JDev 10.1.3 - running any application results in connection pool error

After creating a new project with a MySQL connection and since removing the project, I receive this error no matter which application I try to run through the local OC4J of JDev 10.1.3.0.4.3673.
I can recreate this issue with a brand new app workspace & project with a single html file.

I'm guessing this is a connection pool issue, but I'm not sure how I associated this connection to the pool, or where to remove it. I've reviewed the help files and searched through this forum, and see references to the connection pool on the AS, but not JDev 10.1.3 itself.
Any pointers are appreciated! In the mean time I'm continuing my search!

Can you please clarify the following...
1) Can we run MDB applications within JDeveloper 10.1.3 ? I noticed there is a jms.xml file in embedded OC4J.
2) How can we test MDB applications within JDeveloper linked to a JMS Destination OC4J based ?

I could not run any application program

I could not run any application program( even thouht the simplest one such as helloword). It would give NoClassDefoundError as:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Welcome1

I use text pad editor. First I compile it, there is no error. But when I try to run ( by click run java application program button ) it gives me the same error message.
I also always have compile error such as no class define when I try compile the program which need to import user defined class from differerent package. ( even though I did put all the classed in the same directory and also use import statement)
I did try to run many other applet programs which do not use any user defined class, in this case every thing work fine and I could run the program.
That mean I could run simple applet program but not application, also i always have compile error when ever I tried to import user defined class.
I'm afriad there is some thing wrong with the sdk and java enviroment, therefore I did try to uninstall the program and redownload from the web( I try both version 1.3 and 1.4 many time, and I did check the size of the application when I finish down load) but I still got the same problem.
My computer operating system is WinMe.

Hi,
T410 laptop turns off abruptly when running any application. I contacted the technical support, first they suggested me to run some diagnostics for hard disk which failed and so they sent me a new hard disk. Even then I faced the same problem. Again I contacted them and they told that they will change the system board. Today I received the laptop with new system board/updated BIOS.
But still I am facing the same problem. I called the technical support again, they told me to use the latop in two modes ( 1. only battery and 2. only ac adapter) and check whether its happening again or ont. In both the cases I am seeing the same problem.
Laptop is only 5 months old and bought for $1400........

Hi and welcome to the forum!
Tell us something more about your system, like installed memory size, processor speed, graphics card make and size, HDD size and so forth. Because yours is CTO model hence it's not possible to figure out these things without your telling us about them.
I'm not very expert but I would say it's probably the RAM since system board and HDD have already been replaced or possibly you have got a lemon. But try following suggestions first.
Do you get any sort of error message or Bluescreen? does Event Viewer report something unusual? Event Viewer can be opened by typing it's name in the search field in Windows 7. If you get Bluecreen you can view it via this program:- http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html and let us know what it says.
Also, make a bootable CD of mem86 and run the test on your RAM, mem86 can be downloaded free from:- http://www.memtest86.com/
Lastly, you can burn LiveCD of any Linux distro and boot from it, if applications work fine in Linux environment then probably it's some software problem your thinkpad is having, re-imaging the system to factory state would be great initiative in that case.

I am using nokia C2-03 Dual Sim mobile but not running find ...
when ever i want to play music / to open any images/ to open or apply new themes or to play games/ to run any other applications it always insist to remove data from Gallary but i haven't installed any new applications or anything els .... i am using the 2GB memory card given with handset.. it is useful for me only for receiving and making calls nothing els i can do with it.

Sounds like you used Apple's migration tool, that fails to move all application support files.
You can either manually copy all the application support file from the old volume, or reinstall.
If you download and reinstall, you need the full installer, not just the update.

IMac won't run any applications

We had a power outage yesterday. Since restarting my iMac, it will not launch any application (including finder).
I cannot click on anything without it failing. So I can't even tell you precisely which version of OS X I am running.
However, I was able to open safari guest mode and am currently typing this from that. Seems to be working fine.
I have tried restarting the computer in safe mode a few times and am not getting anywhere.
Wanted to see if there is anything else I try before lugging this in to a Mac store...

Without knowing which OS is installed, we would be just guessing the troubleshooting suggestions. Each OS has their own. Also, you should always know which OS version is installed on a Mac. Otherwise, how would you know which software is compatible to install/download?

What happnes when we run any Application Engine Process

Hi All,
I have been trying to find the exact flow after we run application engine program either from PIA or from command line and got few resources also which explain what happnes behind the scene but due to mix explanations I am still not clear about it.
Could any one please explain in steps the flow behind the scene after we run a application engine?
To be more specific, Like when we run it, the process name along with other parameters(runcontrol, sessionid, process intance) must be written into some table and then Process monitor displays that process and updates its status frequenlty.....

Run GPGPU applications through FreeNX connection

Hi, I am trying to remotely run GPGPU applications that use OpenCL through a remote FreeNX connection. I have a computer with AMD GPUs and I am connecting to it with a laptop through FreeNX. If I am locally on the computer, I can run an OpenCL application and it works fine. However, when I execute it through the NX connection from a different computer, the program cannot find any GPU devices. I think this may have to do with the program not being able to connect to the local (non-NX) X server to get access to the GPUs. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thank you.
Also, following this guide, I can run the GPGPU programs over the SSH connection. However, it does not work with NX.

I've seen cases where NOT using the ResourceParams section, and instead using attributes in the Resource section will fix this. Don't know why.
i.e.
Instead of using:

</parameter>use the driver attribute of the Resource tag:

Sun Java Systems Application Server 9 connection-pool ping error

Hi folks, I tried creating a javax.sql.DataSource MSSQL database connection pool with the jdts type 4 driver I got from sourceforge, and each ping operation I tried gave me the following error message:
Operation 'pingConnectionPool' failed in 'resources' Config MBean.
Target exception message: No PasswordCredential found.
My connection properties are:
user = sa
port = 1433
databaseName = FlyMyWayDB
serverName = digitanx-chalu
What does this exception mean, what are the possible causes, and how do I go about resolving it.

As long as the JDBC Driver (jar file) for the connection pool(s) you want to create are in the app server's lib directory, you shouldn't have a problem creating both those and the JDBC Resources from the admin console (web app). So far, I am able to bundle my connection pools and resource connections inside my ejb module under "Server Resources" within my enterprise (.ear) application in Netbeans 5.5. When I deploy it, the whole thing works pretty sweet. I haven't gotten to the stage where I will want to migrate the jee application to my dedicated server yet, but I suspect that if my dedicated (remote) app server doesn't want to play nice with my netbeans when I try and set it up as a new server under my "Server Manager", then I'll likely try to simply deploy the .ear file from within the admin console, using the "browse" (for .ear) option (likely the better/preferred practice for production anyhow). As I live in Colombia, the Apple Application Store don't let my download ANY of the apps, not even the free ones. Its very frustrating not to be able to use one of the iPhone features that I expected the most. I will like to run many of them but Apple policies make it impossible.

Have you downloaded and installed Premiere Pro (or any app other than Creative Cloud).
In case you're under the impression that the Creative Cloud is actually cloud-based, with programs running on a server in the cloud somewhere, that's not the case (with a few exceptions).
If you haven't installed PPro, open the Creative Cloud app, go to the Apps tab, find Premiere Pro, and click Install.

I can't run any applications

Whenever I make a application and then type java classname I get an error that say "Exception in thread 'main' java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: classname...
