone knows any ways to stop these 2 things thank you.

I have frequent migraines, during which time bright colors are very painful to look at. In fact, bright colors can be a trigger for me. I've customized most of my programs and websites to have gray or black backgrounds because these dark colors are much more comfortable. The standard Itunes color is light gray-bright white - is there a way to make it darker?

Not officially no. You may be able to find a third party skinning tool.

Is there a way in LR to tell what color space a photo is stored in?

I have a lot of 16 bit Tiff files in my Lightroom library. I am looking for an easy way to determine what color space has been assigned to them. The only way I know to find out is to open them in Photoshop. Does Lightroom have a way to tell me? That seems like a pretty basic capability for a high level photo software program like Lightroom, but I can't find it. Does the Tiff file still have the original RGB numbers that the RAW file had, or have they been changed to suite the color space used? If the original numbers are still there, then maybe the assigned color space does not matter, and I can change it if I want? I am Using Lightroom 5.5 on a windows 7 64 system.

No display on right under Metadata, nor in lib filters, but smart collections have rule - see 'Color -> Source Color Profile'. Unfortunately, you need to know ahead of time what to look for, but still: it's better than nothing..
For example:
will round up all photos with Adobe RGB profile.
And you can have another with 'contains sRGB' ...

i just got a new router and i was trying to connect a laptop to it. but the laptop is so old it can only connect to the wep security and the router has wpa/wpa2 security. does anybody know how to change the security type?

Yes, you can change the Security on your Router -Also change the SSID to avoid extra troubleshooting...
Open an Internet Explorer browser page on your wired computer(desktop).In the address bar type - 192.168.1.1 and press Enter...Leave username blank & in password use admin in lower case...
For Wireless Settings, please do the following : -
Click on the Wireless tab
- Here select manual configuration...Wireless Network mode should be mixed...
- Provide a unique name in the Wireless Network Name (SSID) box in order to differentiate your network from your neighbours network...
- Set the Radio Band to Standard-20MHz and change the Standard channel to 11-2.462GHz...Wireless SSID broadcast should be Enabled and then click on Save Settings...
Please make a note of Wireless Network Name (SSID) as this is the Network Identifier...
For Wireless Security : -
Click on the Sub tab under Wireless > Wireless Security...
Change the Wireless security mode to WEP, Encryption should be 64 bit.Leave the passphrase blank, don't type in anything...
Under WEP Key 1 type in any 10 numbers please(numbers only and no letters eg: your 10 digit phone number) and click on save settings...
Please make a note of WEP Key 1 as this is the Security Key for the Wireless Network...
Click on Advanced Wireless Settings
Change the Beacon Interval to 75 >>Change the Fragmentation Threshold to 2304, Change the RTS Threshold to 2304 >>Click on "Save Settings"...
Now see if you can locate your Wireless Network and attempt to connect...

I have an array of buttons that are just text and I would like to change the color effect to a blueish color when clicked/active. I can obviously do this in the property inspector, but I would like to change it programatically. Is there a class I can use to accomplish this? Thanks!

You could try setting the buttons 'opaqueBackground' property. If you assign it a color in hex, like 0x00FF00, it should color the button.
myButton:Button = new Button();
myButton.opaqueBackground = 0x00FF00;

Well when you are finished drawing a picture when you select it you are able to make the drawings background transparent so when you put it on top of something else the background doesnt show up or you can have the background visible.
