Latest documents are not displayed while searching the Leads in WebUI

HI,
I am trying to search the leads in WebUi Search screen.
However, always it is displaying the old Leads rather than newly created ones.
For my case:
I should always display the latest leads by sorting them with "Start date - Descending".
Could you please help me out with some inputs?

Hi Sandeep,
The behavior is a system design to improve system performance.
This happens because the Reporting Framework always displays the Initial
documents only, It does not SORT the document so that the recent
documents can be displayed.During the development of Reporting
Framework, it was decided not to use any sorting as it leads to
performance issues.
In standard system, we have the following suggestions:
1.Adjust'Time Frame ' according to your needs (you can use 'time
frame' to narrow the time range as a workround, but still can not list
the latest one):
2.If it is very important always to select the latest documents,
you can implement the suggested coding described in the consulting note
1226594, which has the effects on oneorder search based report framework
actually , i.e. it is not a IC specific implementation, and can be adapted for leads.
The note 1226594 cannot be implemented by SNOTE. The note includes an zi
file - where you can find the neccessary coding correction. Please
implement the correction manually as stated in the note.
And please pay attention to implement first the note 1232008, with this
the declaration will be implemented for iv_item and Afterwards please
try to implement the note 1226594.
Additionally, I would like to remind you about note 1226594
- this note is a consulting note and it will not be in SAP Standard!
- the change will effects on all one order search as mentioned above;
- it will slow down the search.
You can also apply the attached note 1573171.
Also, maintain the below entry in SMOFPARSFA table and
check the system behavior.
For last interaction in IC web client you can add the following.
Key : CRMRF
Parameter Name : IV_SORT_LAST_N
Param. Name 2 : BTQ1ORDER
Param Value : BTQ1ORDER
Param Value 2 : POSTING_DATE

Hi,
dont go the table again and again . the table is updated at intial stage only for stock update but not when SAP is running.
In day to day bussiness the flow is as follows:
Production - MB31 - to Unres stock
Sales - VL02n - PGI - to customer - i.e out of unres stock
Every day u can run TC J1i5 once in a day as decided and update the register so all transactions which have happend in that day gets updated i.e both input and output.
and this will happen every day.
hence dont use table as it is only for intial data upload i.e just before golive.

CO-PA document is not created while doing the sale order cycle

Dear Experts,
I have 4 company codes in my controlling area. I did all CO-PA configuration. But CO-PA Document is generated in Only one company code. Remaining company codes CO-PA document is not created while doing the sale order cycle
Ive carried a standard sales cycle that contains sales order (VA01),
and (VF04,VF02). System should generate 4
documents as follows
1) FI Document
2) CO Document
3) Profit Center Accounting Document
4) COPA Document
But in my case for 3 company codes only 3 documents are generated instead of CO-PA. But for one company code 4 documents are generated.
In my case i did all settings Operation concern level and assign to controlling area. I can,t Understood why system is generating CO-PA document for Only one company
Please suggest me where i miss the settings..

Cost element category is 01. Because hear is one another company they have FI only all transactions they maintain through FI only. so hear we maintain Cost elements category 01.
I think it is not a problem. because hear i got CO-PA document from one company. Remaining 3 company is not generated.
Hear we maintained all gl's chart of acc level and cost elements also.
Please suggest me...

Elements Organizer 8 - some WMV are not displayed properly in the Play Video but are in Play Vide

Elements Organizer - some WMV are not displayed properly in the Play Video but are in Play Vide on Full screen. What's the problem? Wrong codec?

Because WMV's can contain a lot of flags, like DRM, they can exhibit odd behavior, indeed.
Usually, AV files will display in their native resolution, i.e. in their set Frame Size/Aspect Ratio and with their set PAR (Pixel Aspect Ratio), but sometimes those flags are missed, or are altered by other programs.
Remember, WMV's are designed to be streaming delivery-only, and are not intended, or designed to be edited. Most NLE's (Non Linear Editors) will allow them to be edited, but will require extra processing to do so. As is mentioned, WMM is designed around editing that delivery-only format, but most others are not.
There are many other formats/CODEC's, that ARE designed to be edited by the vast majority of NLE's, such as DV-AVI Type II's.
The best workflow is to NOT bring WMV's into the mix, unless one is using WMM exclusively. Converting those to an easily editable format/CODEC will always be the best course of action.

Documents are not displaying

Dear Experts,
Some documents have been posted,but they are not being posted to the respective ledger and not even displaying in FB03.It is showing the documents do not exist.
where as FBN1 suggests,the documents are being captured.What could be the reason ? I cann't see any document in parked or holding option also

You have not maintained number series properly for document type.Please follow this process and your problem will get resolved.

SAP Webdispatcher :Images are not displayed after using the URL filtering

I have installed the SAP webdispatcher 7.3 on Linux redhat 5.4 in front of the Portal 7.3.
I wanted to restrict the access just for the IRJ prefix so for this i used the parameter wdisp/permission_table = PermFile
with Permfile as follows:

The filtering is working well except that for IRJ the images are not displayed so i was using so i added the following line to disply the images to the logon page
icm/HTTP/auth_

but i still have the same issue for the irj page where no icons are displayed and i can do nothing.
The same issue also happened when using the icm/HTTP/auth_xx
Do you have an idea how to deal with this issue?

After checking the HTTP code of the irj page on IE, i foud the needed URL to permit so i modified the permision table and it works fine for the moement

Reg:special characters are not priniting while selecting the CS language

Hi All,
When I am trying to print in CS language some special characters are not printing.
Even when I was trying to create the entries in TTDGT table ,these special characters are not created
( příkazu) here r & i are the special characters. instead of special characters simply r and i were created .
Could you please advice me on this how to resolve this .

I think you are working on scripts and trying to create the Script in different language?
However, try to copy the text in CS and paste it in STandard Text. If it is not displaying properly then Try to log in to the same language and try to paste that Text in the STanard text So10. If it appears properly then your issue is fixed.
Please let me know if the issue is while printing the Script form, i mean are you able to view it properly in the Print preview...?
If this is the issue then it is not an issue at your end user needs to check whether his printer is supporting their langauge or not.
Also check with the related language package . for ex I had worked on the Script form and tried to convert it into chinese i faced the same issue so when i checked with the System Admin he installed Asian Langauge Package in my system. After that I was able to convert the script into Chinese properly.

Changes are not reflecting while executing the SAP script from report

In SAP-script we are nmaking changes in form in client 130
it is showing the changes in 140 client but while excuting the report the same are not reflecting in the output.

Hello.
Scripts are mandant depentant. So you must copy from 130 to 140 for changes take efect.
Do it in transaction SE71 in mandant 140, first screen, in the menu options.
And never forget to activate it in all mandants.

Approvers are not displaying after Saving the SC and re opening SRM 7.0 PCW

Hi All,
We have implemented PCW SRM7.0 SC workflow, where we have implemented to ES - /SAPSRM/BD_WF_PROCESS & /SAPSRM/BD_WF_AGENTS ....
When we are saving any SC and re opening it further then it is not determining any approvers. when I debugged then found that Agents badi implementations are not getting triggered n Due to it no agents are showing up..
Can any one suggest any inputs on this.

Thank you for the comments. The problem was a erratic logic in a Z level of approval.
Here is what I done:
My requirement was to validate the total value of each line item of the SC and trigger a second step of approval if it exceeded a predefined amount. As you mentioned, the standard BRF's only consider total value of the SC and not the value per line item. I copied the Badi implementation of RR_MANAGER_OF_MANAGER as well since we needed the approver to be the manager of the previous approver level and in the method GET_AREA_TO ITEM_MAP I worked up the logic we needed. For the first level of approver additionally of the mentioned method i had to re-write the method get_responsible_approvers of a Z class ZCL_WF_AREA_MANAGER (Copy of /SAPSRM/CL_WF_AREA_MANAGER) to get the approver information of the ECC system and in the method GET_AREA_TO ITEM_MAP i split the area of responsibility according to the account assignment ( so it was 1 badi implementation for each level of approval).

Reg. Scenerio Sheets are not importing while importing the model.

Hi All ,
Due to some issues , I exported the existing model and then do the isreset before importing the model. I imported the model which i exported. I am unable to see any Scenerio Sheet , planning Sheet in Analysis Workbench which i created earlier. there is no data in Planning workbench .
Do i need to create new Scenerio sheets ? or Is there anyway i can retrive those sheets and Put it back ?
if yes then how, Please guide.

Please let me know your thoughts on following issue :
1) we have already published a model which is having 5 Cubes ,11 dimensions and 100+ measures. Then we add two more cubes which are not related the previous one and we used different Dimension and measures for it. These cubes remain in unpublished state and somehow one of the cube from Earlier published model also came into unpublished state. Why the scenerio sheets which are already created not visible to me after importing this model (Unpublished) to the other instance. I can understand tht untill the model is processed it will not open but it was not visible also in the planner workbench. the planner workbench is completely empty.

KM Doc Iviews do not display while using the FQDN

Hi All,
We have recently migrated the data from EP 6.0 server to EP 7.0 server. We have External Facing Portal sites in Arabic, English and French. When I use the FQDN to access the arabic sites it fails to display the KM doc Iviews.
This works fine in English and French. Also this works fine in EP 6.0 server. While I try to access the site using just the server name (without the FQDN) it works fine as well.
The site fails only in one condition i.e using FQDN of the server while accessing the arabic websites.
What could be the reason for this??? Please help.

The issue is resolved. The page was having a fixed height and the iviews within them had the height set to automatic. I just changed the height type to fixed and this has solved the issue.
No idea if this is how it is supposed to work... and am puzzled how it was working when the server name was given without the FQDN...

Quarters are not displayed properly in the reports

I'm experiencing some troubles while loading data from PeopleSoft Financials v9 (with demo data) into Oracle Business Intelligence Applications 7.9.6.1 : W_MCAL_DAY_D seems not to be properly filled, as I have some lines where the quarter is empty.
As a matter of fact, I have GL reports where a fiscal year is split into 5 quarters : for instance 2000 Q1, 2000 Q2, 2000 Q3, 2000 Q4 and 2000 Q.

Fiscal periods & calendar configuration are loaded from PeopleSoft. Have some of you already experienced this kind of problem ?

Solved !
The problem was due to a table that wasn't loaded in PeopleSoft : PS_CAL_SUMP_TBL.
By setting up a summary calendar in PS (with quarters), it enabled me to properly load W_MCAL_DAY_D with MCAL_QTR and MCAL_PER_NAME_QTR.

Image Capture, Dropbox, and iPhoto are not displaying any of the photos I've taken on my iPod Touch.

I'm using the most recent iPod Touch with iOS6. I've been able to share photos and videos via email without any problem, but I'd rather find a more efficient way of doing it. Everything I've read online has instructed me to use Image Capture or iPhoto. However, when I open either of these applications, they are able to recognize my iPod, but behave as though there are no photos or videos on the device when there are, in fact, 20 photos/videos in the Camera Roll. I turned off Photo Stream, since I'm not running Lion on my computer (it's incompatible with my version of ProTools).

If you backed up the iPod before restoring it then restore from that backup. See the restore topic of:

Place Holder values are not displaying when calling the report

I have a Place holder column in my report and i am assigning the values in a formula column. When i run the report from report builder place holder column is showing the value. But when i deploy the same in application server and i try to invoke from a form it is not the value of that place holder column. Why is this happening? Please, help me in resolving the same.

Yes Gayatri. You are right. When i run the report from report builder it is working perfectly. The same report i deployed in application server and invoking from a form report is not showing the values for place holder columns.

Synced bookmarks can be searched for and found but many are not displayed on the complete scrollable bookmarks list.

How odd. I've a somewhat complex bookmarks menu hierarchy, perhaps two dozen folders each containing between five and fifty bookmarks as well as a sub-folder or two. All of this is synced and displayed correctly with the bookmarks tab in the app, except for some of the more recent bookmarks that not organized into folders, and are floating inside the bookmarks menu. Of thirty or so, only five appear. Yet, when I search for them within the app they are found, including several bookmarks made today. These are bookmarks contained in the bookmarks menu but not in any particular folders. Clearly they are synced, yet the entire contents of the bookmarks menu are not displayed correctly in the app. Syncing otherwise seems swift. I've less than 600 bookmarks in total. I seek not to search for specific bookmarks but to browse my entire collection, so you can sense my frustration. I'd call this a bug. Any thoughts? Thanks!

No I didn't change anything deep beneath the hood. My problem didn't apply to the URL, but to the name of the link or bookmark header or whatever you would like to call it. (When hitting Ctrl + D there is a Name field). I only got ???????? instead of chinese characters in the name. Also for e.g. www.cntv.cn ...but maybe all China is not in the whitelist either. ;-) But anyway, this was not the real problem for me.
Apparently I was wrong as after a reboot of the computer it worked. The solution seemed to be to add Chinese to the language list. I don't know why it was not enough to restart Firefox?
Now I only have problems to show chinese characters in the name field of my external link manager... But I guess it is not an issue for Mozilla.
