Got to create customized rfc/bapi and to export data in csv format?

I am new to WebDynpro .
My requirement is that i need to download all my datas into csv format . But when i am using the function module
GUI_DOWNLOAD , an error is coming " Couldnot ascertain code page "

How to download dynamic table data into CSV format
Hi,
I have data in dynamic table <it_data>, and I want to download that into CSV format.
so I tried to use FM SAP_CONVERT_TO_CSV_FORMAT but how to use this FM with dynamic table?
here <it_data> type standard table, we can pass this to I_TAB_SAP_DATA. but problem is with changing parameter. (TRUXS_T_TEXT_DATA), what type of table it should be?
and one more thing is <it_data> structure is also dynamic , depending on input the structure of <it_data> may vary.

Hi All
I have to download data into csv file format. I use the FM
GUI_DOWNLOAD and gave the filename text.csv. But data is stored in excel
file in place of csv file.
Can anyone tell me what should i do to load the data into csv file or any other function module should used?

Can anyone confirm if it's right way to load into csv file?There is too many commas!
You should not use a comma in your text delimiter but a quote' or double quote"
and put a comma in the field separator to have something like

You will need to change your content type to application/vnd.ms-excel.

when we download data into excel using ole with delimiter it works fine in 2007 but when we check this with 2003 format
both fields come in only one column .Can any one suggest
CONCATENATE WA_ALL-PERNR LV_ICNUM INTO WA_PERNR SEPARATED BY W_DELI IN CHARACTER MODE.If you're already using OLE, you can fill in value for each cell separately instead of using a delimiter. Something like this fragment:

If i select the back ground radion button all program should run in back ground only, and finally the data should be downloaded to excel file on the given path in selection screen.

Export batch data into CSV file using SQL SP
Hi,
I have created WCF-Custom receive adapter to poll Sql SP (WITH xmlnamespaces(DEFAULT 'Namespace' and For XML PATH(''), Type) . Get the result properly in batch while polling and but getting error while converting into CSV by using map.
Please can anyone give me some idea to export SQL data into CSV file using SP.How are you doing this.
You would have got XML representation for the XML batch received from SQL
You should have a flat-file schema representing the CSV file which you want to send.
Map the received XML representation of data from SQL to flat-file schema
have custom pipeline with flat-file assembler on the assembler stage of the send pipeline.
In the send port use the map which convert received XML from SQL to flat file schema and use the above custom flat-file disassembler send port

How to convert BLOB data into string format.
Hi,
I have problem while converting blob data into string format.
for example,
Select dbms_lob.substr(c.shape.Get_wkb(),4000,1) from geotable c
will get me the first 4000 byte of BLOB .
When i using SQL as i did above,the max length is 4000, but i can get 32K using plsql as below:

my_var CLOB;
BEGIN
for x in (Select X from T)
loop
my_var:=dbms_lob.substr(x.X,32767,1)
end loop
return my_var;
I comfortably convert 32k BLOB field to string.
My problem is how to convert blob to varchar having size more than 32K.
Please help me to resolve this,
