Levyo ajax gallery image

When I visit programming talk I find out a hot topic talking
about Levyo Ajax Technology Gallery. Their site is at
http://levyo.com demo at
http://gettingzone.com .They
build Ajax application on PHP, Mysql. Their gallery runs so fast,
especially when I login, register, submit, rate, write comment,
upload, process, Tab feature... It's great.
How can it generate thumbnail images???

Hi,
Colae22 published the above text in lot of forums (Google:
levyo). It's spam, perhaps, he is the programmer.
The demo page shows a lot of (more than 15) nested tables!
However, the page is astonishably fast.
The price of the product is too high, more than 400 $'s.

  • Gallery files included on a page without gallery images/thumbnails

    Hi,
    I included the .js files for the gallery on a page without
    gallery images/thumbnails.
    The effect is, that the first image with a link on that page
    gets a yellow border (as normally the first thumbnail does).
    To correct the problem, I changed the code in line 44 of
    SpryThumbViewer.js:
    from
    this.tnImageSelector = "a[href] > img";
    to
    this.tnImageSelector = "div.thumbnail a[href] > img";
    (of course, you have to put a <div
    class="thumbnail">...</div> around an image on real
    gallery pages, so that they work there)
    Do you see any problems with the changed code? Could it be
    changed in the official release?
    Greetings,
    Sven

  • Gallery image

    hi guys,
    i'm trying for long time a gallery image to be my own galley
    , in order to make a good personal portfoflio,,if someone can
    advise me a good free website for tutorials?
    thanks
    audrey

    If you're using the Aperture previews they will not be as large as the original file that was imported. IT depends on what size was set for the previews when the photos are imported. That may be part of the problem. Export those files from Aperture as full sized image files and use those in the gallery. See if that will improve their quality.

  • 5800XM: Gallery: Images & Videos Shuts down while ...

    Ive recently notice while I was browsing through my phones Gallery: Images & Videos suddenly shuts off... My phone is currently running on V31.0.101 firmware, did not notice that problem when I updated the firmware, but everytime I try accessing the Images & Video folder it shuts off and goes back to the Main menu screen... any one having the same problem.
    Already tried turning off the phone couple of times and even removing the battery just to make sure.. still doesnt work still keeps closing after browsing through the images for a couple of seconds... The  last thing that I can think off is resetting it back to factory default... but im not sure bout doing that... any insight on this issue?
    As of this writing I have already stop viewing my pictures using the standard Images&Videos folder, instead im using the Photo browser from nokia.
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

    First thing to try is to restore factory settings. Type in *#7780#. Do a backup, but this wont delete your files AFAIk.

  • Creating rollover buttons that also show a gallery image

    Hi all.
    I'm a newbie to Dreamweaver, so please bear with me!
    Here's what I'm trying to do: I'm creating a portfolio gallery.  I want to have a thumbnail button that will rollover and show its "down" image and also the corresponding portfolio image in the gallery window.  I know this can be done, as I've seen it numerous times.  So far, I've only found tutorials on how to create the button and not both button and gallery image.
    Any suggestions?  And please - no code!  I can't seem to successfully implement code, as I'm html-retarded!  So if you can offer a tutorial link or even how to create this using the Designer interface in Dreamweaver, I'd TOTALLY appreciate it.
    Thanks,
    B.

    This isn't something you can do with HTML alone.  You need a slideshow or gallery widget.
    I recommend jQuery Fancybox
    http://fancybox.net/
    However a Google search will reveal tons of other ones.
    As for a mouseover effect on thumbnails, you can do that easily with CSS.
    Below is an example of Fancybox with CSS opacity applied to thumbnails.

  • Web Gallery Images Don't Show Up On Web

    I am very new to Lightroom, but have been using Dreamweaver and Photoshop for quite a while now. I took about 10 pictures that I wanted to be on a test web gallery, brought them into Lightroom as their own collection, selected them all and went to the Web tab at the top, HTML Gallery was selected by default and I left everything else at the defualt, just to see what I could get working. I then went to Export, and it export to a folder called 'gallery' on my desktop. I then went to the 'gallery' folder on my desktop, and inside there was a file called 'index.html'. I opened it, and the gallery loaded perfectly with all of the images showing.
    Then, I selected the gallery folder and opened my FTP client, and uploaded the entire folder to my web server, whose domain is, let's say, test.com. I then went to test.com/gallery, and the gallery loaded but without any of the pictures. The outlines of the cells are fine, the defualt text all came up, but in every cell where an image should be, there is a little image missing icon in the top-left corner. This is the same in all browsers, and I have tried using the different kinds of galleries (Flash, etc.) but they all have the same sort of problem. The flash gallery specifically just says 'Loading' and hangs there, even though when running off of my desktop it works just fine.
    In addition, I have tried configuring Lightroom's built-in FTP uploader to upload directly instead of exporting and then uploading, but that had the same results.
    I have attached a picture which will show the difference between when it is on my desktop and when it is on the web.
    Is there something I'm missing? Is there a file I'm supposed to rename for when it goes onto the web? I made sure that none of the folders I had the pictures in, none of the collections, and none of the names of the pictures themselves had spaces or punctuation so that it wouldn't mess up any coding that Lightroom would try to automate. I'm not familiar with the Lightroom settings and would really appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks.

    Well, I re-read what was said in that forum and made those changes. I'm not quite sure what the SDK was for in this case, I just went to the folder, right clicked, and opened the files I needed to edit with Notepad. Then I edited, saved, re-opened Lightroom, re-exported, re-uploaded, and...drumroll...it worked perfectly.
    Thank you all very much for your help. I had been using the Trial version of Lightroom, but after reviewing all of the other features and, finally, getting the web gallery feature to work just fine, I think I'm going to purchase it!
    I'm going to send in a feature request through the little option on the side of this Forum page, and request that either those options be used by default (I just had my friend upload them to his Unix server and it worked fine on his), or that there should be an option to choose what type of server you're using. I don't think a user should have to edit program files, especially for something so simplistic. Thanks again.

  • Javascript/AJAX - Show image whilst update is done and then hide it.

    I want to do an update with AJAX but I want a "waiting" image to display before the update and then hide afterwards. That way, if there is a delay in the update or a row lock, the screen doesn't just freeze, it shows a "please wait" icon.
    I am using code like this to save to the database when a field is de-selected (done for ease of testing):
    <script type="text/javascript">
    function deselect_field(f) {
      f.disabled=true;
      f.className=f.className + " saving";
      var v=new htmldb_Get(null,&APP_ID.,'APPLICATION_PROCESS=SC_TEST',0);
      v.add(f.name,f.value);
      v.get()
      f.className=f.className.replace("saving"," ");
      f.disabled=false;
    </script>The saving class sets the background. I have tested this without the un-setting and it works fine. I think the issue is the ajax call is made too quickly, ie before the screen has had chance to update.
    SO - my question is, how can I have the image (moving gif) display whilst the AJAX call is processing and then hide it at the end?!
    Rather not use JQuery if possible.
    Thanks

    Hi,
    Thanks for the link. The issue I'm having now is that the process isn't firing (it's just updating a row in a table). Also, readyState of 4 never seems to get returned. I seem to get the call for readyState of 1 and then that's it. I've modified my code:
    <script type="text/javascript">
    var z;
    function deselect_field(f) {
      z=f;
      var v=new htmldb_Get(null,&APP_ID.,'APPLICATION_PROCESS=SC_TEST',0);
      v.add(f.name,f.value);
      v.GetAsync(f_async);
      v=null;
    function f_async() { alert(p.readyState);
      if (p.readyState==1) {
        z.disabled=true;
        z.className=z.className.replace("highlight_field"," ");
        z.className=z.className + " saving";
      else if (p.readyState==4) {
        z.className=z.className.replace("saving"," ");
        z.disabled=false;
    </script>As you can see, I have a debugging alert message in there. This only pops up the once with a value of "1".
    Any ideas?! Apart from using classes instead of displaying the HTML element, I can't see much else that is drastically different? Even so, I wouldn't have thought that would have any effect anyway?
    Thanks,

  • Photo gallery image size

    Hi. Is it possible to adjust the photo gallery module's code in a way that makes the image that gets displayed on selecting the thumbnail image display no larger than the browser? I have a client that's uploaded image that are pretty large and would prefer not to have to save them as smaller images if possible.
    Thanks
    Grant

    Are you by any chance saving as a JPEG or TIFF file?
    The image size that Photoshop displays is the uncompressed file size - if you save in a format such as JPEG the image is compressed, which will result in a smaller file size.
    Below is a comparison of the same image in Photoshop versus the compressed file saved to my computer:
    Here's a more technical explanation of what's going on: http://photo.stackexchange.com/questions/15184/why-does-photoshop-show-my-jpeg-files-unusu ally-large
    EDIT: If you want more accurate control over the image file size when saving, try going to File > Save for Web... You'll be able to choose your file format, and then see the resulting file size in the bottom left-hand corner of the window:
    I hope this helps!
    Cheers,
    Kendall

  • Photo Gallery Images Do Not Display When Uploaded

    I have made a photo gallery in Bidge, and locally, it looks fine. WHen I upload the folder to the remote server, none of the images will display.
    Everything is contained in the gallery folder, and I uploaded that folder. The web pages are displayed, but the images will not.
    On the image below, the list of local files are on the right, and the remote files are on the left.
    Please tell me what I've missed. Thanks.

    Is your photo gallery from a Collection?  Don't think those can be shared as they are  just alisis and not the image.

  • Spry Photo Gallery Image Size via CSS

    Hello!
    I´ve been customizing the spry photo gallery for a couple of time, but got my little problem when viewing it on a mobile phone. When you load up the pictures with a size of 450 x 300 px for example, put up the right xml file with it´s width and height, so the gallery shows the pictures in that size. So what I want to do is that you can specify the image size with css depending on the device you´re watching the site with. There is div in the css called "mainImage" where the size is in %. When you change it to 75% for example. The pictures are correctly shown with 75% of it´s original size, but the outline (grey background) is still in 100%. When you make this grey background transparent it´s still there and moves the caption down. I guess there have to be done some changes within the SpryImageViewer.js, but I just know very little things about JavaScript. Do you have any clues how to change this to specify the image size via CSS?
    Thank you for your help!!!
    Kind regards,
    Joerg

    I see you are still using Spry 1.5. Have you considered upgrading to
    Spry 1.6.1?
    Also your XML is broken, if you open up your xml in a normal standards
    complaint browser such as firefox, you will see that it doesn't render
    a normal tree view as it would do with other xml files. So i suggest
    checking those errors out.
    Its mainly because you  forgot to close your starting tag of the
    gallerys node. (<gallery
    base = ""
    background = "#FFFFFF"
    banner = "#F0F0F0"
    text = "#000000"
    link = "#0000FF"
    alink = "#FF0000"
    vlink = "#800080"
    before your xml starts.

  • Bridge CS6 Output to HTML Gallery - images not showing up

    Bridge CS6 Output to HTML Gallery issue - my images are not showing up. The files look the same on the local and remote files. The images populate on the local and not on the remote. Is this a JavaScript problem.
    Any help is appreciated.
    I've done a work around solution by using Lightroom, creating a quick collection for a custom order HTML web gallery. I would much prefer to stay within Bridge CS6 and have its HTML gallery actually work...

    Hi AlbiDan,
    Its possible that it might be a Javascript issue. I see that javascript is used in the HTML gallery. Did you upload through Bridge or from an FTP client? Do you have the URL for a broken gallery?

  • Web gallery images not showing in Firefox

    I have just created a web gallery in Adobe Bridge CS4.  I had it working perfectly in all browsers and now all of a sudden the images are not showing up in Firefox. Anyone else have this problem?

    If images are missing then check that you do not block images from some domains.
    *Press the F10 key or tap the Alt key to bring up the hidden Menu bar.
    Check the permissions for the domain in the currently selected tab in "Tools > Page Info > Permissions"
    Check "Tools > Page Info > Media" for blocked images
    *Select the first image link and use the cursor Down key to scroll through the list.
    *If an image in the list is grayed and "<i>Block Images from...</i>" has a checkmark then remove this checkmark to unblock images from this domain.
    Make sure that you do not block (third-party) images, the <b>permissions.default.image</b> pref on the <b>about:config</b> page should be 1.
    Make sure that you haven't enabled a High Contrast theme in the Windows/Mac Accessibility settings.
    Make sure that you allow pages to choose their own colors.
    *Edit > Preferences > Content : Fonts & Colors > Colors : [X] "Allow pages to choose their own colors, instead of my selections above"
    Note that these settings affect background images.
    See also:
    *http://kb.mozillazine.org/Website_colors_are_wrong
    There are extensions like Adblock Plus (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) and security software (firewall, anti-virus) that can block images and other content.

  • Missing Metadata in Web Gallery images exported from Aperture.

    Images that I export directly to my .mac web gallery from aperture do not show any meta data on their info pages. In aperture the images have all meta data.
    I have checked all the presets and all include metadata. There is no specific preset for web gallery I notice.
    Has anyone else solved this?

    I want to change all the metatdata in groups to copywrighted. I can not seem to do this. There could be a checkbox on or off when importing. This would be perfect for bringing in older copywrighted archives.

  • Flash Photo Gallery Image Rollover Help

    Ok I was wondering if anyone could help me with this I have
    created a flash photo gallery which reads from an xml file. It uses
    the following action script
    myPhoto = new XML();
    myPhoto.ignoreWhite = true;
    myPhoto.onLoad = function(success) {
    //portfolioTag = this.firstChild;
    numimages = this.firstChild.childNodes.length;
    spacing = 70;
    for (i=0; i<numimages; i++) {
    this.picHolder = this.firstChild.childNodes
    this.thumbHolder =
    thumbnails.createEmptyMovieClip("thumbnail"+i, i);
    this.thumbHolder._x = i*spacing;
    this.thumbLoader =
    this.thumbHolder.createEmptyMovieClip("thumbnail_image", 0);
    this.thumbLoader.loadMovie(this.picHolder.attributes.thmb);
    this.thumbHolder.title = this.picHolder.attributes.title;
    this.thumbHolder.main = this.picHolder.attributes.main;
    this.thumbHolder.onRelease = function() {
    loader.loadMovie(this.main);
    title_txt.text = this.title;
    myPhoto.load("xmlphoto.xml");
    I want to add in a rollover effect to the gallery similar to
    the one in Flash Gallery 1 in photoshop
    http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=2961
    Would it be possible to take one of the as files from the Flash
    Gallery source and intergrate it into my gallery or would I be
    better just adding the rollover effect myself?

    the thumbnail (or its unique parent if you setup this up
    without fore-thought) should be a movieclip that stores a reference
    to the larger image's path.
    search google for flash gallery tutorial. there are bound to
    be lots of tutorials.
