My gps is not working. I cannot use turn-by-turn navigation in google maps. I downloaded a GPS test app and it showed my phone is not locking on any satellites. How can I correct this?
We certainly want to make sure you get the most out of the GPS, wplaxico! Was this tested primarily outdoors? When did this begin? Any other recent apps of updates installed when this started?

Ive just upgraded my late 2009 macbook, and things are not working properly. First of all, when I started the computer first time after installing Mountain Lion, some message advised me that some files were impossible to install. Once I wrote my password, and for now on, everytime I start the session, another window advise me that "Java SE 6" is missing, due that, the computer can't run some "CS5Service Manager". If I try to install it, the download ends with an error. If finally, you skip the istallation, you arrive to the dock, but the menu bar at the top of the screen doesn't show up.
In addition, my trackpad doesn't works either. I can move the arrow but i can't click anywhere, probably because the option of clicking by touching is disabeled and I can't performance a regular click.
I'll be very glad if someone know what the heck is happening with my computer. Anyway, I'm going to the genius bar next Saturday. Thx!We're sorry.

I bought creative suite cs6 standard student and teacher edition and the download did not work properly - files appear incomplete/ or damaged. File size seems very small for a product of this size. Can you assist with download issue or provision of software ?

Let us go on a clean up drive:
1. Please confirm that PSE 8 is/was the only Adobe application installed on the machine? (Reader is an exception)
2. If yes, then please remove the following folders:
Applications\Adobe Photoshop Elements 8\
Applications\Adobe Bridge CS4\
Applications\Adobe Extension Manager CS4\
Applications\Utilities\Adobe Utilities\
Applications\Utilities\Adobe Installers\
<Macintosh HD>\Library\Application Support\Adobe\
<Macintosh HD>\Library\Application Support\Logs\Adobe\
<Macintosh HD>\Library\Application Support\Preferences\com.adobe.....\
<Macintosh HD>\Users\<username>\Library\Application Support\Adobe\
To be on the safer side, after following the above steps, run the clean up script following the steps mentioned in the below link and make sure that no CS4 product or PSE 8 is listed in it:

Afterwards, try to install PSE 8 again. This time it should install fine...(Hope so... )

We have used Firefox for years. We have Mac 10.6.8 and Firefox 11.0. It has been working fine until today. I have no idea what could have messed it up. Now every time we try to start it up an error box appears announcing that the application has crashed. My computer has already sent you quite a few error reports. I have to have Firefox for business purposes. Would appreciate help as soon as possible.

#Open the Finder by clicking the smiley face icon in the dock.
#Navigate to the following directory: ''~ / Library / Application Support / Firefox / Crash reports / submitted''.
#Now, you should see a list of files that contain reports. Click the gear icon in the toolbar (or open the ''View'' menu), then select ''Arrange by'' > ''Creation date'' to get the most recent files at the top of the window.
#Open the most recent 5 files with a text editor and copy the IDs.
#Paste each ID into the reply window on the forums.

Simple Access SQL problem but can't find any solution
I have a simple java database connectivity to 3 table database to keep some records everything except one single querry line is not working and I could not figure out why.
I put the code below I get error message is basically a Too few parameters expected 1 error. Every field name matches the ones database(I'm sure because I have other queries that use same fields in other methods) and it is simple al other queries are working fine except the one that I marked between stars. I put the method's necessary part below.

Audio not sync with video using photo booth since os moutain lion was installed
Since OS Moutain Lion was installed my photo booth no longer function well, audio is not sync with video, the sound delay is obvious with the video outut wha can I do to correct this?
I've seen that problem in several threads, both here and in the Mountain Lion forum. I tried to replicate the problem but was unable to do so... so it's not a problem effecting all Macs. Try posting here - in the Mountain Lion forum - and see what you get as a search. There's one specific "More Like This" to the right on this thread but there doesn't seem to have been a solution posted.

While I am trying to log out from a gmail account on firefox , a new tab pops out informing me about problem with the cookies options. I couldn't follow the instructions in the tab, because I couldn't find anything of the suggestion in the options menu. Then I checked everything that online mozilla support suggested and nothing seems to be wrong with the cookies, they are activated. I don't know if this is connected with this problem, but the account that I am trying to log out is not mine, it belongs to a friend that has ever logged in before through my firefox until yesterday, and since then I am stuck with her account and basicly I can't even have acces to my emails. I think that's all.

Insert SQL does not work properly when called using CALL

... I'm connecting to a Oracle 11g database using Microsoft ODBC ...Dump windoze ODBC and better use the Oracle client ODBC.
