ITunes account not working

my girlfriend's iTunes account has all of the sudden stopped working. it won't recognize her username or her password. when she asks for her password nothing is ever sent to her email. any ideas?

Wasn't even sure what to call the subject on this. When I first got my iPhone, iTunes worked fine, getting apps, and whatever purchases. Then I did a reset, and it stopped working. Also, my computers were stolen, and I had to get a new MBP, and hence reset my iTunes password. So on the iPhone, it lets me sign on, but then says my settings have changed, and I'm directed to another log in window. Then it says there's a problem with my payment settings, (paypal not supported), and to go to my computer to reset this. I'm so confused! I have a CC on file on the computer, not PayPal. How on earth do I get the phone to sync with my computer, and have them working the same?

Tried downloading itunes version 11.4 and received an error code 2324. Now itunes will not work at all and I cannot sync my phone, ipad or ipod. How should I proceed?

I set my machine to a previous recover date, now iTunes will not work at all. I get a message stating I do not have the administrator rights to download. Any thoughts on this issue?

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.

I get the itunes has encounterd a problem and needs to close, sorry for the inconvenience error, no specific error number. I do not have QT installed,
not having QT installed is what will be causing your itunes error message at the moment. let's try a careful standalone QT 7.1 install.
download and save a copy of the QT 7.1 standalone installer to your hard drive. (we'll run the install from there rather than online.) switch off antivirus and antispyware applications prior to the install.
Quicktime 7.1 Standalone Installer
if that install goes through okay, does your itunes launch properly again?
(if you get an error message on the QT standalone reinstall, let us know what it says. include error message numbers if you're getting any.)

And Google chrome just keep loading the page for hours and nothing is appear on its browser. But safari and firefox working absolutly fine.
In addition, I have reboot computer as well but it never worked. Please help me in this occasion.

You need to upgrade your copy of MS Office. You're using a version that is 8 years old (at least). You can buy Office 2011, which will work. You could also get a copy of Pages from the App Store, which is cheaper and will open Word files (though not perfectly). Or you could get a free Office clone, like OpenOffice or LibreOffice.

Thank you so much for you reply. Is that possible to do the retore of my Mac without Disk. I have tried other Movie Disk as you mentioned and that worked properly. so now according to you my disk is not good.
Its really strange that i am using my installtion disk first time and it has no scratch but its not working. now I guess I have to replace new DVD with this one.

Ive got the same problem, just got my iphone unlocked, and they told me to sync it to itunes to get it permently unlocked, well everytime i plug my iphone in it says; it wont work as it needs up dating to 10.6.3, which i have already updated, but still doesnt work, so how can i get my phone unlocked?

You have to upgrade to 10.6.8 to be able to download iTunes 10.7 or 11. The 10.6 Snow Leopard DVD is in the Apple online store. You can get it for $19.99. First we need to know which one of the 9 different models of MacBook you have. To see which model you have go to the Apple in the upper left corner and select About This Mac, then click on More Info. When System Profiler comes up check the Model Identifier and post it back here.
The Early 2006 model 1,1 Core Duo can only run a maximum of 10.6 Snow Leopard.
The models Late 2006 Core 2 Duos 2,1 through Early 2008 4,1 can only run a maximum of 10.7 Lion.

Thanks. I have been using iTunes since its inception and have never had a problem...I'm using the latest version. The progress bar is the bar that moves when you're playing a song..it just won't start when I double click on a song,..have tried quitting, rebooting etc but nothing works. Apple are useless-they have told me twice they've tried to call me 'momentarily', but I've been waiting by the phone, and they definitely have not tried to call...
