Launch Openbox and i3 on two different tty at startup

Hello,
i want my system to launch i3 and openbox on e.g. tty1 = i3 and tty2 = openbox. Is that possible and what would be the best way to do it.
Currently I'm using slim as display manager.

1. Situation
OS: windows 2000 pro English
Java version: jdk 1.5.x was already installed. (Its not permitted to change.)
I dont have any authorization to install any software on the PC.
But I need to use an Integration Builder.
I already knew URLs of an Integration Builder (http://<hostname>:50000/rep/start/repository.jnlp).
2. How To Do
At this moment, an Integration Builder (XI 3.0) can be launch under jre 1.4.x environment (on windows).
2.1 jre preparation
I download j2re-1_4_2_10-windows-i586-p.exe from http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.html
I installed it on my home PC and copied all files from C:\Program Files\Java\ j2re1.4.2_10\ into my USB.
2.2 Put them into the system
I pasted j2re1.4.2_10 folder from my USB into the windows 2000 pro system.
Finally, I could list up all of javaws.exe under this system.
c:\j2re1.4.2_10\javaws\javaws.exe
c:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.5.0_05\bin\javaws.exe
c:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.5.0_05\jre\bin\javaws.exe
c:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_05\bin\javaws.exe
2.3 Execute a Java Web Start under jre 1.4.x version
I executed c:\j2re1.4.2_10\javaws\javaws.exe .
2.4 Change Java Runtime Versions
Go to File-> Preferences -> Java
As you can see, it indicates 1.5 version.
Click [FIND] button.
Click [NEXT] button.
Click the j2re1.4.2_10 folder.
Click [NEXT] button.
A JRE Finder is able to find javaw.exe automatically. Or you can indicate C:\j2re1.4.2_10\bin\javaw.exe directly.
Click [NEXT] button.
Finally, there are two Java Runtime Versions. Now you need to uncheck the Enabled column of 1.5 version and check 1.4 version.
Click [OK] button.
Well, in the General tab, I selected None for Proxies.
2.5 Launch an Integration Builder
In the Location field, I typed the URL of an Integration Builder jnlp.
http://<hostname>:50000/rep/start/repository.jnlp
SAP Integration Builder comes up inside Applications area.
Select it and click [Start] button.
If you click Environment-> Integration Builder (Configuration), you can launch Integration Builder: Configuration.

I am not getting anywhere with deploying my application or
applet.
I have set up my bc4j project. It contains all my VO info,
links, application module. (proj a)
I then have another project with DbInfo in it(has all my rowset
info), Multiple Frames, and my Applet.java file.
Actually I have an Applet.java file and a Application.java file
because I was seeing if both/either worked. Anyway they seem the
same, except for that extra window that comes up when you run the
applet.
I follow the steps in the oracle directions (from earlier post).
And all seems ok. But at ---->

I have no HTML file associated with my applet, at least that I
know of.
So do I need to create one, or should it of been done

Also, I trying to figure out what will be the best way to deploy
my project. Applet or stand alone application is what my first
choices have been so far. I have read that there is some issues
with applets being served from a different server than the
database. So a stand alone application was my front runner, but
I haven't gotten either way to work yet.

Welcome to the Support Communities!
If you are using the same Apple ID on both devices, the Game Center profile should be the same.
Check out this information from the iPad User Guide. Try signing out of the Game Center on both devices and then sign back in with the correct Apple ID:

I think I am following -- I was able to upload to my iPhoto and all photos and videos are there that is a plus! I tried to create an Event in my iPhoto and put all of my photos in that event but for some reason, now my iTunes it not recognizing that Event in my iPhoto. It is not allowing me to import just that event at the moment but I may be doing something wrong. At least all of my pics and vids are in iPhoto so that is a plus and I know they are at least saved somewhere. Just for some reason, my iTunes it not locating the event that I created with only those photos.

Also, I had no clue that my iCloud could be backed up via cellular data! However, is this a new feature with the most updated iOS?? Unforutnatly I am like 2 iOS updates behind because I don't have enough storage on my phone. OS X installers have always been fairly specific, hardware-wise. I haven't read anything reflecting that situation with the Recovery HD, so it may be that the Recovery HD created for the MacBook Pro does not have the necessary drivers for the Mac Pro. Obviously, nothing definitive here, but a possibility.

Using photoshop and Lightroom on two different computer

I thought that if you have a Creative Cloud membership you can install Photoshop cc and Lightroom 5 on two different computers. On one computer however it works on the other I get a trial version.I have a membership for photography. I checked my payments and they are allright.

In R12 can i login and work on two different languages

Hi,
I have a requirement that one my end user wants to login to applications using base language and also in installed language at the same time. but the problem is after logging in for the installed language the first login is which was in english is also changing back to installed language.
I have one thought of using two different browsers, but can i do it using a single browser.

The problem is not in opening multiple form sessions. But the main problem is as soon i login from another internet explorer session with another language. The first login page also changes back to last login language.
Steps.
1. Login to Applications in english: [Forms are not used yet]
2. Open another windows explorer session. Change language to ARABIC and login. Successful [Forms are not used yet]
3. Refresh the login done of step1. Now step1 login page also changes back to ARABIC.
One thing just now i tried is to open one session using IE, and another one using FireFox. This seems to be working fine.

My wife and I have two different accounts with apple, and want to share a database.

Let me start by saying that we both just moved from under a rock and started using Apple and Itunes.
I have a 4S she has a 4. We both created an account before using Itunes. I set up itunes on our home pc (XP) without thinking about her wanting/needing to share the pc for syncing and loading music to our phones. I dont want to plug her in until I am sure we wont mess anything up.
Is there a way we can use one pc and two different devices with two different accounts without a divorce. The majority of cds were hers, so i'm already on her bad list

Is drag and drop in flex possible behind boundaries of

Currently i have a vdividebox which contains two datagrid
with drag and drop functionality.
Now I want to display this datagrid in two different browsers
and provide the drag and drop functionality between them.

due to Security restrictions (Sandbox) I don't believe that
you can Drag and Drop between two Browsers with Flex, maybe this
can be done with AIR.

Autodiscovery and coexistence of two different exchange server

Hi all,
I'm trying to understand how autodiscovery works during coexistence of two different exchange server.
We have one AD server and two different Exchange server and two users (A and B).
The mailbox of user A is in Exchange server ONE
The mailbox of user B is in Exchange server TWO
They are creating for the first time their profile in outlook. How autodiscover works in this scenario?
Maybe the information are too few but I want to understand if in a scenario like this, Autodiscover can work with appropriate configuration or there is now way to use autodiscovery.

You dont need to worry about autodiscover if both are in the same forest.
You just point your autodiscover to one of the server. It will proxy to the right server.
For example if your autodiscover pointed to ServerONE and when a request comes from UserB, ServerONE will
proxy the request to ServerTWO.
Normally all point autodiscover to the internet facing server.

Running 10.2.8 and Panther as two different startup disks?

I am working on a Gr currently running 10.2.8. I need to keep the option to use 10.2.8 because of the ProTool application I use for now.
I got the upgrade to Panther (got a new iPod that requires 10.3.9). But can I keep 10.2.8 as an option for my startup disk? In other words, can I have both 10.2 and 10.3 on my machine as startup disk options?
If this is possible, how do I install the Panther? I know there is an option to create a Previous System, but the program says I can't use a Previous System as a startup disk.
Please advise.

You will have to re-format your HDD to be able to re-partition your HDD. That means that your data will be completely destroyed in the process. Although there are utilities that promise to do dynamic partitioning, I have not used them myself, and the reports I have heard from others is not promising. You would be well advised to backup your computer before attempting such a step, anyway.
As Jeff suggested, you will need to back up your entire computer to an external Firewire HDD. SuperDuper makes the job of making a bootable of your entire HDD very easy. You can then clone it back to the designated partition when you are done.
Once you have your HDD cloned to an external Firewire HDD,
boot from the Panther install disk holding down the "C" key.
Go to the installer menu and launch Disk Utility.
Select your HDD (manufacturer ID) in left sidebar.
Select the Partition tab in main panel.
Create two partitions, and size them accordingly.
Type the name of the top partition in Name field
Select Volume Format as Mac OS Extended (Journaled)
Check box to install Mac OS 9 drivers.
Select second partion and follow procedure above.
Click partition button at the bottom.
Select First Aid tab.
Run Repair Disk.
Quit Disk Utility,
Open installer and install OS
(You may want to choose to customize and deselect Foreign Language Translations and Additional Printer Drivers. It is also advisable to select to install BSD subsystems).
Then you can clone your Jaguar partition back.

Can we share apps and songs with two different apple IDs but the same computer?

we both got an iPod Touch for Christmas and we have two seperate Apple IDs and I cant figure out if the music she has purchased and the music i have purchased can be combined. We are using the same computer (windows 7) and same user acct. We also have itunes gift cards and before we start buying stuff i want to know how this all works. Thanks in advance and I must admit i am new to apple and not the greatest at it.

I've tried everything..unplugging and re-setting the Apple TV, restoring to factory settings and starting over...nothing seems to work. I'm not sure why the software upgrade would have affected it, but that's what triggered this problem. It doesn't seem right that if it's accessible on my computer and it's all music purchased by me, that it's not all accessible on my Apple TV!

Separating code and data in two different packages.

I am trying to separate data and code that creates or consumes that data in two separate packages.
package X contains class or applet x. This is my container for data.
package Y contains applet y. The methods in this applet create and store data in x.
I would like to be able to delete the current package Y and replace it with a newer version of the package Y. The newer version may contain patches or bug fixes.
Please keep in mind that I want to keep package X untouched and keep on using the data which has been created or stored in it before Y was updated.
I have tried different ways to achieve this but keep facing one of the following problems:
1- when I delete package Y and replace it with the updated Y, the methods in Y loose the reference to the objects in X.
2- Sometimes I cannot delete package Y at all. I guess because it is still referencing an object in X.
I may post some code later, ... any ideas?

1- when I delete package Y and replace it with the updated Y, the methods in Y loose the reference to the objects in X.On the install method of the applet in Y, you need to lookup the AID object and SOI for the applet in X. You will already be doing this somewhere in your code, you just have to ensure that when you reinstall the applet that uses the interface that you get the references again.
2- Sometimes I cannot delete package Y at all. I guess because it is still referencing an object in X.This is to do with static references. You should implement AppletEvent in your applet and ensure that all static references are cleaned up in the uninstall method.

How to synchronize analog input and output from two different USB daq boards

Hi all,
I have two very differnt USB boards the NI USB 6008, which I am using to acquire the data (Analog Input) and a NI USB 9263, it is an Analog Output only board that I am using to deliver a signal (in this case a square pulse). The reason why I am not using the 6008 Analog Ouputs is because I need to deliver negative voltages and need the full +/-10V range.
Looking at similar posts I am pretty sure that I can't use an external trigger or a shared clock, I also tried to use the synchronization of timed structures but no cigar.
I am including a quick vi that I whipped out showing how the signal jitters due to the lack of synchronization. The AO from the 9263 connects to the AI in the 6008 in this example.
