ITunes account disabled, would love to buy some music but can't

My account was hacked a few months ago...fortunately I didn't have a card attached to my account, but I did have iTunes gift card credits. The hacker used all my credits and I reported it to Apple. They sent me an email saying JUST THIS ONE TIME they would return my credits and I needed to protect my account better. Okay? Anyway, I haven't bought anything since then but I tried to today and my account is disabled and must be enabled by a customer support person. Really funny since trying to find an email to contact Apple customer support is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. What's the best way to deal with this? I'm about ready to give up iTunes for good and just use Amazon. Cheaper half the time anyway.

Yes, I've visited that page. That's how I got here. There's nothing on that page that describes my problem and there's no indication of how to get in touch with customer support! This is so frustrating.
