Is there a way to create a window panel utilizing Javascript? Or would I have to utilize the SDK and C++ etc to do so?
I'm writing a script for work, and while I utilize actions, scripts, etc. I feel like I need to dumb it down a little for my coworkers. I could use actions to do this, but with actions, it remembers paths exactly, potential for error, on PC and especially mac depending on how/if a network drive is mounted. I'd rather create a panel, to both further my knowledge, and make something worth deploying. Just thought I'd ask the community in case they've had similar issues.
First, get an app called MPEG Streamclip, which is free. You can find it by googling MPEG Streamclip Squared 5.
Open MPEG Streamclip.
In iMovie, select the clip you need. Then, right-click/Reveal in Finder.
Drag this clip into MPEG Streamclip
In MPEG Streamclip, move the playhead to the frame you want.
In MPEG Streamclip, click FILE/EXPORT FRAME.
Choose JPEG, TIFF, or PNG and give it a name.

I am organizing my library of stock video footage so is easily view (show to clients) and access. I need advice for two things:

I imported 100 photos from my camera (Canon) into iphoto. The importation went well, and when I was watching the photos, suddenly iphoto crashed. I restarted iphoto and realized that the photos had disapered. The events are availbble into iphoto but they are empty, the photos have dispeared. I can not believe they disapeared as they have been imported and read once, they must be hidden somewhere on the disk? Is there a way to find where they are?
Assuning you're running iPhoto 9 or later try the following:
1 - launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down to open the First Aid window.
2 - Run Option #4, Rebuild Database.

I recently downloaded a new update of the operating system on my 3GS It seems to be a bit slower since and I have no idea if that is part of what is going wrong. I cannot get itunes to recognise my phone. Windows pops up a 'window' that says my 'mobile device services' is not working and would I like Windows to look online for the problem - I say yes, windows does it's thing, blanks out and I am back where I was. I tried updating itunes but no luck.
I found the mobiledeviceservices.exe file and made sure it was all 'on' and 'enabled' still no luck I did a search and came up with some other people who had the same problem but the answers that they were given didn't help me.When you erased the disk did you select Mac OS Extended Journaled as the format option?

iCal just shows the calendars you have created in your account(s). So if you are using iCloud just log into your iCloud account in a web browser and make as many new calendars as you wish to have. Then enable those in iCal.
If you use Google accounts or something else for the calendars, then create them as needed, and enable them in iCal.
I have several separate calendars all displayed in iCal - a couple linked through my Gmail accounts, and one through my iCloud account. Each uses a different default item color so they are distinct in iCal. -

I am currently building a website that sells industrial seating. There is a seat called SP006 that appears both in section, "small suspension seats" and "construction". So far I have been resaving the same page twice but renaming it "sp006_construction.html".
Everything stays the same except the back button changes links, one goes to small suspension seats, the other goes to construction. Is there a way to create an if statement so that I don't have to keep resaving the same file over and over again?

ChantalleUpon reading your question again, I think that I initially got the wrong impression.
As I see it now, you want the same contents to go to two different documents, but want to maintain only one copy.
Making use of SSi's will solve that problem, i.e. you will still have two documents, but they will have the contents from a file called sp006.htm. The document will look like

The same will go for the construction seats. This way you will have one file to maintain, but it is used in two different documents.

The requirement is - User should be able to enter comments in a edit box for a section in a dashboard and save it. For other users, this should show up as a non-editable comment while for the user it should be editable box.
Example: In a report in a section on dashboard for Supplier Trends, a Purchase Manager should enter the commments -" This weeks trends show no issues. Next week watch out for supplier X". For everyone other than him, this should show up as comments.

sort by Artists or Album or whatever you like. There, you can have a better and easier way to organize all your music
files.
For Windows Explorer, did you mean
medium size icons in artist, while list icon in albums, you can just organize as you want like the following screenshot.

In the sheet :: table :: cell that is going to receive the data, type an equals sign, then click on the cell that the data will come from and press Return.
This will require that you navigate to the origin cell by choosing the proper sheet.

Make a temporary, backup copy (if you don't already have a backup copy) of the library and apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
Select the options identified in the screenshot.
Then try deleting the library again.
Fix #2
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
Download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
Click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu option
In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments but not books, calendars or slideshows. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.
