Just installed PMH on my Macbook Pro but can not recognize my MHS-PM1 Snap camera?

May I ask if the camcorder is being recognized by your Mac outside of the PMH program? When you connect the unit to the computer, does it show up as an external drive? When connecting the camcorder using the supplied USB cable, we recommend removing all other devices connected to the computer except the mouse and keyboard. These may interfere with recognition of the unit. Also, check the USB connection setting of the camcorder. it should be set to Mass Storage.
If the unit is still unrecognized, disconnect it from the Mac and restart your computer. Once the int is recognized, start PMH and see if it shows up as a connected device to start import.

Yes, that would be an alternative if the USB connection itself is not being recognized by the computer. You could take the card out of the camera and insert it to the card slot of your computer, or use a card reader to transfer them manually.

To install Windows you can use Boot Camp Assistant or use a virtual machine like Parallels, Fusion, or VirtualBox. You can't install Windows as you described in your post.

Hold Option key when starting - that gives you the option to choose between startup disks.

Click App Store from your Apple menu  drop down menu then select Updates from the App Store menu bar.

You haven't identified the version so I can't tell if offering you contact options for Adobe Support will be of use to you. But they will likely be your only hope of getting resolution unless you just happen to be using the wrong number as the serial number.

You do not need to "sign up" for downloading updates. Just run Software Update and let it access them directly thru the App Store.

You can connect the iPad to your Mac's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases, that should copy it over to the Movies part of your library.
Depending upon what country that you are in, and whether the film studio allows it, you might also be able to re-download it on your Mac via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page.

With the subscription you sign in with your Adobe ID that you used to order the subscription. By installation code, I assume you mean serial number. You do not get one with the subscription, but use your Adobe ID.

New Macbook pro suddently can not watch any online video or movie

I just bought a new 13" Macbook pro 4 days ago, the first day everything work well (include watching online movie or video), yesterday, I suddenly found I can not watch online movie or video anymore, the symptom is: I can open any website with online video, but the video area is BLACK, i tried many different website, they are all the same, can not watch any online video.
then I call apple phone support, i was told press Commandoption+PR, after that, it works again. but today the same problem happened again!!! I know I can still use the same way to fix the problem. but I do really want to know, what's the reason? is my NEW Mac has problem? is the problem big or not? should i return or exchange it? I hope someone could help me and answer my questions.
Anyway, right now i am very disappointed and frustrate, don't know what to do, I am a student, buy a mac is not a little money for me!
