Key code problem in samsung sgh-t719

hi all,
i have written a java program that is use to display the keycode value of the device keys. The application is working fine for most of the devices , but when running the application on samsung sgh-t719 the keys(qw ,as,op) are producing the value 0 and keys ( l , zx ) are not responding to keyPressed() function at all.
can anybody put some light on it .

have you search on samsung forums and samsung tech docs?
it is weird that 3 keys produce the same key code...

KeyEvent key code problem

This is about JavaFX 2.0.
For the code fragment:

.....When the SLASH key is pressed, breaking at the first line of the method "handle" gives keyEvent.getCode().ordinal() being 187. When the MINUS key is pressed, keyEvent.getCode().ordinal() is STILL 187. Previously in JavaFX 1.3, the code ordinal was 23 for SLASH and 21 for MINUS. Now I cannot tell which key is pressed! Yes I can look at the keyEvent.getText() property... but it really seems like a bug that the code is UNDEFINED, right?

I'm not so sure that RT-13972 is the same bug as what is being discussed here. I would encourage you to file a separate bug in http://javafx-jira.kenai.com against Runtime/Glass.

Key down, Key up, Key code problems

I've been having problems putting a key down handler
together, which is weird because it's pretty basic.

doesn't seem to do anything, key up the same. I know this is
a pretty basic thing, and in MX 2004 which is the Director version
I'm using, they've done it a little different but I can't seem to
see why it's not working.

Key functions operate in several different ways in Director.
If you have
an editable field or text member, then you can attach a
behavior to that
field or text sprite and include an on keyDown me and/or on
keyUp me
function. Because there is an editable sprite on the stage,
Director
will route key events to that sprite. If there is a function
to handle
the event, then something will happen. This sort of thing is
usually
done if you need to read and/or filter the user's input. You
don't need
a behavior at all if you just want the user to input
something.
If you are using key events for some other action, like
navigation or
game element control, then you need to tell Director to pay
attention to
the keyboard input. This is done by assigning a function as
the
keyDownScript or the keyUpScript. The assignment may be done
in a movie
event function, like startMovie, or it may be done in a
behavior.
Here's one example in a movie script window:

Anyone else had problems with SAP Marketplace issued key codes?

Hi! I know this forum can't really help me resolve my key code problem but I was wondering if anyone else has had trouble with their key codes issued by SAP Marketplace since Business Objects switched over to SAP's system?
I purchased 10 concurrent licenses, when I requested my key code through SAP Marketplace the product description said 10 concurrent but when I recevied my code and entered it Crystal Reports Server XI, it told me I only have 1 concurrent license.
I feel like I'm caught in a loop in their support system. I've tried the Business Objects support email and after several emails back and forth, they told me I had go through SAP support. I tried the phone number they gave me and it didn't work. Since then I submitted a support incident through SAP Service Channel, I thought someone was helping me because they requested more information but I haven't heard back from them in a couple of days.
Has anyone else had problems, if so, how did you resolve them?

Currently I have BO XI Edge 2 SP3 installed.
After a test upgrade to BO XI Edge 3.0, I applied teh newly issued licence key(5 cals.
Unfortunately only 1 was registered.
It was impossible to logon to the system.
I have lodged a case with BOSAPASIA. Below is theyr reply!!!!

Invalid key code and multiple installs

OK, so I got a new iMac and tried to install vista on it like I had on my old iMac (2006 Model). However, when I finished the installation it started a new installation and it ended up installing vista twice. It would have done and third install, but I held down the option key during install and manually selected the windows partition instead of the Windows install CD. However, not all of the Windows features were installed like Aero so I deleted the windows partition. My iChat buddies list got deleted so I had to delete my iChat preferences (don't know if this will help).
Anyway I tried to re-install Vista this morning and it said my key code was invalid, although it worked yesterday. What is the problem? This is the second invalid key code problem I've had on this Mac (the first was with Logic).
Oh also, there seems to be some remnants of Vista on the computer even after I deleted the partition because unless I held down option/alt during boot up it would try to run windows and would say no boot disc.

I tried reinstalling it and it slowed down my boot up speed because it didn't install right and I had to delete the partition once again.
The keycode issue has been resolved though for some reason...

Office Home and Student 2010 Install problems with a Key Code Err..

I had to install a new hard drive, lost everything..So I upgraded to Windows 7 Professional ..
I own a the 2010 Home and Student CD bought at the Microsoft store...Doesn't come with Outlook...
So I ordered the Home and Business 2010 disc with Service Pack 1 Included, this has 2010 outlook ...It loaded and worked fine up to the point I had to replace my Drive with New Windows 7 Pro...
Everything loaded find, but every time I try and use it, its acts like it is caught in some kind of loop...It keep trying install and configure, then ask for my Key Code every time, sort of like a OLMAP132.Dll err...I did manage to make it work once, I even
got back the test email from Microsoft after setting up Outlook....Then when I rebooted the system, this same loop action started ...
I have uninstalled this at least 4 times, searched for anything with ties to Microsoft office, and uninstalled it..Then did a New Clean Install...Still getting this key Code question every time I open up a Office program....So, I am saying without a doubt,

Mapping/invoking key codes in a GameCanvas's main game loop.

I'm trying to bind some diagonal sprite movement methods to the keypad. I already know that I have to map out the diagonals to key codes since key states only look out for key presses in the upper half of the phone (d-pad, soft buttons, etc...). Problem is, how do I invoke them in the main game loop since a key state can be encapsulated in a method and piped through the loop? What makes this even worst is a bug that my phone maker's game API (Siemens Game API for MIDP 1.0, which is their own implementation of the MIDP 2.0 Game API) has, in which if I override the keyPressed, keyReleased, or keyRepeated methods, it will always set my key states to zero, thus I can't move the sprite at all. Also, it seems that my phone's emulator automatically maps key states to 2, 4, 6, and 8, so my only concern is how do I map the diagonal methods into 1, 3, 7, and 9, as well as invoking them in the main game loop? Key code 24 using control down - no longer works in 10.6

I have a script that should open a dialog box to make a picture using Copernicus. the command I try to invoke is 'Control ='.
here is the script.

If I do a manual 'Control =' it works regardless if the Application is active or in the background.
Has anything changed in 10.6 that this sort of code no longer works? How do I set it up for this to work?

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

Cannot use Release 1 Product Code when installing Release 2 Redistributable File on client workstations.

Upgrade on development environment u2013 done with out any error.

I am pretty sure that the runtime file is not appropriate because in many case this error comes when wrong runtime file is used.
The correct runtime file is [this|http://resources.businessobjects.com/support/additional_downloads/runtime.asp#06].
Download the one according to the service pack.

Lost product key code

can anyone tell me where I can find a product code for an Adobe photoshop elements 1.0.1? It came as part of a bundle of software for my computer.
Sadly, quite recently I had to reinstall everything, as the computer crashed; but in doing so, I now have no product key code to reinstall the software!
So I'll be interested in what there is I can do to fix the problem.

If it isn't registered but is on another computer, regedit (Windows application...on XP call it up using RUN) can be used to find the missing four digits. In regedit dialog, Edit<Find then plug in the numbers that are where Khaye2728 indicates in his post...Help<System Info...Serial Number. Note: This only works for the older versions of Elements...1 + 2 definitely.

I have inherited 4 computers each of them appears to have cracked copies of MS Office 2010. How can I get genuine product key codes?

Crystal 11 Install message - 'Cannot get a valid key code'

On install of Crystal 11 get the message above, although the valid key code is filled in automatically on the install process. On launch, the app always asks for a key code, and when one is entered it proceeds as usual - but always asks again next time. Then, when the code is entered, I get the 'invalid or expired' message that others have noted.
The product is registered - it notes the product has already been registered when I try again but I get the following message back, always with same number: Thank you for registering Crystal Reports Developer XI.. Your Registration number is 8414648993
Following various clues on this forum I uninstalled/reinstalled the software. Version 10 is also on this machine, as well as 8.5, though I think this is not unique (we have certain apps that require one or another, so developers use several versions). I did not delete the registry keys for Crystal 11 because they weren't there, just generically Crystal ones, but otherwise uninstall and folder deletions went OK. Reinstall had the exact same problems.
Can anyone help? No sense venting on people who are trying to be helpful, but I would naturally just like the stuff to install OK if I have a valid code on the install sleeve, as certainly seems to be the case. That, or a place where I can plug in the error message and get a nice well-documented procedure to try, rather than a thread with clues - or where the solution is taken offline.

Hi Larry,
This type of issue normally occurs when the rights on the following regirty keys are insufficient: -
HKEY_CURRENT_USER and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
Specifically, the rights on the software folder must be full control. (Right click on the folder and select permissions).
Once you have provided full control, re-install the product once and everything should work fine.
