In Windows 7 using Adobe Reader XI (11.0.07) was able to copy an item (name, number, date) and paste in another document. In Windows 8.1 using same version of Adobe Reader XI (11.0.07) not able to do this. Any solutions?
With computer running Windows 7 using the curser can select an item, then right click and select copy. With computer running Windows 8 there is a hand instead of a curser therefore unable to select an item, therefore unable to copy. Is there a way to have a curser rather than the hand?
Eureka!!! Just found by right clicking on the hand can then select “Select Tool” and then copy. Hurray!!! -
MacBook Pro 10.6.8 My @me account has been wiped of all mail, will not send or receive and iCal will not recognise user name or password even though i haven't changed it. All this after a scheduled software update. Any ideas??

The amount of RAM is not dependant on the operating system. It is all about the model of you Mac.
10.6.8 is the version of OS X that is installed on your system. It has no real baring on the amount of RAM that CAN be installed.
Personally I have never had good luck with Corsair RAM. I have always had good luck with Crucial and Kingston.

Hello, my isight camer is not working properly, i was using photo booth and suddenly the image was black or too dark and also ichat and facetime are too dark as well, please helpme out i can not find any solution.

The calendar typeface is so dim, I can barely read it. Name of days and date, but not the items I put in. Apple says they have no fix. Anyone else have this problem? Any solutions?
I agree and I found your post because I did a google search ical typeface dim.

I have iphoto 6 and my pictures are no longer showing. I have tried importing them but it just give me an error msg. (file format not recognized) I have tried rebuilding the iphoto library but that doesn't work either. Any suggestions?
How did you rebuild?
Try these in order - from best option on down...
1. Do you have an up-to-date back up? If so, try copy the library6.iphoto file from the back up to the iPhoto Library allowing it to overwrite the damaged file.
2. Download <a href="http://www.fatcatsoftware.com/iplm/"><b><u>iPhoto Library Manager</b></u></a> and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.
3. If neither of these work then you'll need to create and populate a new library.
To create and populate a new *iPhoto 6* library:
Note this will give you a working library with the same Rolls and pictures as before, however, you will lose your albums, keywords, modified versions, books, calendars etc.
Move the iPhoto Library to the desktop
Launch iPhoto. It will ask if you wish to create a new Library. Say Yes.
Go into the iPhoto Library on your desktop and find the Originals folder. From the Originals folder drag the individual Roll Folders to the iPhoto Window and it will recreate them in the new library.
When you're sure all is well you can delete the iPhoto Library on your desktop.
In the future, in addition to your usual back up routine, you might like to make a copy of the library6.iPhoto file whenever you have made changes to the library as protection against database corruption. -

My IPOD Classic Video 5. Gen. showed videos, but now it does no longer show them, instead i see a black picture on my IPOD and it doesn`t work. I have to restart it every time, i try it. i restore the software with itunes, but the problem still exists.
The Videos are showed up front 4 months, but now they are no longer to be seen. When you star a video first the hard drive starts, but then it stops and hangs up. I have to restart it, starting with the apple logo....Here is what worked for me:
My usb hub, being usb2, was too fast. I moved the wire to a usb port directory on my pc. That is a usb1 port which is slow enough to run your snyc. -
HI! I am using iTunes with Windows 7 64bit.after upgrading itunes to 10.5.2.11 it opens only once. If i close it, then it will not open again.the only way to open itunes is by disabling the APSDaemon.exe from the task manager.please help!

Did a clean install 10.9.4. on a Apple Stock 1TB Fusion Hard Drive. When I run "diskutil list" via Terminal, everything is wrong. I have "EFI" and "apple Boot Boot OSX" in every dev/disk** Everything is out of place, How can I repair? Im willing too reformat if need be, however thats what I did in the first place. Since the itunes match upgrade my appletv2 is no longer connecting to the wifi network in my home, I have tried unplugging, resetting the router, re-entering the details etc and nothing works! The unit shows the network at full strength but is not able to join it.
Has anyone got any advise on how to solve this please?
I am becoming more and more frustrated by apple and the tv over the past months as it only seems to work when it wants to and not when I want to use it. What's the point of being repeat customer and purchasing these "great" new updates to be left with product which no longer functions?
