Unless someone happens to keep track, there isn't a really good source of an answer to that question. It all starts with the official download portal:
http://us.blackberry.com/support/apps-and-software/desktop-and-device-download-sites.html
Since they are responsible for all support, release of the OS is controlled by each carrier to their end users. So, to answer the question regarding your specific carrier is relatively easy...you navigate the portal to your carrier and compare the various OS levels that they presently support for your specific model number BB.
But, some carriers are slower than others to release newer OS's...and therefore "the newest" might not actually be released by your carrier yet. Hence, to truly find the overall "newest", you must dig through the portal to find all carriers that support your specific model number BB...and then compare the OS levels that each supports.
You are not restricted to using your carriers OS levels...with the proper tricks, you can use any OS package from any carrier, as long as it's for your exact same model number BB.

We placed an order on medIT (Medit Information Technology) for the following items:
6 units of Apple iMAc-All_in-one-1 core i5 2.9 GHz-RAM 8GB-HDD 1x1tb-GF GTX 660M- Gigabit LAN-WLAN : 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0-OS x 10.8 Mountain Lion- Monitor : LED 27”wide- keyboard: English.
We paid to their account; Bank of Cyprus Public Company Limited the full invoice value.
As of today 14th May 2013 we are still waiting for delivery of the goods despite numerous advices that a partial order of 3 items the order has been shipped.
We have made numerous follow up calls to medIT directly and through other customers of medIT, but we have no clue as to when we will receive the goods. On 29th April, 2013 they gave us a FEDEX airwaybill no..We regret that we have not been able to trace this airwaybill on the FEDEX system.
We are, therefore, pleading for assistance from any support group to link us with the right department so that we can have accurate information on the movement of this parcel.
These items were ordered for a government department of the Republic of Zambia and this non-delivery is creating a bad name for Apple Resellers covering Zambian market. The project upgrade of the project is now falling behind due to non-delivery on our part arising from the non-performance on the part of medIT.
We can make available for inspection copies of the order and remittance details to the appropriate office for review and ready reference.

If they are indeed not authorized by Apple, there will be nothing Apple will be able to do to assist you in this matter. I have observed that there is a updated OS for 9800 torch available i.e 6 Bundle 3106, (6.0.0.723) from SK telecom.
Presently I am on OS 6 Bundle 3049 ( 6.0.0 706). I am in India and use Idea telecom's services.
Can anyone inform me what is the difference in the latest update.
And also is it wise for now to update to the latest version i.e OS6, bundle 3106 or just be happy with the present one, i.e OS6, Bundle 3049 ?.

B.D.BadanIf you're not facing any issue with your present OS then you better be stick with it. OS updates usually provides minor fix and better performance of the device. Officially there is no change log available for the new OS.

Firefox (latest and greatest) has been giving me synaptics scroll wheel errors. It has worked fine up until 3 days ago. I have the latest driver for the touch-pad, from synaptics, for my toshiba laptop L505D-S5986. Operating system is Windows 7 (32-Bit). Have tried it on other browsers, and works as it should. The last add-on i installed for Firefox was "Fox Filter" so my kids couldn't accidentally stumble onto sites of immoral tastes. I can't see why that would have any effect, but it was the last update/add-on i installed to the browser, but even then,.......it was working fine for a week and a half afterwards until now. Please help.

You may be having a problem with some extension or plugin that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?

I just upgraded to the latest software for my pages. When I opened an old document it stripped out all the images I had in my tables. How do I get them back
Don't save. Close the documents.
Pages '09 should still be in your Applications/iWork folder.
Pages 5 will damage/alter older files, something Apple didn't tell its users.
Pages 5 is a severely stripped down version with over 90+ features removed.
We recommend trashing/archiving Pages 5 after Exporting any files you may have saved back to Pages '09.
Also rate/review Pages 5 in the App store.

I keep getting the following message after attempting to download and install the latest update for iTunes: missing MSVCR80.dll. error 7 (windows error 126). Anyone else having this issue? How do I get iTunes back in working order?
Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

Minimally you need Snow Leopard or greater:

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:

The title of the Console window should be All Messages. If it isn't, select

Each message in the log begins with the date and time when it was entered. Scroll back to the time you noted above.

If you haven't been able to connect to the iTunes Store for more than a day (and other customers on our discussion boards aren't experiencing similar issues) a software or Internet service provider (ISP) configuration issue may be blocking your access to the iTunes Store. Find out which ports and servers need to be allowed for iTunes Store access.
Update iTunes to the latest version.
If iTunes Store appears empty and only displays the message iTunes Store, follow these steps.
