Last Price report only allow sales price to view

Dear all expert,
The last price report included sales & purchase price. The customer wanted only sales employee to view customer sales price and block purchase price to view on the last price report.
Is that any alternative way & available function on latest version 8.8?

The standard authorization didn't allow to do that. I'm thinking it only available disable the purchase document or block the vendor code to be selected on last price report.
Unfortunately, i dun have any idea about how to write the code. Any idea?Or sample?

While in MY MUSIC on itunes, all my music is unchecked. I can not check whole playlists by using the top checkmark to select all. I went to all my playlists, same thing. I can only press them ONE at a time, which will take about a day to check all of them.

Only allowing a group to view

Hello,
I would like to use the "Department" name populated in form using data connection "GetUserProfileByName" to dynamically only view their own forms created in library. I currently have "Target Audience" in place
but that only allows Admins to view everything.
I do not have access for SPD or able to use any code so I am really hindered.
Any help wpould be greatly appreciated.

According to your post, my understanding is that you wanted to make uses dynamically view their own forms created in library.
I recomment to create another view and filetr your second view where the " created " as [Me].
In addition, you can use Filter Web Part and Connect the Filter Web Part to a List View Web Part .

Last Movement Report (only last movement)

Hi Gurus,
I need your help about one doubt that I have.
One user need run one report that list only the last movement about one or more material in one period.
In fact, today he use the MB51 report, but is very slow and list all movement in one period (he don't need to see all movement, just the last movement).
I try to search other report with this option, but I can't find it.
Someone knows other report with this option ?

Difference between Sales price (VKP0) and further sales price (VKP1)

As per your given example :-
In VA01 screen;
Material:100000939 ; quantity: 1.000,000kg Unit price:146,62 total:146.620,00
But;
VF01 screen;
Material:100000939 ; quantity:432 (Batch1)
quantity:366 (Batch2)
quantity:162 (Batch3)
If you check you will find that system is calcultaing correctly.
In above case total material delivered is 960 Kg (432366162) and reate is 1000 per Kg. so total value is 140755.20. and if you calculate the price separately for each batches separately it will be 63339.84, 53662.92, and 23752.44 for the batches with quantity 432, 366, and 162 respectively. If you add these value it will be same as the value for 960Kg.
Now in any case if you are getting some difference in paise then you may use Price Condition Type DIFF or round off the Price Condition.

Internal price vs sales price

Do you know if its possible to get the internal sales price (cost) vs the sales price (benefit) in MS Project? This so that we can easily see the surplus of the project.

You could use the
cost rate table with the internal cost as rate A and the external cost as rate B. Then just switch the assignments from A to B table to see the external cost.

VA01 and from material view and last SO it shows wrong last sales price

Hi,
In sales order condtions the current flow is as follows:
sales price PR00 - 8.36
insurance ZZC0 - 0.03
So the total value is 8.39 inr.
But the client requirement is, the total value should be 8.36 only. Insurance value should not add to the net price, but it should display in sales order condtions.
we can do the pricing as statistical in pricing procedure for insurance. But client is not accepting for that.
please letme know is there any other alternative way to get the required solution.

When you use the query as a formatted search with auto refresh the query will Populate the Value of the first column from the first row of the query result. Therefore the user will not see the last 2 prices for which the SELECT statement was created.
To see the last 2 prices the user has to manually press ShiftF2 which is the same effort as CTRLTab.
Writing a simple SQL is easy but it is important to educate the client with the benefits of using out of the box functionality when one already exists

I do require a report in which we can compare last purchase vs sales price of same item.
Item Code, description, last purchase rate, last sales rate , Profit , %
1234 , furniture , 1500.00 , 1800.00 , 300.00 , 20%
I can find last purchase price from master data but couldn't find last sales price.
Any inputs will be highly appreciated.

Hello experts,
in a Sales order when doing ctrl+tab on the price after discount, a "Last price report" pops up with various selection criterias,
do you know if we could get this report from the menu or somewhere else without having to go thu the SO?

Last 5 purchase price report

My client want report of last 5 purchase price of items, format is like
(i am using crystal report)
Item code, Description, Price 1 , Price 2 , Price 3 , Price 4 , Price 5
I am using below query

Please refer to Neetu Dhami query, you must re-query it again to get the specified result or format.
Use SQL command PIVOT or a simple CASE STATEMENT to get the specified result.

Display sale price only if the item is in stock using liquid rendering engine?

Is there someone that knows the liquid rendering engine? Client meluka.co.nz wants the sale price displayed only if the item is in stock. LiveChat advised that this can be implemented using the liquid rendering engine so if the stock is greater or equal to one the sale price (discounted price) will show up. If no product in stock the retail price will display. Ad is in tomorrow's paper so pressure is on - urgent developer's help required please!

You need to double check as the old tag returned 0 or 1 and Liquid should be proper true or false, but not sure where BC got too in the constancy yet, they been quite on updates recently. If it does not work with == true then it will be == 1

Single report showing stock and sale prices

Dear SD Wizards.
Am seeking to know if any standard report exists which would show me a the existing stock alongwith the valid selling price maintained for the item.
I do understand it's from two different areas and such instances are best through developed reports, but just trying and learning to know if there exists some report for this. This is a useflu info for the sales team, as most of you all would agree.

Sales price for material you can get from Tcode V/LD with pricing report as 15 - Material Price.
But you will not get current stock overview with it.
And yes, your understanding is correct. You might need to develop a Z report for the same.

As per your advise, I tried but I didn't get any details of my last sales price. In the help file, it says that if we upgrade the package to 2007 then we can see the last price details. Is it so? If not, please advise if any other settings to be done to get the last price.

How to calculate current sale price like VA01

Hi,
I am developing one report, in which I am showing open sales order.
Now, I wanted to calculate the current sales price from pricing procedures and conditions. Means I need the current sales price of the Item, like I am creating the new sales order today,
Client wanted the difference between the sales order price and the current price.
How can I get the current sales price, any Function Module for that?? Or I have to manually take all prices from condition tables and KONP, and calculate?
I need a Function Module instead to code like..........
Standard SAP pricing is try to get the price from top to down pricing hierarchy, if 1st level not find, then base on the combination of next level, try to get it,
if no found, just keep going until reach the last pricing Level ( if found on any level then it will skip & pick up that price )
For example
ZPR0 has 3 Level
Sales Org/DC/Currency/Customer/Material/Stor.Location
Sales Org/DC/Currency/Customer/Material
Sales Org/DC/Currency/Material
If the combination of 1st level no price there, there it will go to the 2nd level until it reach the end.

The Procedure for calculating MAP is :-
Case 1 :- PO at different price
If in Material Master your MAP is 0.8GBP & closing stock of 30Nos, value is 24GBP
In PO if the price is 0.9GBP & qty is 10nos, then after Goods Receipt Total Value of the GR i.e. Qty * Price + any other delivery cost will be added to the material stock value. Qty is also updated. New Total Value / New Stock Qty will be MAP.
In this case Qty received 10 & price is 0.9 that means value would be 9GBP.
Total Value becomes 24GBP (Present Stock) + 9GBP (Goods Receipt) = 33GBP
Total Qty becomes 30Nos + 10Nos (Goods Receipt) = 40Nos
MAP becomes = 33GBP / 44Nos = 0.75
Case 2 : Invoice Posting (MIRO) at different price than PO
While doing MIRO is we post at different price system will check whether sufficient stock posted in GR is available. In the above case it is 10Nos,
If it is there, then the above logic as in case 1 will take place
If not available, to the extent of stock availability system will post the different value & adjust MAP & remaining is posted to Price Difference Account.
In your case it would be like this :
1. MAP 0.8 for 30Nos (Value would be 24GBP)
2. Invoice Posting 1.74GBP for 1No. That means value would be 24GBP + 1.74GBP = 25.74GBP
Qty would be 30+1 = 40
MAP = 25.74 / 40 = 0.64GBP

How to put 2 kinds of material prices on the same sales order

Hello SD Gurus,
I have a requirement to put a one-time price (e.g. installation price ) and a recurring monthly price on the same sales order.
I've tried the following but it is not working.
1. I have a pricing procedure (PSER01) in which I'm using the following price types:PR00 (Defined as a "Discount or Surcharge") and PRSV. I'm using PR00 to represent my one-time installation price. I'm using PRSV to represent my monthly+recurring price.
2. I used it for a material master in a sales order. I can add PR00 and see the green traffic light. But as soon as I add PRSV, the traffic light on PR00 turns yellow (Inactive because of subsequent price).
I've read several posts on the forum regarding this. Based on my understanding, I'm using two pricing conditions in one pricing procedure which is not allowed.
What can I do differently to enable the one-time price and monthly price to appear for my material master on the sales order?

As per SAP Logic, if the condition type has condition class "C" then only one value is allowed.
if you want to add two values ( Fixed + Variable) then you can do the following logic.
1 ) Have one condition type say ZFIX ( Use this for Fixed Value ) cond class = C
2 ) another condition type Say ZVAR(Use this for variable value ) Cond Class = C
3 ) another condition type say Zxxx ( use this for your Final Value) cond class = C
now do not assign any access sequence to the third condition type. write a logic in the "Alt Calculation type " routine to get the value of this condition from the sume of ZFIX + ZVAR
i.e., ZXXX = ZFIX + ZVAR.
Make sure that the sequence of the codition types are mentioned exactly like the above.
this is because if you put ZXXX third then the system automatically ignores the value of ZFIX and ZVAR.
but the values against those condition types will be stores internally. So in future if we want some information also we can trace back..
