Items not appearing in Search to Add to Cart

I have setup a demo system using the US Demo database and am struggling to work out why no items are being returned when i am trying to search or add an item to a quote or sales order.
Checks i have done already:
1. Items have syncronised - the Items appear in the Catalog > Items, I can search for items in this area, drill down on detail etc. Pricing is visible etc. in WebTools
2. they are assigned to the Online Catalog, the Online Catalog is assigned to the Basic theme, this Theme is set as the default Theme.
To reproduce the issue:
1. Select Sales > Quotes > New Quote
2. Choose Earthshaker (or other BP), click Save
3. CART tab appears, Put cursor in colDescription field
     a. Type item code directly in (eg. A00001) then click save .... screen is refreshed but no line data appears.
     b. click the blue => to go to search. In ltlKeyword field i have tried terms like print... IBM... and even the item code and then clicked the Display (glasses) icon and nothing appears. In this search screen the other criteria include Online Catalog as the catalog selected, and Make is set and is the Only option.
I am hoping this is just a setup option i have missed. Note: only using the CRM side not Ecommerce.

When items are synchronised across from B1 to webtools they are by default not marked as available.
for each of the items you want to transact in you need to make sure that they are ticked as available ( i.e. active ) and that the start date and expiry date (if set)  are earlier (and later) than the current date. To set these parameters individually per item go to
Catalog > Items >Item Info  : Availability
Alternatively you can use bulk operations to set all items returned in a search to Active ( = available )
The Available flag matches the User Defined Field 'Available on Web' in B1so the same thing can be achieved by setting this to 'Y' in B1, updating and synchronising to Webtools
One other thing, I am aware that it is probably better to set up your own catalog(s) rather than use the default online catalog as this is really only a holding area to which all B1 items get synchronised. You can use the copy catalog function to do this. For testing however it probably doesn't make any difference.

    My aunt created a Skype account for herself so that we could all do Skype calls with her when she is away.  I tried to add her to my Skype contact list today and her username does not appear in search results, when it used to, before.  I logged onto my dad's Skype account, which I created for him and she shows up as having him added to her contact list.  I then asked a friend to search for her on Skype and the username did not show up on her end either.  Could my aunt have possibly gotten rid of her Skype account?  Or is Skype having problems again?

  • Calendar items not appearing in weekly view

    I have a number of account on my Z10 including work email. The work email items are not appearing in the weekly view, just on a daily or monthly view.
    Any ideas?

  • ToDo Items Not Appearing In Published iCal Calendar

    We are a group of homeschool, high school students using iCal together. We each have MobileMe and use it to publish our calendars. Some published calendars show the users todo list, some don't. We have checked to make sure that todo items are published. We have followed all the suggestions found at http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?path=iCal/2.0/en/wr20.html. But we can't get the todo items to appear. The problem can be duplicated repeatedly with the same users.

    Actually I have migrated search services from one server to another server in that server I have created new custom user profile property but it is not appearing in search service crawled property any one please help me out in this.

    I got the same problem and i fixed it.
    If you take a look on all User Profile properties(cutsom or standard) you will note that they are all mapped to the property "ContentsHidden"(in addition of its property).
    I concluded that you have to map all user profile properties to "ContentsHidden"
    Please mark as usefull if it resolved the problem.

    Same for me. I released my application almost 10 days ago. It was normal. It was appearing in search result. But
    4 days ago I've uploaded a new update for it. Now this is not appearing in search result. I also tried it by

  • Items not appearing on desktop

    I am having problems with items not showing up on the desktop.
    The main problem I am having is that I have a Moto Q Cell phone, which I use Missing Sync software with. It was mounting on the desktop and then stopped. Everything else works with it on my Mac. To make a long story short, I have written the company, they have looked at the logs and everything appears fine. So I am at a loss.
    Then I started thinking about how I will download a program or file to the desktop and it does not appear. However, if I do a search, it shows it is there. The only way it will appear is for me, is to search for the file, then drag it onto the desktop from the search results.
    So, my thought is it isn't the phone or the software, but a bug in the OS. Thinking back to pre OS X days, I used to rebuild the desktop. Is this still something that is available in OS X? It has been so long since I had to do that, I have forgotten how.
    Any other ideas on what I might do to make sure things are appearing correctly on the desktop?

    It should be seen as a disk, you are correct. However all three items are checked in the Finder preferences. I already checked that.
    For downloaded files, that is a browser specific thing. If using Safari, open Safari Preferences, select the General Tab and against "Save Downloaded Files to..." choose Desktop. For other browsers there will be a similar setting in its Preferences.

    That isn't the problem. They ARE already set download to the desktop and are doing so. They are just not always appearing on the desktop as they should when downloaded. In other words. I should see them there after I have downloaded. But as I stated in my earlier post, the only way I can make them visible on my desktop is by searching for them, and dragging the found file (which IS LISTED as being on the desktop) onto my desktop again and then it appears.
    Good try, but neither of these were solutions.

    Has anyone had success in implementing the To Do List? I followed the instructions posted on Adobe (written by Peter Grainge):
    Create a New To Do item (or Edit an existing one)
    Check it as completed for a topic
    Add To Do List to the items that will appear in a report
    Generate a report
    The To Do item does not appear in the report.
    There's also no indication in the help about whether you can create new items AND edit existing ones (or just one), and if there is a limit to the number of items allowed. Seems like I remember seeing/hearing about certain restrictions of that type when the feature was initially announced.

  • Shopping cart item not appearing in sourcing cockpit

    Hi,
    I have an issue which is related to sourcing activity.
    I ordered a shopping cart and the status is approved the product category is set to sourcing always carried out after ordering when I check the status of the line item it is showing that the line item is in purchaser work list,but when I login as a purchaser I am not able to see the cart in sourcing cockpit.
    I have maintained strategic and operational purchaser roles for that user and product responsibility for that pruchasing group even then line item is not appearing in sourcing cockpit can any one among you throw some light on this.

  • Servers not appearing while searching in SCOM Report

    I am trying to generate performance detail report (CPU and Memory) for several Windows Server 2008 R2 servers but noticed that 4 servers are not appearing & 4 of them are appearing while doing the search. What might be the reason?
    I checked under Monitoring -- Microsoft Windows Server -- Operating System Performance. Here I can see all these 8 servers and their respective performance reports. Why it is not showing up while trying to search in report?

    Heres some generic documentation that I wrote for myself that might help. For processors on server 2008R2 I belive the counter that is grabbing the info is under "Processor Information" and not "Processors" like previous OSs. Also make sure in step
    7 to Add group and not object it will be easier if you add the group rather than the object.
    1) Launch SCOM and go to the “Reporting” section in the lower left hand side of the console.
    2) Expand the “Reporting” folder.
    3) Click on the “Microsoft Generic Report Library” folder
    4) Open “Performance Detail”
    5) This will open the report for configuration, choose the “Change…” button in the upper right hand corner.
    6) Select the “New Series” button, this will create a line in the list and represents an object/group you will be reporting on
    7) Choose “Add Group…”
    8) Search for a server by typing it in the “Group Name” section.
    9) Make sure to chose the object with the server and windows icon, the “Class” will also be “Windows Computer”
    10) Next, choose the “Browse” button under the rule section (lower right area)
    11) The “select rule” window will come up. It will probably be easier to use the “Search by Counter” tab.
    12) Under “Performance Object” select the corresponding option that would appear in perfmon. The same goes for “Counter” and then choose “search”. Note – not all performance counters are tracked in SCOM. It will only list what is gathered.
    13) Notice the “Management Pack” column in your search, make sure you’re choosing a management pack that applies to your server(s). Select a rule under the counter that applies to the server and choose OK.
    14) Select OK in the settings window.
    15) Choose your From and To dates and run the report

    Four line items appearing a past due in the vendor account is not appearing during clearing in F-44. The other line items are appearing. Another finding is that these four line items pertain to previous fiscal year. Is there any setting/config that is disabling these previous yearu2019s line items to appear during clearing.

    Yes, I do agree with Ravi's comments.
    Go to F110, choose the payment run by pressing F4.
    There you might see some proposal with status as Proposal created. This means proposal has been created but no postings were made against that proposal.
    So choose that proposal
    Now go to menu item -Edit->Proposal-Delete...
    After deleting the proposal, now try F-44.

    Hi,
    Check the cleared items in table BSIS, if the items are clearing then those items should appear in this table. Otherwise i doubt your program is not working?
    Debug the program and check from which tables its selecting the data  ie it should select the GL open items from table BSIS.
