J1INCHLN - Error in defining Rec. Type
Hello,
When i am Remitting Challan through J1INCHLN Tcode , at that time system is including the tax amount of Recip. CO into OT. I have already check the master of that Vendor and in that we have defined Recip.Type of that Vendor as CO eventhough system is intrchanging it into Other.
Waiting For Reply and thanks in advance.
Regards,
SANJU
Check tax Code assigned in Vendor Master , if tax code is assigned for Company & receip type assigned OT then in J1INCHLN system will showing in recip type OT but actual entry posted in Compnay GL Account.
Use transaction code FBL3N , put GL account of Company TDS,if it is still there means you have assigned wrong TDS Code
Check & revert

Hi there,
I am having a kind of weird issues with my oracle enterprise db which was perfectly working since 2009. After having had some trouble with my network switch (replaced the switch) the all network came back and all subnet devices are functioning perfect.
This is an NFS for oracle db backup and the oracle is not starting in mount/alter etc.
Here the details of my server:
- SunOS 5.10 Generic_141445-09 i86pc i386 i86pc
- Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.2.0
- 38TB disk space (plenty free)
- 4GB RAM
And when I attempt to start the db, here the logs:

'Value too large for defined data type' error while running flexanlg
While trying to run flexanlg to analyze my access log file I have received the following error:
Could not open specified log file 'access': Value too large for defined data type
The command I was running is

Which should generate a html report of the web statistics
The file has approx 7 Million entries and is 2.3G in size
Ideas?I've concatenated several files together from my web servers as I wanted a single report, several reports based on individual web servers is no use.
I'm running iWS 6.1 SP6 on Solaris 10, on a zoned T2000

Error when try Specify User-Defined Text Types
Hi all,
I have a problem when I try to Specify User-Defined Text Types. The system gave me the error what is described below. Do you know how to solve a problem?
F1
Choose the key from the allowed namespace
Message no. SV019
Diagnosis
You have attempted to create an entry and have used a key which is not in your namespace.
This can cause problems in later upgrades because the entry could be overwritten by an import, or overwrite an existing entry.
Procedure
Check your entry and try to enter a key value from your namespace.
You can display the namespace definition with RDDKOR54.
If you must use the key entered, document your change so that it can be repeated after an upgrade or release change if necessary. If you put the data in a change request, you can export it before an upgrade or release change, and import it again afterwards.do you have more details or advice and so on?

Define table type on runtime...Getting Error..
My requirement is to
I am trying to define table type on runtime. i.e. ortf_in_table_tbl{noformat}({noformat}i).field_position_rec.ortf_segment_field_name in below code.
But when I am executing below code and getting below error:
DECLARE

AND xors.record_segment_id = xosf.record_segment_id
AND xosf.table_name = p_table_name;

END LOOP;
END LOOP;
END LOOP;
CLOSE raw_data_cur;
FORALL i IN table_tbl.FIRST .. table_tbl.LAST
INSERT INTO emp

THEN

END;

**PLS-00302: component 'FIELD_POSITION_REC' must be declared**
**ORA-06550: line 54, column 13:**
**PL/SQL: Statement ignored**Here field_position_cur is giving me column name for the EMP table (i.e. field_position_rec.field_name) and field_position_cur is giving start and length to derive value of the that column
i.e.
SUBSTR (raw_data_tbl (i).raw_line_text,
field_position_rec.starting_position,
field_position_rec.field_length
)But it is giving me error. We are on 10g database.
Please suggest the solution to it.

I am trying to define table type on runtime. Please explain - it is not clear from the code what you are attempting.
Also note that PL/SQL is strong typed language. This mean that you cannot define a variable using a weak type and at runtime change that into a formal data type.
In Oracle, the abstract AnyData data type can be used for unknown data types - and methods exist that allows different data types to be stored and retrieved as AnyData types. Of course, there are overheads involved in using an abstract data type (implemented as an object class) like this.
Another method is to use DBMS_SQL to create dynamic code (SQL or PL/SQL) - and perform dynamic binding (the bind determines the data type of the bind variable in the code). If the dynamic code is a SQL select, the describe interface enables you to determine the content (columns and data types) of the SQL projection.
The final method that comes to mind is using a RTTI (Run Time Type Information) interface - something that is also supported by Oracle (and basically the backend implementation of answering a describe interface call). This is however a bit more complex and quite specialised and needs a very unique problem to justify it being used. -

Since the Flex Test Drive is sometimes out of sync with flash builder 4, I recreated a project using other help pages on Adobe site :

As suggested, I used the New Project wizard to create a new project, with :
Application server type : J2EE
Check the radio button "Use remote object access service : BlazeDS"
Then, as indicated in following pages (section "Accessing BlazeDS")... :
file:///C:/Mes%20documents%20C/Commun/Developpement/Documentation/HT-Tracks/AccessingData/ help.adobe.com/en_US/Flex/4.0/AccessingData/WSbde04e3d3e6474c4-668f02f4120d422cf08-7ffe.ht ml#WSbde04e3d3e6474c4-19a3f0e0122be55e1b7-8000
...I selected the "Data / Connect to Data/Services..." menu option, which started the Data/service connection wizard.
There, I selected a BlazeDS (and not Web Services) service type, and everything went fine.
Suggestion to adobe staff : maybe it would be useful to update the Flex Test Drive to reflect Flash Builder 4 ?
Very nice product anyway, so far, congratulations...

Crm 7.0 webchannel ,define catalog type query
Hi all,
m facing a problem in webchannel (crm),if any of you can guide me in this regard, i would greatly appriciate it..the problem is :
While performing "define catalog type" ,under the "Folder Template" tab when m trying to assign my newly created AREA & ITEM m getting the message "no values selected, maintain entries" & when i click yes m getting a window "choose customizing project". There is a button stating "continue w/o specifying project", if i click on that its taking me to "Define template for forlder" under basic functions in spro crm.I have already maintained folder for area & item which are saved then why are they not showing when m pressing f4.
regards,
NitinI am assuming that your requirement is to create a new catalog type
Normally, the CRM system comes with few standard catalog types - such as, AUTO and MANU. These catalog types usually have the respective "Areas" and "Items" predefined. For example, the Catalog type MANU has MANU-AREA and MANU-ITEM. The message here is, the standard system does come with several values predefined for these configuration tasks.
Now, coming to your requirement, if you don't see any standard values in your configuration steps, then there is some issue you should look into.
In your case, since no standard values are available for the "For Areas" and "For Items" - which actually should be in CRMD_KW_TEMPL table, I think you have to check if everything has been done correctly as far as the upgrade transport or installation transport goes.
What is the version of CRM are you in? Though the following note is old, it is worth investigating.

What DataSource does your testalias refer to?
- If it is a custom DataSource, you must have created this custom DataSource also.
- If it is the default DataSource, you shouldn't have this problem in general...
In either case, you can try deploying your DataSource and/or DataSource alias together with your application:

DECODE SQL Function - Parsing error in Defining Objects in Universe Designe
Hi,
I have created a class and an object in BO XI R3 Universe designer.
I am getting the parsing error while defining the object when using the custom SQL as
select decode(matteraction,null,decode(matterissue,null,'MATTER','ISSUE'),decode(matterissue,null,'TYPE IS ACTION',' ACTIONu2019)) as TYPE from wh_cf_cmsu
The object Type is "character", i have tried with Long Text, Number, Date as well and the same sql works fine by returning String values through TOAD.
Do we have any constrains in using DECODE in BO XI R3 or any other syntax please....
Please guide me in resolving this issue.
Thanks,
Karthik.Hi,
1.At back end check the data type for matteraction column and define it accordingly in object definition.
2. Try to break your select clause definition into smaller parts and check it where the exact issue is as below
i.select decode(matterissue,null,'TYPE IS ACTION',' ACTIONu2019) ............
ii.select decode(matteraction,null,decode(matterissue,null,'MATTER','ISSUE') ..........
iii.select decode(matteraction,null,decode(matterissue,null,'MATTER','ISSUE'),decode(matterissue,null,'TYPE IS ACTION',' ACTIONu2019)) as TYPE from wh_cf_cmsu -
Hello, I am trying to complie some C code for some applications I am working on in labview (I am using Labview 2012 64bit).
When I try to build my code in Visual C++ 2010 ( I have set it up to be able to use x64) I get the following fatal error:
nivision.lib(StartupShutdown.obj) : fatal error LNK1112: module machine type 'X86' conflicts with target machine type 'x64'
Which I understand that .lib does not have a 64bit compatability. However, if I were to use 32bit code, how can I link/emulate it to my 64bit labview? Is there a good tutorial on this application? The problem is the rest of my application uses and requires 64bit labview, so I am stuck in this enviroment.
Thanks.dbrittain wrote:
Thanks for the reply. The C code I have cross correlates images, and it does reference the image inputs and size variables from the nivision classes. I am thinking of using a side by side labview environment with shared variables. I have not done this before, do you have any good examples? Can you make the library function node a shared variable or only the elements within it?
I guess I could try to convert to labview, but the are a lot of lines of code that I would prefer not to try to wrap my head around in translation.
The LabVIEW API in Vision Development Module has functions that let you get access to all those parameters as well as the raw image data pointer. A common design is to query those items on the LabVIEW diagram and then pass them to your DLL. This would mean you wouldn't need to make any calls into the Vision DLL from your C code.
As for examples showing how to use shared variables, keep in mind that it isn't just like doing a function call. The more appropriate way to think of it would be communicating with another VI by getting and setting controls and indicators while it runs. You could put all your arguments into a shared variable and set a boolean indicating it is ready, then wait for another boolean to go high indicating the other code has finished and placed its results in another shared variable. Your application code interacts with the shared variables just like a control/indicator/local variable. This of course is a simple description and I would not be surprised if there are well-defined frameworks/examples searchable in the forums that use shared variables in this manner.

User-Defined Table Types - Where is it in SQL Server 2008?
I am having 2 issues:
1. I don't see a folder for 'User-Defined Table Types' under programmability-->Types
2. When I execute the following code to create a Type; I get an error 'Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'AS'.'
USE Locations;
GO
/* Create a user-defined table type */
CREATE TYPE LocationTableType AS TABLE
( LocationName VARCHAR(50)
, CostRate INT );
GOHi Shayann,
The user-defined table type is a new
feature from SQL Server 2008. If you want to use it you have to upgrade your database to SQL Server 2008 or above.
In you scenario(SQL Server 2005),as a workaround, you can use the local temporary table instead.
--in SQL Server 2005
CREATE TABLE tblType(id INT,name VARCHAR(99))
GO
CREATE PROC proc1
AS
BEGIN
SELECT * FROM #temp;
END
GO
SELECT * INTO #temp FROM tblType; -- the #temp name is fixed
INSERT INTO #temp VALUES(1,'Eric');
EXEC proc1
--In SQL Server 2008 or above
CREATE TYPE LocationTableType AS TABLE
( id INT,
name VARCHAR(99) );
GO
CREATE PROC proc1 @t LocationTableType READONLY
AS
BEGIN
SELECT * FROM @t
END
GO
DECLARE @t LocationTableType;
INSERT INTO @t VALUES(1,'Eric');
EXEC proc1 @t
I still suggest you upgrade to higher SQL Server.
If you have any question, feel free to let me know.
Best regards,

[SOLVED] Value too large for defined data type in Geany over Samba
Some months ago Geany started to output an error whith every attempt to open a file mounted in smbfs/cifs.
The error was:
Value too large for defined data type
Now the error is solved thanks to a french user, Pierre, on Ubuntu's Launchpad:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/ … comments/5
The solution is to add this options to your smbfs/cifs mount options (in /etc/fstab for example):
,nounix,noserverino
It works on Arch Linux up-to-date (2009-12-02)
I've writed it on the ArchWiki too: http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Sam … leshootingAn update on the original bug. This is the direct link to launchpad bug 455122:
