Javascript is not working in Adboce digital edition

HI all,
I have created a script for creating link for some words and i have added some javascript using "setAction".
When I am clicking the word in acrobat it is taking me to the respective destination.
But when i open the same pdf file in Adobe digital edition (e-book viewer) it is not wrking.
But the links which are created manually is working fine in Adobe digital edition.
Someone please help me to come out of this issue as soon as possible.

Reader Library entries were created on your hard drive for the ereader to
work properly. Only some of them are supported by ADE. There's a list in
the HELP section of ADE.
Also, there have been some problems with the PRS-T1 model.

The UniquekeyValidator Rule is not working in the EO edit dialog.

The UniquekeyValidator Rule is not working in the EO edit dialog. We have Jdeveloper9i V. 9.0.3.2. The unique flags are checked in the primary key attribute and the custom message is never showed.
Is there a Known bug about that? if yes.. does exist any patch to fix that?

Yes, of course .. i�ve already apply the unique key validator for the entity.. so that custom error message is the error im trying to get in the application.
Other issue is when im trying to edit that error message: when im going to edit the message the previous error im entered is not there. Is it normal?

Do you mean all of them are not working or just few?
Does the function icon pops up on the bottom of the screen when you pressing them?
Try to update your EC firmware and don't forget to do a battery reset.
then reinstall the SCM again see if this help.

Using osx javascript is not working in firefox, ebay

I am using osx mac, javascript is not working, even though it is enabled in Firefox preferences.

It was a fresh install of Firefox 5.0 so no extensions. And Javascript IS enabled in preferences.
Sites work fine in Safari.

Form load rules are not working on display and edit forms

I have customized SharePoint 2013 list form using InfoPath 2013. I want to hide certain fields based on user group. I created rules on form load for that. These rules are working fine on New Form but are not working on display and edit form.
What can I do?

It could be because the value might have not changed ie, you might be checking for a particular value, the values might have got overwritten when the new form is saved, see if that value is blank or overwritten in display and edit forms.
I would first check the form load rules and check those values again in Display form and edit form, if the values are not getting cleared/overwritten.
It would be better if you could upload the screenprint.

Printing an iframe with pdf using javascript is not working in IE8 and above

I have a problem with printing and Iframe with PDF in IE 8 and above
Following is my javascript:

This same thing is working fine in other browser but for IE is just not invoking the print dialog.
Also I tried to get the frame.print(); on load of the frame but even that is not working exactly as that way it print the parent window in output.
Few things I tried like:
1) div.innerHTML = '<iframe src="' + urlValue + '"
onload="this.contentWindow.print();"></iframe>';
2) frame.contentWindow.focus();
frame.contentWindow.print();
3) window.document.getElementsByTagName('iframe')['frame'].onload = (function () {
frame.focus();
frame.print();
I need to get the print of only the content which is in Iframe which I am binding in "printerDiv" by javascript.
Any perfect/different solution from which I have tried then please post here?

PDF documents are hosted in an ActiveX or netscape plugin control which have their own printing functions.
Start>Adobe Reader>Edit>Preferences - to adjust what functionality the PDF document viewer addon displays (menus etc).
Tools>Manage Addons>Show all addons
make sure you have both the x86 and x64 versions of your PDF reader Active X control installed and enabled. I would recommend also that you update to the latest version of the vendors' (Adobe?) plugin.
Possibly you have disabled scripting of ActiveX controls in the IE security zone that your parent page maps to. Also there is an IE security zone feature that prevents navigation to a domain in a zone of lower integrity.
Tools>Internet Options>Security tab, click "Reset all zones to default".

Acsm files will not open in Adobe Digital Editions on iMac 10.7.2. I can still open them successfully on my Dell PC.

Mid November I purchased an iMac Lion and downloaded Adobe Digital editions for Macs. The download went smoothly but I cannot get the ebooks from my library to open in Adobe Digital Editions. I still have my Dell PC and can (and unfortunately still have to) download the ebooks into ADE and from there to iTunes and onto my iPad. I've uninstalled and reinstalled ADE and it doesn't appear to be the problem. The downloaded ascm books appear to be in the top right corner of the toolbar but just will not open in ADE. ADE is supposed to open automatically with the book download, and does on the PC, but not on the iMac. I've even tried dragging and dropping the files into ADE but nothing works. Does anyone have the solution? Thank you.

downloaded Adobe Digital Editions 4, and registered computer, verified email and then downloaded e-book from retailer, but the acmsfile does not want to open.

Since Re-activation as suggested by the link above is not working for you, Can you please confirm the following:
The OperatorURL is reachable. ( you can find the operatorURL from the acsm file by opening it in notepad,etc)
And Book is still available on the book-store for purchase.
(If any of first two are not available, you might have to talk to distributor for next action item to get the book. Since you will have record of purchasing the book, (in my opinion) they should provide you the new token for downloading the book)
And please confirm this that you used the same userID for downloading that you used when you first fulfilled/downloaded the book.
(If it is the case, then you have to use the correct userID)

I am working with InDesign CC 2014.1 and Adobe Digital Editions 4 (ADE).
I am developing a FXL epub. When viewing the exported epub with ADE the buttons don't work.
I also tried to view other epubs as the one mentioned in this thread: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1684411
No animations work.
can someone help me with this problem?

ADE is not a very good FXL EPUB reader. Try iBooks, Readium for Chrome or Kobo.

Why is EPUB not downloading to adobe digital editions anymore?

I have Adobe Digital Editions and have downloaded EPUB from online bookshops previously but all of a sudden they won't download and the following message comes up "Connection Error Detected - Digital Editions couldn't connect to the fulfillment server, Please make sure you are connected to the internet" - I AM connected to the internet. I looked for updates to the digital editions but couldn't find any.
If anyone could help - The online bookstore say the problem is not at their end.

I looked at the link and it didn't work. I have uninstalled digital editions and reinstalled it and it still didn't work. I clicked "unblock" on the properties of the file concerned and it still didn't work. Any further suggestions would be appreciated if you have any.

Javascript does not work in web browser

This script only works in preview in Captivate, but does not work in web browser (IE 9, Mozilla, Chrome).

Does anybody have an idea why the Google+ "Invite your friends!" button is not working in a StageWebView window?

Make sure that you do not block [[JavaScript]]
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
See [[Troubleshooting extensions and themes]] and [[Troubleshooting plugins]]
If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all your extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.
You can use "Disable all add-ons" on the ''Safe mode'' start window.
You have to close and restart Firefox after each change via "File > Exit" (on Mac: "Firefox > Quit")
