I have been trying to figure how everyone puts their image in there podcast. I have a video podcast and using GB3 to do the podcast. When I submit to iTunes it has a default icon for an image.

(I didn't know it existed until I found the video) As for the exact syntax, I tried multiple ways to place that on this question only to have the forum reject the message but will try again. In the formula I placed this (preceded by a single quote, a less than sign the word IMG, a space, the word SRC, an equals sign, and followed by a greater than sign and a single quote):

What I got was exactly what you said, crystals interpretation of the greater than, less than, and space. (If I place it here it refuses to send it)

How to link an image file in code view

I can't seem to figure out how to link the image file in code view. It has to be in code view because the image is hidden in Design View so I can't do it in HTML view. Here's the coded section:

When I click on a link to a file, (for instance a Filesonic link) I used to get asked if I wanted to run or download the file. Now it just goes straight to download. How can I stop it doing this? Thank you.

Go to Tools -> Options -> Applications -> Search for your file format, .zip,for instance,

Creating siebel image file for Siebel Patch 7.8.2.16 to upgrade from Siebel 7.8.2.14

I new to installing Siebel Patch 7.8.2.16 for Microsoft Windows 2003 Servers, Mobile Web Client. We are currently running Siebel version : 7.8.2.14 on 7.8.2.14 SIA [19251] ENU patch applied. We need to install upgrade to Siebel 7.8.2.16 to install QF0E26 for an issue with MVG popup. What is the best practice to create Siebel image file from Siebel CD which has multiple JAR files on CD media for Siebel CD Media pack sent to me. Let me know if you need additional details. You need to download installables for 7.8.2.16 SIA. Follow below instructions to download:
1) Login to My oracle support through your credentials
2) Go to tab 'Patches & Updates'
3) Enter patch number as '11687049' in 'Patch Name or Number' field and click on search.
4) Download patch for Windows.
Once you download, you need to use Image Creator Utility to generate an Installation image.

How do I get a list of all image files for a user?

The Finder folder windows have changed the sidebar. I no longer see any way to configure the Finder window to display a quick search for all images. How do I easily run a search for all image files owned by a user?
I am just starting to set up a brand new system that came with Yosemite and it's user interface has many changes from my older Snow Leopard system. I have many image files from many different sources that I wish to consolidate on the new system. I do not wish to rely on iPhoto at this point. I prefer to use the file system or Finder or Spotlight.

0. find the user id.
    a. log in as that specific user.
    b. run terminal
    c. type "echo $UID"
    d. write down the user id that will be displayed
1. Go to the finder
2. go to the user home folder
3. click the box with the magnifying glass (upper right corner of the window)
4. type .jpg
5. a menu will pop under the magnifying glass box, select "jpg image"
6. click the "plus" sign that's displayed to the right of the word "save"
7. two pull down menus will appear, select "other" from the first one
8. a new window will pull down, scroll to "owner" and select it
9. back in the original window type the user id (a number) to the right of "owner" "equals"

Using Power Query to import image files for Power View

I am trying to use Power Query to import image data from a SQL Azure database for use in Power View. I've selected both the source image table and the ?images table in the workbook query. The files seem to load as binary data in the Power
Query editor but when loaded to the data model with Power Pivot, the field becomes "text" type rather than binary. Does anyone know the procedure to use PowerQuery to load image files into PowerPivot?

We currently do not support loading binary data from Power Query into the Power Pivot data model. This is something we'd like to address soon. For now, you will need to use the Power Pivot import capabilities if you want to achieve this.

Scaling image files for Slide presentation in Keynote

I have had great problems importing and scaling images for Keynote presentations with approx 500+ images. Having tried to adjust the image to fit the full screen the scaling results in unacceptable pixelation. I seem to have solved this now by batch processing my image files and saving them as PDF files. These are then imported from the Aperture Library as iPhoto wont recognise the PDF file format!
It's a pity that Keynote has so many restrictions for use in Slide/music presentations, having seen incredible professional results with Pic2exe (which unfortunately at present is not available in Mac format - tho the Win exe file will run I am told).

Please tell us what you are really trying to do!!
You know like dumb stuff like where are the images from? What's their resolution? If you';re using Aperture you can't be a newbie.
You can achieve incredible professional results in Keynote, but you need to know how it wants to work.
Kelly is right. This is not just a ***** session but a place to get real help from real people.
Silly things like Image Placeholders will make your life much simpler. etc.

Linking an image file

In DTP programs (and also MS Word) you can insert an image file as a link to the actual file in the disk, so the graphic is not embedded in the document, instead when the document is opened the file readed from the external source. This method have the advantage keeping small file size of the actual document.
I'm new in Mac (as also in Pages) and i cannot find this feature in iPages 08. I suppose is not supported. My problem is that i' m working with large size documents with a lot of images. If any have experience of large files please inform me if there is any alternatives of file link or if iWorks works good with large files.

The PNG files for background images must meet the following requirements for proper display on the Cisco Unified IP Phone:
â¢Full size image-320 pixels (width) X 212 pixels (height).
â¢Thumbnail image-80 pixels (width) X 53 pixels (height).
â¢Color palette-Includes up to 16-bit color (65535 colors). You can use more than 16-bit color, but the phone will reduce the color palette to 16-bit before displaying the image. For best results, reduce the color palette of an image to 16-bit when you create a PNG file.

Submitting an image file for indexing generates the tokens "IMAGE" and "1"

This is a problem because the user is able to submit any file through a web interface, and we want to determine when there is zero output from the indexing process so we can warn the user that the file they submitted has no indexable content.
I'd rather keep the detection algorithm simple: currently it checks to see whether any tokens were indexed for the record the user just edited, and IF there were NO tokens, the user is warned that the file they submitted contains no indexable words. But if ctxhx.exe generates the string "Image 1" when someone gives it (for example) a jpeg file, that's not going to work.
So my questions are these: How do I prevent ctxhx from generating any tokens when someone gives it an image file? And if that's not possible, how can I include logic in a batch file to detect an image file and prevent ctxhx from handling it? (Since the files are renamed without extensions when indexed, I can't determine file type from extensions). I know there's a command-line program called TestForPDF.exe, which I found at http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/text/htdocs/altfilters.htm; is there a similar program (perhaps TestForImage.exe), or instructions for creating such a program?

I finally resorted to using the "format column" feature of the context index. The code in my front-end looks at the extension of the file submitted by the user, and sets the value of the format column to "IGNORE" before it tries to resync the index. It seems a bit kludgy, but it works.

Creating exe projector linked to flv file for cd rom

projector file (a "click me to start" file for users) that is
linked to and plays the flv video when you open the exe. These

Is it possible that you could advise me on the best settings
to have when playing an FLV back from CD-Rom, I have a similar
problem in that my FLVs playback ok on high-spec PCs/Macs, but when
I launch in on an old PC/Mac there are serious staggers in the
playback and some audio glitches.
If anyone has any advice on how to combat this I would be
very grateful.
THE BASICS
I am using flash to present 2 FLV files via a CD Rom.
THE ISSUE
The FLV files are quite large, 1x 40mb file and 1x 43mb file
(dimensions 1024x576). Playback on a high end PC with 2GB Ram is
great, no staggering in the playback. Testing this on a high-end
Mac too yeilds no performance issues with playback.
However, when the settings are reduced to a low-end PC/Mac,
there are glitches in the audio and staggering in the visual
playback as the lower spec machine tries to cope as best it can
with the Hi-Res video.
The flv files are externally loaded into a movie clip that is
designed for FLV playback using a buffer speed 0.1.
QUESTION:
Does anyone have any tips/ advice on the best way to resolve
the staggered playback, audio glitching.
The obvious routes ahead of me are;
Reduce the quality of the FLVs I am playing.
Reduce the dimensions of each FLV.
Cut the FLV into smaller pieces and link them together via
the movie clip loader (NOT sure how to do that though?)
Does anyone have any advice on my annoying problem?

Can such a program be implemented in archlinux?

How to list all documents that has linked a image file?

I'd like to know if there's a way to find all linked file to a file: i have a logo image that a lot of inDesign files have linked to it and i'd like to find all those inDesign files.
I know that Bridge CS6 can list all linked files of a .indd file but i'd like the opposite

You might be able to do it via scripting. If you have to search an entire volume it would be impractical, but something like this AppleScript would open all of the ID files inside of a chosen folder and its sub folders. Once the ID file is open it could check for a specific link and if it exists leave the file open otherwise close:

I am having trouble with some of my links having images. For example, Foxfire has a picture that looks like a small world. The links in question are blank.

I am having trouble with my links/websites having images attached to them. The place where the image should be is blank. For example, AARP has an A for its image. My storage website has a blank broken box where the image should be. I forgot I had trouble and had to reset Foxfire, this problem occurred after that reset.

Mixed content normally gives the world globe image, unless you are using a theme that uses a broken padlock instead. Maybe the gray triangle means invalid? I came across that in a few themes (what is invalid was not made clear), but those were not using triangle shapes to indicate that.
