IWeb Website video problem

I created a video website at home that plays fine when tested on several other PCs and MACs. But when I brought
up the address at work there is no picture only sound.
Is this a firewall issue or is there something wrong
with the Quicktime player?

  • Apple website video problems

I have been having weird performance issues with the videos on the apple website in particular. Often it will work the first time I open Safari but once I try to click the next one, it just does not work (not even movement on the progress bar).
I recently updated to QT 7.4 and it seems that based on my looking for a solution, it may be related to that but nothing seems to solve it. I know some people may recommend Firefox but it seems that as a minimum the Apple website videos should work on Safari!
    Any suggestions?

These are the downloads and the settings you need in order to view/hear pretty much everything that the net can throw at you: The setup described below has proved repeatedly successful on both PPC and Intel macs, but nothing in life carries a guarantee!
It is known to work in the great majority of cases with Safari 3.0.4, QT 7.3 or 7.4 and OS 10.4.11. (If you are running Leopard, ensure that all plug-ins have been updated for OS 10.5.2)
Assuming you already run Tiger versions OS 10.4.9 or above (this has not yet been verified with Leopard) and have Quicktime 7.2 or above, and are using Safari 2 or 3, download and install (or re-install even if you already had them) the latest versions, suitable for your flavor of Mac, of:
    RealPlayer 10 for Mac from http://forms.real.com/real/player/blackjack.html?platform2=Mac%20OS%20X&product= RealPlayer%2010&proc=g3&lang=&show_list=0&src=macjack
Flip4Mac WMV Player from http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/wmcomponents.mspx (Windows Media Player for the Mac is no longer supported, even by Microsoft)
    Perian from http://perian.org/
You should read this support page http://perian.org/#support in case you need to delete older codecs.
Adobe FlashPlayer should first be uninstalled using the appropriate uninstaller available here: http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14157&sliceId=2 and then the latest version obtained from here: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1ProdVersion=ShockwaveFlash and installed.
(You can check here: http://www.adobe.com/products/flash/about/ to see which version you should install for your Mac and OS.)
In earlier versions than QT 7.1.3 in Quicktime Preferences, under advanced, UNcheck Enable Flash, and under Mime settings/Miscellananeous only check Quicktime HTML (QHTM).
You should also ensure, if you are running Tiger 10.4.11 or Leopard, that you have downloaded and installed the correct version for your Mac of Security Update 2007-009.1.1, which also deals with the Quicktime/Flash issues you may have experienced, such as the '?'. What happened was that both Quicktime as well as Adobe FlashPlayer tried to play the Flash video at the same time. This no longer happens. (N.B. Security Update 2007-009 1.1 requires both a restart and a permission repair.)
If you get problems with viewing video on a website try moving this file to your Desktop:
    Hard drive/Library/Internet Plug-Ins/QuickTime Plugin.webplugin
and then restarting Safari. If all now works, you can trash that file.
In Macintosh HD/Library/Quicktime/ delete any files relating to DivX (Perian already has them). However it should be noted that Perian is not an internet plugin and will not play DivX files imbedded on a website. For that you will need the DivX Player browser plugin available from http://www.divx.com/divx/mac/
Now go to Safari Preferences/Security, and tick the boxes under Web Content (all 4 of them) to enable Java.
Lastly open Audio Midi Setup (which you will find in the Utilities Folder of your Applications Folder) and click on Audio Devices. Make sure that both Audio Input and Audio Output, under Format, are set to 44100 Hz, and that you have selected 'Built in Audio'.
Important: Now repair permissions and restart.
You should also consider having the free VLC Player from http://www.videolan.org/ in your armory, as this plays almost anything that DVD Player might not.

  • HT4686 iWeb website problems

I finally got my iWeb website to upload to my host server, but for some reason it's published as http://myname.com/www.myname.com/Home.html (my actual name, obviously). I've called my hosting site but there are no help. Suggestions?

Why do your call your webhoster? Because the url has your sitename in it?
It's the way iWeb does that.
    domainname, sitename, pagename.
    Nothing to be alarmed about.
And you can choose other characters for your sitename if you want.
And if you don't want that, read this :

  • Having a hard time selecting an iWeb website host

Now that MobileMe is gone and my website is down (yes, i missed the memo)... im researching hosts and having a hard time choosing.
I would like unlimited storage as I have a lot of photos on my site.
RAGE sounds good but seems pricey.
I'm looking for a company familiar w/iWeb so that if there are any issues I have some assistance.
I have searched the community and googled and keep getting just a few answers.  Nothing that really gives me a solid sense about the companies.  And it seems that RAGE does a lot of self promotion posing as customer which seems a bit sketchy.  I might be completely wrong but thats the sense Im getting from the videos and results I'm finding.
Is there a site that gives solid reviews of the web hosting companies?
Where have people here moved their iWeb website to?
    Thanks

I have been using IX Webhosting for about 4 years with little to no problems "usually the problem was something I did" and they have been quick to solve any issue I have come across.
As far as the unlimited is concerned they just do not set any pre-determined space or bandwidth.
I have several websites hosted on my hosting plan ( I am currently using the expert plan ) and haven't ran into any space issues here is my bandwidth (traffic) & disk space usage.

  • When uploading videos to iWeb, the video screen gets cut off at the top. It only happens in Firefox, but not in Safari.

When uploading videos to iWeb, the video screen gets cut off at the top. It only happens in Firefox, but not in Safari. Has anybody else had this problem?

I'm using pure HTML5 for mobile websites although you need to provide an OGG file for Firefox. See the movie page on this site...
    http://mobile.ezmacwebdesign.com/
If you don't have an iPhone, grab the browser handle and drag it to the left to reduce the width to see how it responds to mobile devices' fixed width browsers .
This will play in all modern browsers and on mobile devices. You can use QuickTime Pro for the OGG or OGV conversion or get the freeware Miro Video Converter...
    http://www.iwebformusicians.com/Website-Movie-Video/Easy-Movie-Player.html
If you only want to upload an MP4, you can use a flash fallback player and this will cover Firefox and those geriatrics that still use older versions of Internet Explorer....
    http://www.iwebformusicians.com/Website-Movie-Video/Flow-Player.html
    http://www.iwebformusicians.com/Website-Movie-Video/Fallback-To-Flash.html
    http://www.iwebformusicians.com/Website-Movie-Video/JW-Media-Player.html
If you use any of the four fallback players above, take advantage of the fact that you can add a poster image and stop the video file from preloading. This makes for a faster page download time.
You can also achieve this using HTML5 by adding preload="none" and poster="URL to the poster image" into the code shown on this page...

  • Help!  I can't see my iweb QT videos in IE7

Here is a page from my iweb website:
    http://web.mac.com/hooktrunk/iWeb/e/7.html
I have posted QT7 videos, but am unable to view them in IE7 with QT7. Here is the message I get: QuickTime is missing software needed to perform this operation. Unfortunately it is not available on the QuickTime server.
I made them in iMovie HD and exported them to QT7pro. I adjusted presets in the options menu, but not much. I have posted this question in quicktime, but have gotten no replies.
What am I doing wrong? I'm pulling my hair out over this.

Is .mac not a streaming server? Anyway, I was able to get a smaller, clearer movie prepared as downloadable, so I'd prefer that anyway. I was just trying different combos for my dad to try. He claims he has the latest QuickTime for the PC. He clicked on the link I gave him and said he downloaded it.
I did try mpeg-4 and it was comperable, but he still couldn't see it. I am going to visit him in March, so I might be able to see what is up with his quicktime. I would have thought it was just him if my friend here hadn't experienced the same problem(temporarily).
Here is what I did. I brought in a large Jpeg into imovie HD. I started the project as a DV project because when I made the project as an mpeg-4 to begin with, the colors were really bad and I lost a lot of clarity. I made an mpeg-4 later from that project file in QTpro. Today I noticed I could export from imovie using expert settings which are exactly as those in QT.
Ok. Next I opened the DV file in QT and chose to export it as a QTmovie with
the Use being Broadband Medium. Then I clicked Options and set a custom size of 400 x 300 to fit my site and turned on deinterlacing to get rid of the shimmering that occurs without. I then chose h.264 with 25 per fps setting instead of the standard 15(anything under 25 was jumpy. I set key frames at 24. Data rate to automatic. Compression quality to just below medium. Finally encoding to faster(single-pass). Then clicked OK and then I tried both fast start and hinted stream(this is what I am just trying now, but it sounds like i shouldn't).
I am wondering if the problem has to do with either my fps choice or with the root material I imported into imovie in the first place. Perhaps my jpeg was corrupted somehow. I don't know.
Did you have to download a different version of QT to the PC side of your computer or are you using the same version? If it is the same version, I wonder if this is the reason you can see it with no problems.
I have a friend who wants to make flash movies for my site. I hope iweb2 will allow this. I just want to use these movies until I can post something interactive in flash. I know I can post flash movies though the back door method via text edit, but that defeats the purpose of my using iweb(its ease).
If you want to play with my file I can send you a large jpeg if you want. Kind of a funny thought, but if you want you can try. It would be a fun challenge if it weren't so serious for me. I want to seny my work to Art Reps(like an agent, but for artists) to try to get work. I'm tired of teaching English over here.
I really appreciate you trying to help. Well, I've had enough for today. Time to call it a night.

  • Please Help Publishing iWeb Website With ... ??

Please help. This is so unfamiliar!
I am trying to publish my iWeb website not using MobileMe (don't really know what it is).
I need to purchase my domain name but don't know of a reputable company that will give me a web address that just ends in .com without other stuff behind it.
Also, someone said I need a "Bridge" that is Fetch??
Please advise if anyone can! Thank you.
    Happy Holidays!
    Van

Okay so I have purchased the Hostexcellence basic plan, my domainname and webhosting, and $6 extra for personal information privacy, which came to about $64. At first they kept saying the domainname was wrong or something, until I finally wrote it in in all lowercase lettering, which solved the issue. They said they would connect within 12 hours in their confirmation email... The webpage message said:
    ACCOUNT CREATION DELAY
We are sorry for the delay with creating your account. Our systems encountered a small problem and could not automatically create your account. You will receive the account access information within the next 12 hours. Thank you for your patience.
You have chosen to purchase the following service(s):
    Domain Registration: lightkeysandcodes.com , Paid Domain Registration, 1 year(s)
    Hosting Plan: Basic Plan, Quarterly
There was a problem creating your order. One of our support specialists is already working on processing your order, but if you would like a status update, please feel free to contact our support department.
Wyodor mentioned starting with my own ISP. What info do I need from them? (we have Verizon).
I am now looking over the link Old Toad provided. Appreciate that.
Do i now start with Fetch or one.com to store my pages/files on?
    Thanking you all!

  • Website Videos

Please forgive me but I'm 49 years old and don't know much about the internet regarding uploads. My basic question is...how come some websites can sustain high quality videos that can be over 5 minutes long? Is it a memory issue? I use iweb for my website and want videos on there that are high quality and don't take an hour for the viewers to load. What should I do?
    Thanks for any help

Jennifer ~ Each person's experience of viewing your videos may be different depending on their particular Internet connection speed and computer they're using — over which you have no control. And while the amount of memory their computer has is one influencing factor, a common factor with the potential to affect all your viewers will be the speed of the hosting service to which you've published your website/videos — and this you can control through your choice of hosting service.
It sounds like you're using MobileMe to host your iWeb site. MobileMe is not renowned for its speed, so I suggest you look into uploading your videos to a video-sharing site. You could then either link to them from your iWeb site or perhaps embed the videos in your iWeb site. Here are some related links:

  • Visitors can't subscribe to my iWeb website blog. All ideas are welcome.

Hello, good people. OK. I've figured out the PDF issue. Thanks. Visitors to my iWeb website, nancysolomon.net, cannot subscribe to my blog. It's not that what I have to say is so important, but I would like to offer that option. Because they can't subscribe, I've removed the button for now. I have to get this puppy launched. My target is this Tuesday. I can add the subscribe button later -- if I can ever get it to work. When people try to subscribe, they are sent to my home page. I looked up the issue in Help, but I can't understand the page. I'm going to the Apple store AGAIN tomorrow -- I have one other tweak I need help with. As lovely as they are there, they were unable to help me with the RSS subscription issue last week. I publish to MobileMe, but it's forwarded to or by register.com. One of the Apple guys told me to have register.com remove the URL mask, but that didn't help. In fact, it created a different problem. The mask is back on. It may be that people can't subscribe to my blog. I can live with that. However, your observations and advice are appreciated.

Well, the commas and spaces are not meant to be taken literally, but are meant to represent what you might find on your host's website under the DNS settings (Domain Name System).  Every host is different so the way in which you set up the CNAME forwarding will also be different, but it is just meant to be an example.
When you log into MobileMe and enter your domain name under the Personal Domain Name settings, there is an explanation there about how to set up CNAME forwarding.
CNAME simply stands for Canonical Name Records and is an alias.  Alias records create an association between another domain or sub domain, so when you set up a CNAME record at your host, then you are creating an association between your domain name and the name of your iWeb site which has been published to MobileMe.  Hence, why you need to enter web.me.com to create the association between the two names - your domain name and web.me.com.
Every domain host is different so you need to go to yours and check out the DNS settings to see what you need to do to set it up.
In the long run, this should be better than masked web forwarding.

  • Iweb website wont go on domain name

i purchased a domain name from network solutions, and made my iweb website, which i will be hosting with mpbileme.
i then changed the CNAME (alias) to web.me.com on www, and followed all the instructions, howevermy website has not been uploaded to the domain name i paid for. It is, however on my mobileme web adress.
    any help please?
    what am i doing wrong?

I am confused too. The question I want to ask is:
    1. Why when you have uploaded your website directly to your server using ftp are you also publishing to MobileMe and using CNAME forwarding too? You do not need to do both.
    2. Also, as you have already found out, your blog comments will not work and neither will the MME page counter if you upload to an external server. However, there are third party workarounds such as http://www.hitcounter.com and also using a Wordpress blog instead and linking to it from your site. If you have hosting at Network Solutions, then you can probably install Wordpress directly and can set up your blog like this.
    3. When I used MobileMe and used CNAME what I had to do at my domain name registrar was delete the A records completely. There are normally two A records, one with www, A record and then the IP address that points to your server and then @, A record with an IP address that points to your server. What I had to do was to delete the A records completely and then enter www, then CNAME from a drop down box and web.me.com into where the IP address was. I then entered @, CNAME from the drop down menu and then web.me.com where the IP address was. Try and have a look and see if you can do this.
http://domain.com is your actual domain name with http://www.domain.com being a sub domain. That is why you need to enter both www and @ when you set up a new CNAME - www represents the sub domain with @ being the shortened domain name itself.
If Network Solutions have told you to enter web instead of www, then try this, but you still need to alter the IP address that is there and enter web.me.com in its place or the domain name will not be forwarded.
You also need to do the same for the @, so do this and then forward this to web.me.com.
Your problem with using CNAME is that you have a conflict in that you have uploaded your site to the server as well as trying to forward your domain name to MobileMe - you can use one or the other but you can't have both. Preferably, I would delete your site from your server and just use CNAME forwarding to MobileMe if you want the Blog and hit counter to work correctly.

  • SCCM 2012 Client and Workstation Audio and Video Problems

    SCCM 2012 SP1 environment.
We have pushed out the SCCM Client successfully to our systems - however we have found that on some computers the SCCM Client is causing an audio/video problem - specifically it appears to be with computers that connect monitors via DVI.  As an example,
on my laptop (Dell e6420, Win7 x64) I have a docking station that connects my laptop to 2 external monitors.  With the SCCM Client installed I cannot listen to music or watch videos - the result is an unusable choppiness/stuttering listening to music
and with a video the audio and video get out of sync.  As well, my mouse no longer functions smoothly - it jumps around.  This happens whether accessing content from a website or simply a local file on my computer.  If I uninstall the SCCM client,
the issue goes away entirely.  I have tried disabling the SMS and Remote control services but doing so does not resolve the issue, only a client uninstall. Note that this only happens when the laptop is on the docking station - with DVI - it doesn't
happen when the laptop is running without an external monitor or if plugged into an HDMI output device.
At first we believed this was limited to this model of laptop in our environment (Win8 or Win7 - both result in the same problem), but now we are hearing about "audio and video issues" on Dell 990 workstations as well.  I believe these stations
have DVI connected monitors.  Driver updates do not appear to resolve the issue.
Has anyone experienced this in their environment?  Note that this happens on imaged workstations and workstations installed from a vanilla Windows 7 or 8 CD.

Try installing the client without Silverlight and see if it helps (this is only used for the Application Catalog).

  • Want to play website videos on my Samsung Galaxy S5 smartphone

How do you play website video on Samsung Galaxy S5 smartphone? Device doesn't support flash player, what options are available? Help me please! Thanks

Possibly FlashPlayer does not provide support for your phones Android Operating System.
Adobe's Flash Player does not fully support all systems. It is withdrawing support on Unix and only provides basic security updates and will cease all support soon. It has already ceased support on newe versions of Android.
    Here's a 2012 News article onthe subject http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-19267140
There are other methods or streaming video and other ways of playing it.
(Firefox is even experimenting with playing flash player content natively)
If you have problems and wish to give an example please use a suitable link. (Mods or Admins note original link only remmed out not deleted so is visible to you usingthe edit option)

  • SLOWWWW Iweb website

Is it me or are iWeb websites just much slower than others.... particularly if you want a website with lots of photos.
I built one with many photos but just couldn't get it to download quickly enough.... so I removed all photos and just had one welcome page with only a minimal amount of text.... still markedly slower than most other sites...
I have 8 meg broadband so thats not the issue here.... the problem may seem to be when routing it through a .Mac account, which is what I am doing.
Anyone else experiencing this slowness with iWeb through .Mac?
    Regards

I used Dreamweaver too until a few days ago when I switched to use Cyberduck as I discovered how to get it to upload only the files changed since the last time I published...
The problem about Dreamweaver MX (maybe also newer?) is that it doesn't allow to use long file names and crops them adding strange numbers bla bla bla... Also don't use special characters èà'" in page names...
However when you select files it asks you if you want to upload dependent files too => Yes
Sometimes it asks if you want to Overwrite newer files on the server => I used to put there Yes to all
When it seems it is skipping files usually it isn't skipping anything. It may be Dreamweaver already uploaded them previously (say it uploads the html file including dependent files, afterwards the app tells itself 'I have to upload the folder which goes with that page' but it already uploaded the content of the folder while uploading the html file) or they are so small they seem to be skipped
You can also just select pages in the Dreamweaver server/machine up/download browser and upload them, have look at the website I posted previously on this thread to know which files are needed for the navigation bar.
About the friend... He is wrong... I used Dreamweaver successfully for over half an year to upload my iWeb created website... Just took the folder and uploaded... Without moving/changing anything... Thus no problem don't mind about that...

    Cédric

  • Had to re-install Mac OS X- My iWeb website has disappeared

    Has anyone had this problem?
Today I had to reinstall my Mac OS 10.4.6 operating system. When I launched the also freshly installed iWeb application and logged in with my correct User ID and Password, my iWeb website did NOT appear.
The application screen is completely blank and almost every menu item is grayed out. There is no option to download pages from server, import or anything esle that seems like it could fix it.
I dragged the plist for iWeb from the old System folder Preferences file into the new one, hoping that would help. No deal. Does anyone know how I can get my freshly installed version of iWeb to see my previously posted website?? (I have a back up copy of the website files on my desktop, but don't know how to get them recognized by iWeb). Thanks!

    newposting,
    Has anyone had this problem?
Yes. Many people; you are not alone, by any means. Here's the problem:
iWeb can't edit html like other mainstream web apps. It keeps everything you put into the application, as you build, in a single file, called Domain.sites. This file lives on your hard drive here. When you are finished creating in iWeb and you use the Publish command, it's at that point that iWeb draws on the Domain file and other resources in the application, and writes the html.
Without this Domain file, you cannot access or edit work created in iWeb. Published files cannot be imported back into the application.
Backup this file frequently from now on. Varkgirl has given us a great little automator app which can be downloaded free here.
You can probably fix the greyed out menu options by launching iPhoto and, using the iWeb icon at the bottom of the window, send some pic media to iWeb. Sometimes it can take a number of tries.

  • Why I can't see Apple website videos on Samsung tablet? Used many browsers, same result...

I could not find a website issues community and this one was the closest I could find. If this needs to be moved to a different community, please do so.
I realize it's cross platforms, but web browsing should be the same for everyone, no matter what device is used.
I can watch Apple website videos just fine on Windows/Chrome browser (or IE, Firefox) but can't on Samsung Android/Chrome browser (also tried Firefox, Opera, Samsung browser).
Other websites embedded videos are working (i.e. youtube, vimeo, forums etc.) so far it is only the Apple website embedded videos that are not working.
    Any idea why?

If it's any help, here is what Samsung Support says:
Please wait for a Samsung Agent to respond.
You are now chatting with 'Alberto'. There will be a brief survey at the end of our chat to share feedback on my performance today.
Your Issue ID for this chat is LTK1125603600195X
Alberto: Hi, thank you for reaching out to Samsung technical support. How may I assist you?
    Alex: Hi there
Alex: Why I can't see Apple website videos on Samsung tablet? Used many browsers, same result...
Alex: I can watch Apple website videos just fine on Windows/Chrome browser (or IE, Firefox) but can't on Samsung Android/Chrome browser (also tried Firefox, Opera, Samsung browser). Other websites embedded videos are working (i.e. youtube, vimeo, forums etc.) so far it is only the Apple website embedded videos that are not working. Any idea why?
Alberto: Hello, I understand that you want to see apple website videos on Samsung tablet, is it correct?
    Alex: correct
Alberto: Thank you for the confirmation.
Alberto: What is the model number of your tablet? It starts with GT/SM which can be found on the rear panel.
Alex: Don't have it with me but it's the Tab S 8.4
Alex: Same goes for my phone, Galaxy S5
Alberto: Okay,Do you see any error message while browsing?
Alex: nope, no error, it just won't play any video on apple website, ALL other websites videos are plaing OKare
Alex: playing Ok is what I meant
Alex: and this is the same for my tablet AND my phone
Alex: devices are updated to the latest software bla, bla
Alberto: Alright, please restart the tablet once.
Alex: scale of 1 to 10 on tech advance level, I am at 7-8, just so you don't take me through power recycle and such
    Alex: you just did
    Alex: it's not that
Alberto: Could you give me a few minutes while I gather the information for you?
Alex: you can grab a galaxy tablet or a phone and try for yourself and yo'll probably notice it won't work...
Alberto: I appreciate your time and patience.
Alberto: As you are able to see other website's embedded videos on your tablet, it could be an issue with the compatibility of Apple website.
Alberto: There should be no issue with the trablet as other websites are working fine.
Alex: Can you transfer me to your Guru tech person to see if I can get a more elaborate answer and maybe a fix for this?
Alex: Then why the apple videos work fine on windows PC and the ONLY ones not working are Android devices?
Alberto: I have rechecked the information.
Alberto: As you are facing an issue only with a particular web site there should not be issue with the Samsung tablet.
Alberto: Also tablet is working fine with other web sites which indicates that there is an issue with that particular web site.
Alberto: There is no separate setting on the tablet to access any particular web site.
Alex: This much I figured, problem is what is causing it and how it can be solved? Again, issue is only on Android devices. PC Windows and iOS devices work good
Alberto: I am afraid; Samsung do not have information about the issues with a particular web site.
Alberto: I would have surely helped, if there had been information available with me.
Alex: Yes, I was afraid you'll say this...
Alex: Do you have an android device there? Try it yourself and see it will not work. Whatever it is IT IS A PROBLEM!!!
Alberto: I understand your requirement; however, it will not be possible for me to check this from here.
Alberto: You need to contact the web site support for further assistance.
Alberto: Is there anything I might be able to assist you with?
Alex: yeah, it went as expected, no fix for this... do you have a level 2 or 3 or 4 tech there?
Alberto: I will transfer this chat to my supervisor.
Alberto: Please be online while I transfer this chat.
    Alex: sure, thanks
    Alberto: Not a problem.
Please wait while I transfer the chat to 'Sammy'.

Sammy: I am going through the previous chat session.
    Alex: Ok, thanks
    Sammy: You are welcome.
Sammy: I appreciate your time and patience.
Sammy: I see that you are unable to access Apple website videos on your tab.
    Alex: and on my S5
Sammy: As you are able to access the videos from all the other web sites, it is not an issue with Samsung tab and Samsung do not have any control on this issue.
Sammy: It is an issue with that particular web site and you need to contact the web site support for further assistance.
Sammy: There is no separate setting on the tab to access a particular web site.
Alex: Yes, I need to do that. At this point it's the technical aspect that bothers me, not that I can't watch the video, I can use my iPhone or my PC to watch the video, but why the Android can't?
    Alex: Thank you Alberto
    Alex: or Sammy
Sammy: I understand your requirement; however, we do not have any information about this issue.
    Alex: Ok, thanks
Sammy: I apologize for the inconvenience.
Sammy: Is there anything else I can assist you with?
    Alex: no
