Keep getting this Error

Question

Hi,
I keep getting this error in my AQ error location: $ORACLE_HOME/mgw/log
Polling thread: SUB_NAME1 new msgCount = 0

I can see that the some incoming messages are in READY state form the inbound subscriber and it seems they haven't been dequeued yet?
Does anyone knows how should i start to dig into this problem?

Hi,
   Using DBMS_MGWADM.SET_LOG_LEVEL you can change the log level of MGW dynamically. If you set 0 for log level, you won't get most of these traces.
   ie. DBMS_MGWADM.SET_LOG_LEVEL(DBMS_MGWADM.BASIC_LOGGING)

    Coming back to the problem you were facing earlier ... can you please provide the details about DB version, MQ version and Operating System. Also if you can reproduce the issue, please file a bug/service request and provide the steps and the scripts to reproduce the failure.
