Is WebService access available for OracleCRM ( R18 ) using Trial Account?

I wish to know if it is possible to make use of web-services to perform operations in OracleCRM .I have a trial account and when I tried I got the following error .I tried using SOAP UI to invoke UserQueryPage operation in User.wsdl .

Yes, in order to use webservices (stateful) you must perform a login operation before.
I can provide you a class made in VB .NET that manages sessions, but in general, you must send user and password and then the oracle server sends to you a JSESSIONID, that you must indicate in every subsequent call. If you do not specify that JSESSIONID, or if the JSESSIONID specified in a call has expired (sessions expre after 10 minutes of non use), the you tipically obtain a "server" error respone.

  • Use Mac Mini as access point for PC Laptop using WEP

    Hello,
    I am having a horrific time getting my PC Laptop to gain access to the internet through my Mac mini while using WEP. While I can gain access very easily with no WEP protection, I am blocked every time when I try to use WEP.
    I've tried using 64 & 128bit encryption. I've used 5 and 13 character keys respectively. I've tried using the HEX representation of the 5 characters on the PC. I then tried HEX on the MAC & on the PC. No success.
    My wife has a similar PC Laptop and she can gain access using WEP, so I feel I should have no problem with mine.
    Any suggestions/ideas?

    I have the same problem with my Mac Mini & two different PCs. No password is fine, but try to secure the network & there's no getting thru. I've read elsewhere that it's necessary to use a wireless router in order to secure the network. Or just be sure to disable internet sharing whenever you're not using the PCs, I guess.

  • HT4972 We synced & updated my daughters phone for first time using my account. It deleted her contact list and inserted mine on her phone. Now she has been deleting the contacts but it is also deleting from mine! How do I get my contacts back?

    I need help. I have an Iphone 3GS and so does my teenage daughter. I had not ever updated her until last night and I updated it using my Apple account. I did not think that I needed to make a separate account for her phone as the phone belongs to me and we share apps and such.
    The update went well except all of her contacts were deleted. However, all of my phone's contacts were placed on her phone instead of her own. This was not a real problem for her as she did not have a great deal of contacts. But she did need to start delating mine from her phone. It was not until she had deleted all the way down to the H contacts that we realized as she deleted contacts from her phone, they were also delteing from mine!
    I need help in retreiving all the contacts that she has deleted. There are important business contacts that I so did not want to lose!
    What can be done? And how do we keep this from continueing to happen?

    What is the default security context for signed applets from the internet zone using Java 6 and WinXP+IE8 combination? My guess is that all file and socket access available for the user's Windows account is provided to the applet as well. Is this correct and if so, is there a way to limit these access privileges for signed applets from the internet zone?
    This information is surprisingly difficult to find given how security concious people now are using the internet.

    Yes, there is a line access fee on top of the data fee, but the OP didn't say they were paying a total of $50 for their plan, but $50 for 2 GB of data which is the data charge for 2 GB of data on the More Everything plan which requires a line access fee for each line on the account.
    A 2 GB single line plan is $75 with 2 GB of data, so I simply assumed the OP was speaking of the data portion of a More Everything plan.
    Of course I could be wrong.
    These data tiers on More Everything are clearly available to anyone looking at the data tiers available on the More Everything page. You simply have to choose the data tier you would like. Yes, Verizon recommends a data tier for the number/type of phones on your account, but you can obviously choose a different amount if you would like.

    The proper way would be changing the apps password and meet the security requirements in these docs.

    I would like to download Book WSDL v2.0. The Web service API document says "To download the Book WSDL, you must be given access to the Book object". However, i did not find any option inside "role management>record types access" to make it available for access.
    Can anyone explain how the BOOK WSDL can be enabled for download?

    I have ensured that "Company Profile > Company Data Visibility Settings > Display Book Selector" setting is enabled. I did not find any BOOK specific privilege under role management wizard.
    Can you please tell me the exact setting that i need to ensure for BOOK WSDL access?
    Note: My user's role is admin.

    There are lots of reports - I think 200 in CU2. However, standard reports are provided by the application teams (e.g. Financials), so you will need to ask the Financials teams for what templates they will ship.

  • Yahoo Merchant Solutions Extension for Dreamweaver MX 2004 Trial Version

    I have a licensed version of Dreamweaver MX 2004 at home, as
    well as the downloaded extension for Yahoo Merchant Solutions that
    enables me to add the shopping cart. However, I am currently
    working offsite and needed to download a trial version of
    Dreamweaver to work on my pages while I was not in my office. After
    installing the trial version, I tried downloading the Merchant
    Solutions extension. This extension downloads and installs
    simultaneously and requires Dreamweaver to be closed when
    performing this action. However, when trying to install, it kept
    coming up with a runtime error whenever attempting to start
    Dreamweaver. This is due to the pop-up trial box that appears every
    time Dreamweaver is launched, thus preventing the installation of
    the extension. Since the full version is available for the 30-day
    trial, isn't there some way of bypassing the stupid box that keeps
    popping up everytime so extensions can be installed?
    Also, is there a reliable extension for autosave? I stepped
    away from my desk for about five minutes and found a Windows update
    had occurred before I had a chance to save everything I did in
    Dreamweaver.

    does not work on DW8, but maybe it has been updated recently.
