No. There is no FM tuner in the phone. The audio from the TVs in the gym is broadcast over FM radio frequencies, they are not piping it out over the Internet. If there was an app that would let you listen to them, it would be specific to your gym.

Seems like many people want to manage their photos my separating them into albums, rather than one massive camera roll. In Android once you move the photo form the roll to an album it is gone from the roll thus eliminating a massive roll. There are not two copies. There is one and it is in the Camera Roll. The albums you create only point to the pics in the camera roll. It is simply an organization tool.
The camera roll is temporary storage for pics taken with iPhone. You should be importing them to your computer regularly. Once there, you can organize them however you like and sync them to your iPhone.
