Can somebody tell me the contact details of the BT...
I have been waiting over 3 weeks for a date for a new installation for a brad new house after being told the phone line and broadband was working on day 1.....amazing as i dont even have a telephone wire from the telephone pole to the house!
I have spoke to at least 10 people, all of which take zero responsibility for the issue and just keep passing me to another department...
The last call i just received saying that "Terry Ann" will call me back tomorrow after 11am to "discuss what work needs doing".....great ill just wait for that phone call then. Every time i receive a phone call it just makes me more and more angry as we are no further to getting a resolution than i was on the 5th November when iwas told the issue was resolved.
Apparently for over a week BT were trying to rectify a fault on my line (even though a line didnt exist) and this fault could not be closed down on the system until it was resolved....and clearly it was never going to be!!
So i think, we are now getting somewhere near the point of getting a new installlation date, from the provisions team, but obviously i have to wait until after 11am tomorrow...
Certainly no signs of being moved up the queue because of the appalling service i have received!
I would love to take my business elsewhere but unfortunately Openreach run the new lines for everyone else that provides a telephone SERVICE....haha service makes me laugh!!!
I have never experience the level of incompetence as i have over the course of the last few weeks and when i asked one person i was speaking to whether THEY thought that the service i had received was acceptable....their response was "i can comment on that sir".
To be honest i dont want anyone else to say sorry, i dread to think how many times the ten people have said sorry.
Its just not good enough and apparently team supervisors are there to manage the staff and not to escalate customer complaints to...... but should a client request a call back from a supervisor you have to wait 2 hours for that....
So you wait 2 hours to get a call back just repeating what the member of staff had previously told you....a load of sorrys and waffle telling you that they arnt in the department you need.
I actually just wanted the contact details of someone senior that can hear my complaint as im not getting anywhere closer to having a phone line and internet after more than 2 weeks...
The only way BT can still be in business is that there truely is no other option in obtaining a phone line...
Please somebody tell me how i can get the contact details of the top guys at BT....i need something done about this!! It is not good for my blood pressure!
I cant have BT responsible for my son losing a father because he has gone insane whilst trying to get a phone line and internet....

Frequent issues with the contacts

Everyday I face issues with the contacts. It does not search the contact I wanted to look and stuck on the first page of the list for few seconds and then move to the searched contact. But when I open that contact, it shows the contact details of first name of my conact list, not the one I searched. It is irritating and happens everyday.
Only way to resolve this is by restarting the device or power off and ON it.
Does anyone face this. Is there any solution availble for this issue.I am a real estate broker and I have 1200 contacts and when I transferred the contacts from my old BB Torch to z10, the transfer was successful and all my contact fax numbers are listed as fax. BB has announced that they are going to have USB Outlook sync in the future release of BB link. I am eagerly waiting just like you, it is important part of my business and online cloud sync is not an option for me. I currently email my contacts from my desktop to my z10 as a .vcard and update any new contacts.. Same with the calendar. You can also save it on your sd card. A temp solution until the feature is available. or use outlook.com or other cloud service.
To add a fax to your contact, open the contact in edit mode, click on add field and select fax.. You also have a choice to set fax work, home , direct or other. -
My Client is having a serious problem with the Contact Form Widget
My Client is having a serious problem with the Contact Form Widget that I can not figure out how to correct.
I created a website for a client and inserted a Contact Form widget on their 'Contact Us' page. Whenever anyone uses the form, the e-mail my client receive shows my e-mail address as the sender. So, when they 'reply' to the e-mail, the reply is sent to me and not the person who sent the original message. This creates a major problem in that I get barraged with e-mail replies while my client's potential customers go without a response.
When I look at 'Site Manager > System E-Mails > Workflow Information > E-mail From Address' on the site's Admin Console, it shows my e-mail information. Is this is what needs to be changed? If it is, what needs to be placed in that field so that the e-mail my client receives shows the senders e-mail information in the 'From' field. My client wants to be able to click reply and have the message sent to the right party. They would be very upset if they have to cut and past the senders e-mail address from the body text on every contact they receive.
Their feeling is that if I can't find a way to make the contact form work the way it should, then it's useless to them.
Can anyone help me figure this out? I really don't want to disappoint my first client.Are you on a plan that has the CRM feature that stores your customers' data? If so, the idea of the contact form is that you'll receive a notification that there's been an inquiry filled out on your contact form and there should be a link in that email notification that leads to the "Case" that was created when that customer filled out a contact form. You can click that link and visit the case for that customer in your BC site and reply to them from there so that all of the correspondence is logged in the CRM for safe-keeping and for your records.
If your client finds this is too much work to login to BC to reply every time, then you should check to see if you have the "Customer Service Ticketing" feature on your hosting plan. This is a feature where you create a dedicated email account (like [email protected]) and the BC system will automatically login to that email account and pull any emails in that inbox and convert them to a customer case for the sender of the email and then it will send out a notification via email to any of the BC Admin users you delegate as "Customer Service Agents". Since the CST integrates with the BC CRM it lets you reply directly within the email-- but when you reply it will be going to that same email address dedicated to the CST but once the CST service checks your email again and sees that you replied to this inquiry it will log your reply against the customer's case and sends your reply via email back to them so that all the correspondance gets logged on BC's CRM but you can still reply via email.
There's no way to use the default web forms to update the "From" or "Reply-To" address.. it must come from an approved email address to avoid spam issues. On most web services you cannot change the "from" address anyway but usually you can at least specify the "Reply-To" address so that when someone hits "reply" in their email client it will reply to whoever you setup as the "Reply-To" address.

I don't think the CST feature is in the webMarketing BC plan-- I think it's only in the webCommerce plan so if you have less than an webCommerce plan you have to tell your client to reply through BC by clicking the link in the notification they get. You can justify it by saying its one or two more steps but it keeps the entire convo on record in their CRM for easy referral later. -

Is this your machine or the company's? Machines that came with Snow Leopard or earlier installed come with system and software install disks that can be used to reisntall the iApps that came with the machine orignally.
If this is your machine and it came with Snow Leopard or earlier installed the disk will look slimialr to one of these:

Do a custom install and then use Software Update to update iPhoto to the highest version that is available. -

The UAE and several other mostly Middle Eastern Countries ban FaceTime. Because of this all devices manufactured for sale in those countries does not have FaceTime and FaceTime cannot be installed on those devices.

Lost my Skype with 7500 contacts (suspended for no...
Today I got kicked out of my Skype and said my password has been changed. I contacted support and they said that I have broken rules 6.3 (c) and my account will remain suspended.
I have been using my Skype for years and never had this problem nor broken any rules. I use this Skype for online gaming business and I have over 7500 contacts on it. While losing it I have lost a big part of my job and income. I dont know why this happened. I really need help with this. It might been that competitors has reported me to eliminate me from the market. I'm really worried and I feel like my life has been ruined along with my Skype being suspended.
I have so much unfinished transactions on that Skype. Over 200 people contact me daily. Please help me get my Skype back.
One thing I noticed is that ever since I installed the new version of Skype, It kept crashing every 30 mins, "Skype has stopped working". Maybe it has something to do with the suspension? I had to relog my Skype everyday atleast 40 times.

NO Links or Associations created with the "Business Components From Tables"

I have a strange problem. I'm working on a Fusion Web Applicaiton. In the Model project, I try to create some Business Components from Tables with the help of the provided wizard.
I select one of my IDE Connections, and I choose two of my tables as Entity Objects (*PATIENTS* and COUNTRIES - more details about them bellow), and also as Updatable View Objects. For Read-Only View Objects I select some other tables, afterwards I choose to create a default Application Module, and I press Finish without creating a Business Diagram. Everything works perfectly except of the fact that the wizzard has created everything but the Links and the Associations between my tables.
To be more precise, COUNTRIES is a simple table, only two columns - ID and NAME, and PATIENTS has some columns like ID, NAME, ADDRESS, DATE_OF_ADMISSION, COUNTRY_ID, where COUNTRY_ID is a foreign key to the COUNTRIES table. Both columns, PATIENTS.COUNTRY_ID and COUNTRIES.ID are NUMBERs. I was expectig the wizard to create a Link and a Association for this foreign key constraint I have between this two tables.
On the other hand, following one of the tutorials I've found, *"Developing RIA Web Applications with Oracle ADF"*, I've noticed that when I was creating Business Components from Tables based on the HR schema, all the Links and Associations were created as they were expected. I've also tried to create the same Business Components from Tables in my own project, and all the Links and Associations were in place. Somehow, it's not working for my particular schema (the one that contains PATIENTS and COUNTRIES).
Is there something I do wrong? I've made sure that all the FK constraints are enabled, alive and kicking. From my point of view, the tables are working and behavig as they should, but I can't understand why that feature of automatically creating the Links and Associations works on the HR schema but not on mine.

The schema name is "TEST". But you should know that there are some extra columns in the PATIENTS table, I've not mentioned before. As you can tell from the scripts bellow, the PATIENTS table has the following columns: ID (number), NAME (varchar2), COUNTRY (number), GENDER (number), ADMISSIONDATE (date), DIAGNOSTIC (number), FIRSTNAME (varchar2), SALARY (number). There are actually 3 FK constraints, I've only mentioned one for the simplifying the example. The first FK constraint is towards COUNTRIES, the second one is towards GENDERS, and the final one is towards DIAGNOSTICS. All this 3 tables have only two columns (ID as number, and GENDER as varchar2). I will post the scripts for all.

How do I sync my gmail contacts with the contacts already on my iPhone?
I just bought an iPhone 5c and the dealer manually transferred all of my (gmail) contacts from my Samsung Galaxy. Now the contacts on my iPhone are no longer synced with my gmail account. If I make changes to a contact on my iPhone, that change does not show up on my laptop when I am logged into my gmail account.
Can I fix this by turning "on" the "Contacts" button under Settings > mail, contacts, calendars > Gmail > contacts > on?
When I attempt this it asks me what I want to do with the existing contacts on my phone. What do I want to do here? If I say leave the contacts on my phone will the contacts merge or will I end up with duplicates?You must have Contacts syncing on in your Gmail account settings on the iPhone.
As to the contacts already existing in your phone, you can either merge them with those in the Gmail server or delete them whatever suits you best. -
I had the folks at the store port over all of my contacts from my old
ratty Andriod phone to my new shiny iPhone.
however all 200+ of my contacts sort of "shook" out,
meaning say John Smith, on my old phone,
had in my contacts the following:
John Smith
123 Main St. Anytown, Anystate USA
555-826-4879 home
555-799-4247 cell
[email protected]
johnsmith@facebook
all nice and neat on my andriod but when it ported over
all that information was just scattered all over my contacts sort of like:
john smith, smith john
john smith 123 main st. etc.
johhn smith home 555 etc.
john smith cell 555 etc.
john smith johnsmith@ etc.
etc.
so for all those 200+ contacts in my phone, I've got a zillion of them now...
so I'd like to get this all back in order before I and Siri explode.
I know nothing, and I know even less about outlook and the sort.
But I do know I am in Dire need of help with this... I figured that eveything else
involving iphones and apple in general was supposed to be cake but it seems
like this is the only thing that isn't cake at all... unless, I'm just a right idiot. (which is possible, hence spelling and grammatical issues).I believe I've tried to sync it with google, but it didn't seem to take
muchless take my calender. it seems to favor my facebook calender
more over my google calender, but Siri seems to be helping me re-write
it...but that's not the game here, it's the contacts. I've tried to export
the cvp (??) list and import it into my iTunes account. However, It only
doubled my issue because it didn't over write my existing contacts. -
How do I replace the contacts on MacBook Air with the contacts on my iPod Touch?
My main contacts list is on my iPod Touch which I sync with my office iMac. I want that list of contacts on my MacBook Air at home. Then I want to put that list on my new iPhone.
It appears that the default is for the contacts on the iPod Touch to be replaced by what is on the MacBook Air. That is the opposite of what I want.
My eventual goal is to have all my contacts updated using iCloud. The problem is that what exactly happens in these processes is not explained on the support pages that I can see.Did you try to reset the sync history on your MacBookAir in iSync/Settings, delete the contacts on it, set up one contact after that and sync? This should trigger the message to merge contacts with your iPod contact list.
But make sure to have all devices backed up before you start.
You could also try to export your iMac contacts and import them on your MacBookAir again.

How do I merge a contacts archive with the contacts on my mac?
I have a Mac Mini. I have my own Contacts in Version 8.0 (1371.2). I want to add Contacts that I received from someone else in the form of a Contacts Archive (.abbu) to my existing contacts. When I do this:
Import contacts from an archive file
Importing an archive file replaces your current contact information.
Choose File > Import.
Select the archive file, then click Open.
I receive the message that I asks me if I want to REPLACE my contacts, but no option to MERGE or ADD the contacts.
Any suggestions for giving me access to the archive file without messing up the contacts on my Mac?Connect your iPad to your MacBook Pro and start Image Capture. You can select the videos in Image Capture and choose where on your laptop you want to copy them too. You can then write then to a CD from your laptop.
For images and videos taken with your iPad your computer will recognize the iPad as a camera.

New to InDesign. Just learned about anchored objects. Have anchored text that is longer than the text it refers to. Text exists in the first column and would like for text to thread to the first column on the next page.

We are house parents at a high school dorm. We are wireless. I have a PB 17" running 10.3.9 with airport card, a brand new iMac with Airport Extreme card. I have tried to get my AE to connect to the wireless. The dorm is using Linksys WRT54G Router.
