IWeb '09 Issue: Remove yellow box when hovering over hyperlinks

iWeb 3.0.2 issue:
I'm looking for a way to remove the yellow box that appears when you hover the cursor over a hyperlink as it shows the file name that you are linking to. Would prefer to show nothing when the cursor touches the hyperlink. Thanks.

The yellow box seems to be tooltip.
I found a javascript in this [website|http://stackoverflow.com/questions/457366/disabling-browser-tooltips-o n-links-and-abbrs] and I make some changes.
In a text editor made for code like [fraise|http://www.fraiseapp.com/index.php?lng=en], [textwrangler|http://www.barebones.com/products/textwrangler> or textmate
paste this code:

links._title = links.title;

links.onmouseout = function() {
this.title = this._title;
save , name this file notooltips.js
Upload this file to your server (FTP or MobileMe) and get its URL.
