J2EE Packaging - Error Loading WebAppClassLoader

I have seen variations of this theme in the forum, but I am not quite sure if the solutions apply to my situation.
I have a Java Web Start app deployed and sort of running on JBoss A/S.
I have treated the Web Start app as a web app and the following is my ear file layout: (I will eventually have MDBs)
META-INF\application.xml

mysql-connector-java-3.1.12-bin.jar
qsender.jar (just a standalone test app)
totalvu-servlet.jar - database access servlet
totalvu.war (the web start app's jar is in here)
The war file layout:

The problem is that inside totalv-servlet.jar there is a servlet that my web start app uses to access a database. This servlet needs to know about some shared classes, so I wanted to keep the servlet jar in the ear file as shown above. Seems like all the docs say that servlets have to go in the WEB-INF\classes folder as loose classes. This seems to be ok if the servlet is to support your canonical web app, but that isn't what I have.
I have the proper entries in application.xml and web.xml. I actually had this working long enough to fully test the servlet for 3 days and then I started getting "Error Loading WebAppClassLoader" errors during deployment. The class loader for the web app cannot find the servlet that I have defined in the web.xml file even though the app server found it and deployed it along with every other module I had defined in the application.xml file. The app server marked the serlet as unavailable. huh? I am going to guess that the fact that it was working for a while was an anomoly and probably caused by the app server or web start caching something that I didn't realize.
There must be someone else who has solved this problem before. Where should this database access servlet go, which is used by classes in totalvu.jar?
Is this totalvu-servlet.jar considered an "Optional Package"? I hope not.

After that ive modified my web.xml "<servlet-name>default</servlet-name>" to

PI 711 Installation: Loading of 'SAPNTAB' import package: error but no log

Hello,
I'm perfromong an installation of a SAP PI 7.11 ystem on windoows Server 2003 and Oracle 10.2 .
I've perfromed the installation of the DEV system without particular issue.
But now when tryning to install the QAS system , I can't finish the installation : Im' stuck in the import ABAP step ...
It is impossible to import the 'SAPNTAB' package. I couln't find the reason.
I've tried updating the R3load binary, rebooting the server, restarting the instalaltion from scratch but it didn't help.

I restarted the installationfriom scracth , but i still got the same error :

Error when running package to load data from InfoProvider

I encounter the following error when using the standard package to load data from a InfoProvider to BPC. I tried loading the data from both DSO and InfoCube, but I get the same error.
The log message where the error occurs is as follows:
Task name CLEAR CUBE DATA:
Could not perform write (INHERITED ERROR)
The "convert" step of the process chain completed successfully. This error is happening when the "clear cube according data" step of the process chain gets executed.
Any ideas on why this is happening?

Hi Laeral:
You should be able to just open one VISA session then write and read both commands then close the session at the end. This sounds to me like an error that comes from trying to open two VISA sessions to the instrument at the same time. I have attached some very basic LabVIEW VISA code that writes and reads two different commands. Hopefully it will get you started.

Invalid Package error (limits?) - SQL*Loader

I seem to have reached a limit on SQL*Loader in 8.1.6 on the number of columns I am trying to load. The table has 97 columns - if I try to specify more than 92 columns I get an invalid package error - it doesn't matter which column I pick. The row width is close to 2K bytes. Does anyone know the max size - and is there a default that can be increased somehow?

It maybe your BUFFER size.
Buffer Size = Rows in Array * Max row size
this is the formula to estimate your BUFFER size for the import.
Look in your Parameter File for 'INCTYPE' this is the parameter name for Buffer for importing with SQL*Loader.

Load from Infoprovider with selection package error

Hello,
Requirement: Data transfer from one application to another application in BPC
Version: BPC 7.5 NW SP08
Source application: MGMT
Target Application: LEGAL
Transformation File: Yes
Conversation File: Yes for Location Dimension
Source records: 103 (The data is for only one Location)
When I run Load from Infoprovider with selection Package (/CPMB/LOAD_INFOPROV_UI package) i am able to load 99 records loading and 4 records are getting error.
Error Message: 121 ,41513000,,N,AVER,Y,2011,,1030,1030,,,0.0000000
Line 121 :Dimension:LOCATION member: convert failed in line 121; rejected
Analysis: Location conversion is already in place and other 99 records are able to success on the same conversion rule. I have checked transformation, Conversion files. When I validate the transformation file with data then also i am seeing same error.
Note: I am using same package to load data from BW Cube to MGMT application that time i am able to load without error, When I load the same data from MGMT to LEGAL then this error is coming.
I appreciate any clue on this error.

We are able to solve the problem,
In the Account Dimension for one of the property we maintained some value with comma in it. That created a bad data and system throwing error.
After changing Account dimension attribute then the package is working fine.

SSIS packages deployment error- The package failed to load due to error 0xC0011008 Error loading from XML

I am trying to deploy SSIS packages to file system using manifest file. These packages are upgraded from SSDT 2005 to SSDT 2010. Also I have changed the protection level from 'EncryptSensitiveWithPassword' to 'DontSaveSensitive' to upgrade it.
I coun't complete the deployment and the error details shown below.

I want to deploy a package with the deployment manifest, but I'm getting an error (during deployment):
Package "D:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\100\DTS\Packages\Migration\Students.dtsx" could not be loaded.

I already remove a fuzzy lookup since this isn't part of the Standard edition, but still getting the error above.

After installing some update such as MS09-62 (KB970896), the "DTS.dll" and "MsDtsSrvrUtil.dll" may be unregistered. In this issue, the error may occur if the two DLL files are not registered. Here, please register both the 32 bit and 64 bit versions of the
DTS.dll and MsDtsSrvrUtil.dll files, and check the issue again.

Getting "Error loading archive: Couldnt read datasource" when deploying

Hi!
I believe this to be a common problem (i've had the problem with several installations) but i have searched the forums (well, not all) but haven't found any solution yet.
When I try to deploy an application i get an Exception saying:
"Fatal Error: Error loading archive: Couldnt read datasource file at file:C:/j2ee/home/application-deployments/simpleapp-app/data-sources.xml: ./data-sources.xml".
I have found a workaround to the problem, putting a data-sources.xml file into the newly created .../application-deployments/simple-app directory. But this is not a good solution...
Shouldn't the OC4J read the default $J2EE_HOME/config/data-sources.xml when there is no such file under the application specific directory?
Can anybody help me with this?

I use JDeveloper 9i to deploy the application. I don't know how to NOT package the data-sources.xml with the EAR (with jDeveloper). But even if the file is packaged within the EAR, shouldn't it be put to the right place when deployed? Is this a problem with JDev -> OC4J or is it me?

Hello,
I have a lightswitch web-application in development, which I need to copy from one computer to the other. I have tried doing it both through Git and by simply copying the solution and opening the project on another machine. The project builds without errors,
but when I try to debug it, it opens a web-browser, loads to 100% and pops up an error - Load operation failed for query 'GetAuthenticationInfo'. The remote server returned an error: NotFound.
Now, I have tried repairing Visual Studio on my machine, reinstalling .NET framework and setting <basicAuthentication enabled="false" /> in web.config, yet it still does not run.
When using Fiddler, it shows an error while loading the application - "HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error" , which I honestly don't know what it means.
The application uses ComponentOne and Telerik modules, but they are both installed on both machines.
The application does run perfectly on the original machine, but it is not working on any other one.
Both machines are using Win 8.1 and Visual Studio 2013 Update 4.
I have tried to look this up online, but most people's problem are when they are deploying the app, not just debugging. I would be really happy for any help with this issue.

I have the same problem on one of my development machines. Whenever I create a new project, the System.IdentityModel.Tokens.Jwt nuget package is not referenced properly. The project compiles correctly but you are not able to debug as I get the same error
as you.
If you open up your references and there is an error next to any of your references make sure that you correct them. In the case of the jwt reference error, I have to remove the jwt reference and then add it back from the packages folder.
This may not be your problem but could point you in a direction?

Custom Connection Manager only works in 32bit- 0xC0011008: Error loading from XML

I have a very basic / stripped connection manager with only one property (SSIS 2012). It works fine in design time (you can open the connection manager editor and change the value), but in runtime it only works in 32bit mode. The runtime-validate-method
does work, but if everything validates OK then in 64bit it throws an error when you run the package:

Error running child packages from parent package - Error 0xC0011008

Hey...
I am running a parent SSIS package (running sp2, 9.0.3042) that calls several child packages.
On our development server, we now cannot run this because we get 1 or more of these errors:
"Error 0x80004003 while preparing to load the package. Invalid pointer . "
"Error 0xC0011008 while preparing to load the package. Error loading from XML. No further detailed error information can be specified for this problem because no Events object was passed where detailed error information can be stored. . "
It is not occuring on the same packages. It varies every time it is run.
I can run every one of the child packages individually, using the same login ID that the parent is executed under.
The parent package works fine on my local machine and other servers running the same version of SSIS. Just not on this server.
Does anyone have any ideas???

Import Package Error

Hello All,
I am getting a strange behavior using Import Package to load data into BPC. I load data into BPC in both LC and USD. When I load the data first time, it accepts transactions in both LC and USD. But when I load after the initial load, it errors out in CONVERT data with CURRENCY 'USD' and rejects transactions with USD Curriencies. USD is a valid currency and I have processed the currency dimension multiple times. Has anyone experienced this issue? I have processed the transformation file and also the conversion files and no issues with them.

I think that your FxTrans.lgl is included in your Default.lgl, and it is trying to convert your values at the same time that you are loading them. Do you require the FxTrans to always run? If not you can just comment it out and then you should not have an issue any more.
