Is there a way to download a file into an ipad without going through itunes?
I am trying to do it in a similar way to that of an Android device. I would like to have someone with an Apple device scan a QR code which pulls a zip file on to their device and then from there (without using iTunes) extract and load the file into an app already installed on the device.
Is this possible? What is the fastest, easiest, most effecient way to do this?

Regarding preventing someone from taking the quiz without going through the content...
I decided to separate the quiz out of the project as a separate item.
We are going to use a Learning Management System which will house the module to control the access.
The LMS can be set to not allow people to click on the Quiz link, until they have gone through the content. (So they cannot by-pass the content and just do the quiz).
I was trying to find a way to control this from within Captivate 5 and keep people from being able to click on the quiz without going through the content. (And keep the quiz inside the original project).
However, this LMS solution will work for this module.

I have an Iphone 4, I have music files that appear on my phone that I want to delete, when I link it to my computer the songs on the phone will not appear in Itunes so I can delete them, Is there any way to delete these song off the phone without going through Itunes?
Nope, it either needs to be plugged in or turned on with the power button.
A replacement iPhone 4 is $149, but at least the whole phone is replaced. -

No. This issue is dicussed here frequently. The only option is to be patient and try often. Search this forum for other posts about this issue.

I can import the Raw file successfully but cannot see any edits that were applied in Capture One. Im assuming no but just checking.Your assumption is correct, Capture One, Lightroom and other third party raw processors have their own proprietary processes and profiles for rendering the raw data.
They do not make permanent changes to the raw data and store the changes to an .xmp file or to a catalog file like Lightroom. -

If deleting a note page from your note apps by mistake is there anyway of retreiving it without going through iTunes or iCloud. This is the new age of technology and there should be a deleted bin as in most computers or websites. There must be a way..
There is no undelete facility on the iPad, when you delete something then unless the app itself has an undelete option (which the built-in Notes app hasn't) then it is gone. If it was on the iPad when you last backed up then you could try restoring to the backup, but you would need to restore the whole iPad, you can't just do a single app.

finally icloud is only useable for iphone system backups, that you may never need. it is as useless as ibooks, passbook reminders, notes, voice memos, newsstand and so long. even your bluetooth connection is 100%useless without filesharing enabled... since 3 months i never used bluetooth.

If you don't like iCloud don't use it.
You can use Dropbox to transfer files over Internet or an app (like Files) to transfer files over your local network (much faster)
