Hi All,
We have Enterprises backup software 7.5,with SL48 library.we configuring the backup software working fine.
Next day if we try to do any activity from backup software getting error jukebox is not configured or licensed.
we reinstalled O/S and backup software 2-3 time same problem.please help me.

If the HDD is formatted use the recovery CD and reinstall OS. After that the modem should be recognized and installed properly. After that configure Dial up connection and check the modem. If the modem is not defective it should work.
The strange thing is that there is error 633 that means: The port is already in use or is not configured for Remote Access dialout.

You are currently running IP BASE Feature Set ios on your router you need to upgrade the same to Advanced Security Services or SP Services Feature set to have SSH support in your router..

If iTunes isn't behaving as expected after a system restore on your PC, I'd suggest completely removing and reinstalling it:

This version of iTunes has not been correctly configured

I completed a scan on my computer, and asked it to delete all duplicated files. For some reason i cannot open my iTunes, it just says 'This version of iTunes has not been correctly configured'. Me being me, i haven't copied any files or music to an external hardrive and now i can't even access them. I'm travelling on the train for 12 hours in a few days and would really like to be able to atleast watch a film! Please help! Thanks in advance

How do you configure ORDS in a Weblogic Cluster? Getting "This installation has not yet been configured" on second server...

We currently have ORDS 2.0.9 installed on WLS 10.3.6 running on Windows 2008R2 behind an F5 load balancer. When the load balancer sends the connections to the server we configured first, everything works fine. When the load balancer sends the connections to the scaled out server, we get the ORDS page with "This installation has not yet been configured". The defaults.xml and related directories got created on the second server automatically. We tried changing the debug.debugger and debug.printDebugToScreen entries in the defaults.xml of the second server, but nothing happened. What are we missing? How do we configure the second server?

The issue has been resolved. After looking at the directories and defaults.xml that WLS created on the scaled out server, we figured that the configuration files were not created/copied from the original server. We ran the configuration from "java -jar ords.war setup" on the second server, restarted the application from WLS and everything started working as expected.

Requested node not found in configuration file

The following warning appears when I instantiate the ReportClientDocument object:

Changes made in BOM are not reflected in Configurator.

Hi all,
When i update minimum and maximum quantities in BOM, the new values are not reflected in the configurator.
I have found a patch (patch# 4410573) for this issue in metalink and applying that patch did not resolve the issue.
I have logged an SR with Oracle for this and Oracle support have asked me to run "Refresh Single Configuration Model" concurrent program and see if the changes are reflected.
This program has 2 parameters one for folder and the other for Configuration Model Id.
When i try to run the program, for any of the folders, the value set for the parameter Configuration Model Id does not show any values and hence i am unable to run the program.
We don't have a separate instance for COnfigurator.
Do i need to do any set up so that my Configuration model is reflected in the LOV?
Can anyone please help me on this?

Even without running the "Refresh a Single Configuration Model" concurrent program, in some scenarios, changes are being reflected in Configurator.
Ex:
When i change only minimum and maximum quantities, the changes i.e. new minimum and maximum values are not reflected in Configurator.
But, when i also change any of the following fields along with minimum and maximum quantities, new values are being updated in Configurator with out running the refresh program.
effectivity_date, disable_date, component_quantity, planning_factor, component_yield_factor and optional class

Also, i have already tried executing the query by commenting the enclosing_folder check. But still, the query is not retrieving any records.
Basically, the sub-query that fetches devl_project_id itself is not retrieving any records.

When & if I set all my realms as protected then I am unable to startup my servers and get the folowing error:
We are trying to setup (as in intergrate SiteMinder with Savvion) SiteMinder v2 with weblogic 8.1 sp 5. We have appropriately included the references to variours siteminder related jars as per Netegrity's ASA document. We aren't using any webserver, instead wewould be using launching page (which be a protected resource). The following is the installation, configuration, and testing information related to various siteminder components:
SiteMinder Identity Asserter (IA) - installed, configured & tested successfully.
SiteMinder Authentication Provider - installed, configured & test result -> Unsuccessful.
SiteMinder Authorziation provider - installed, configured & test result -> Unsuccessful.
Has anyone seen anything similar to the following? My guess on the above is that it looks like it is trying initialise siteminder stuff every time we start each of the servers(admin, ejb and portal). Since the initialisation happens for the 1st time) when the admin server is started, an error is thrown complaining about not being to initialise when we start either portal or ejb after that. If this is true then is there a way around this problem?
The Admin Server starts fine. But when we try to start either of the ejb or portal server, we get the following error:

ServletRunnerInfo not found in configuration file

I'm getting the following error message
ServletRunnerInfo not found in configuration file
for a servlet that I've never changed. The servlet was written by another developer sometime last year and it seems to have stopped working correctly over a month ago.
I've checked the XML files and both have entries for the servlet. Anyone have an idea of how to resolve this?

Sounds like an init parameter definition might be missing from the within this servlets definition in the web.xml file. Might need something like:
<init-param>
<param-name>ServletRunnerInfo</param-name>
<param-value>Something or other config information</param-value>
</init-param>You could tell if the init() method of the actual servlet asks for:
config.getInitParameter("ServletRunnerInfo"));Then that is the problem for sure. Otherwise ... ????

Has your phone ever been hacked or jailbroken. This error message is what usually shows up for that. Are you using a supported carrier for the iPhone, or did someone hack the phone to unlock it to be used on another carrier. If that is the case, then there is no help you can get here as discussing hacked/jailbroken devices is not allowed.

Simple.. bridge the TC.. in the apple utility in the NAT and DHCP area.
Plug it into the FIOS router.. you can turn off wireless in the TC if you want.. or use it.. it can work faster if you are nearby and can select 5ghz.. but up to you.

Hello,
We currently have authorization escalations configured to generate when a task becomes past due as follows:
1st escalation to approver at 0 hrs
2nd escalation to approver at 8 hrs
3rd escalation to approver at 8 hrs
4th escalation to RC support at 64 hrs
Essentially the 4th escalation should generate 10 days after the authorization is past due.
The problem is that sometimes this works as expected, however, sometimes we receive the 4th escalation after only 5 days....
The pattern we have noticed is that if there is a requisition that is past due 10 days AND there are additional requisitions that are past due 3 days, an escalation email generates for the requisition that is 10 days late plus any other escalations that are 3 (or more) days late that happen to be in queue...
Also, another interesting thing we noticed is that, coincidentally, these premature expiration notifications are always generated on Mondays which is significant because we have an automated script that runs every Friday night. This script is used to push new/changed services into the PROD system and involves shutting down and restarting the system...
Has anyone else experienced this?

When we initially setup escalations we had some issues and do have an open TR to Eng because we have one escalation on one task on a particular service that does not escalate consistently but the others have no issue? But right now we were instructed to build escalations using a 24 hour clock and our business day is 10 hours. Based on how the Escalation manager is setup it escalate ( for us we have the standard 8am to 9pm Monday - Friday once on the hour) This is working on over 100 services we have

Essbase 11.1.2 EPMVLD-01005: Not all recommended configuration tasks

I get this error when I run my validation or EPM System Diagnostic scripts. How/Where do I check logs to get the details of what dint work? Everything works fine , essbase works fine, eas works fiine, studio works fine. Just want to be sure what this message below shows up. Should I just ignore it?

How do you know it is a definite problem, I have seen errors in the installation logs it doesn't always mean there is a problem.

I basically have an Ada executable and Labview executable that currently run on a Sun Machine with Solaris as the operating system. I'm re-architecting the system hardware and will be getting rid of the Sun Machine and Solaris. I'm don't have any issues with the Ada executable, but I'm not sure what configurations Labview supports.
