LIS- info strcture data updating

Dear GURU's
I have created a new info structure (copy form S012) and then added document number to the newly created Info Structure. then i created an exception analysis using this new info structure.
I have set up the updating control in configuration also.
But when i go to info structure (from se11) it says an no data exists, BUT for standard info structure s012 has records available.
Is there any other specific thing that i have to do in order to get data to new info structure other than update settings in config (OMO2), i have tried updating with period split (day, month) and Updating (Asynchronous updating (2))
Is this problem due to updating error or any specific error with related to new info structure (at the time of generation of the info structure it didn't give any ERROR message)
I'm not using BI in the system.
Please help me with any details with related to this.

Hi Charith,
If you have defined the info structure and it's updating, then it should be find.
To find why the updating is not working, you should try to simulate an update.
I don't have a SAP system at hand right now and I don't remember the transaction to simulate a purchase order update.
If you copied the S012 and your update rules are similar for the new info structure, then it should work at one.

Last Data Update Info field not showing in Web Template

Last Data Update Info field does not show up in the Web Template. This Web Template is for a MultiProvider on top a single cube.
Greatly appreciate if anyone has any insight into this issue.

if other queries work fine using exactly the same (customized) template the problem is most likely not the template. Does the appropriate query does display figures? Is your data binding done correctly within the template?
What happens if you execute the customized template which does not display Last Data Update Info field with another (i.e. a different) query? Does it display the Last Data field? What happens the other way round: you execute a different template with the appropriate query (which does not display Last Data Update). Does it show the Last Data Update?
Just give it a try, this sometimes help

BO Advance analysis 1.1.4, Info Field like Last Data Update Table

Hi Experts,
I am using BO Advance analysis 1.1.4 for reporting output. There we have option to show Info Field like Last Data Update.
It is using this function to get that info :
=SAPGetSourceInfo("DS_1", "LastDataUpdate")
Anybody have idea what BW table it is refering to get that info.
As per my understanding, since these workbook of Adv. Analysis are refering Query which are built on MultiProviders, it go and find out the last cube/dso successful data load.
Also I manually checked the date and time of last successful update in cube, but it is not matching as far as time is concern. Date is matching.
Please help me to get the correct table which gave that info (date and time).

Hi Tammy,
I was trying for the similar requirement to get the "Last refreshed time" of the table used in the calculation view in HANA.
It uses the same formula : =SAPGetInfoLabel("LastDataUpdate")
But since Analytic View actually doesn't store any data, it is virtual. The date am seeing is the last changed date. i.e if i do any changes on the model, am seeing the last date when I changed it.
Is there any function which we can use to get the Last refreshed date of the table in the model am using?

LIS Info Structure

Hi all,
I got a problem when i created customized info structure.
This info structure is not getting data.Update mode is disabled.That means in OMO1 under updating tab
1."NO UPDATING"
2.Synchronous updating(1)
3.Asnnchronous updating(2)
4.Asnnchronous updating(3) are disabled. So please tell me how can we enabled them. In LBW1 I was able to change these updating, but still data is not populated into this info structure.So please inform me how the data is loaded into this info structure. Thanks in advance

In OMO1 double click on the infostructure you want to change updating on. Select the update mode and periodicity and save. Make sure you set up the connections with BW and this infostructure (LBW0).
Then go into SPRO->Logistics - General->Logistics Information System (LIS)->Logistics Data Warehouse->Data Basis->Tools->Setup of Statistical Data->Application-Specific Setup of Statistical Data. Then choose application area of the data you want to set up.

Reload LIS Info Structure

Hi SAP Gurus,
We would want to change our LIS Info Structure update from V2 monthly to V2 daily but when we are about to do so, the system tell us that if we push through with it, the system would have to delete the data in the info structure.
I tried doing this in our test system and true enough, the data in the info structure was deleted. The info structure we are using is S012 for purchasing.
If I posted this in the wrong section, please redirect me to the correct one.

I have not done this myself but there is a transaction oLi3 that will set up the info structure from existing documents.
Try this but use caution and ONLY try it in your Play client / sandbox.
Or have a look at the config under Logistics general > LIS > Logistics data warehouse > Data Basis > Tools > Set up of statistical data
This seems to be the area you need to investigate.
Sorry if this is vague but I have not done this before and nobody else seemed to be able to offer any help?

We want create a copy managements program to consolidate registers fromone version to another in a LIS info estructure.
But we need that a specific key-figure (is a fist date) is not be
consolidate, but that it is conserved the oldest date.
Is there a way to know the previous copied registers in the program to
determine which value to conserve?.
I can't read the original version because some characteristics are redeterminated. And the target version aren't write yet.

IPod's "Last Played" info is not updated

I've purchased a new iPod (5th gen, 60 gb) 6 months ago.
Recently, all the tracks' "Last Played" info stopped updating. No matter what track I play on my iPod, the "Last Played" info is not updated on the iPod. Even when I go to the iPod tab on iTunes, the "Last Played" info is wrong, and actually not updated. By the way, the playcount also doesn't seem to be updated.
So, how do I get this fixed and the "Last Played" thing working again? By the way, of course, when I play tracks on the iTunes through the pc the "Last Played" info is updated.
And another detail: Does the fact I have purchased games for my iPod and synced them can cause this problem?

Yes, I update my iPod automatically.
I have no idea why, but I connected it again a few minutes ago, and the problem is solved. Suddenly, the songs last played date updated everything I've played.
So, you didn't actually solve my problem, but since I feel kind today, i will give you point (s).

Get Info image data missing

I have used the Finder's Get Info command and accompanying window to determine the height and width of images since the beginning of time. Today that capability suddenly disappeared. When I select an image in the Finder and invoke Get Info, under "More Info" there are two hyphens instead of the dimensions in pixels (e.g. 300x250). I tried a dozen images in various formats like JPG and TIF but the dimension info doesn't appear anymore. I'm using System 10.5.8 on a 2008 Mac Pro. All the other expected info (creation dates, name, preview, etc.) in Get Info is there except for the image dimensions.
I did not do any recent updates and haven't noticed anything else amiss. I played around with Finder prefs, restarted the system, repaired permissions, etc. Nothing brought back the image dimensions. I can use Photoshop or other programs to get the image dimensions but using Get Info via the keyboard command was a nice shortcut.

I don't directly use Spotlight - I prefer HoudahSpot's interface to the Spotlight index. I have not changed the prefs in HoudahSpot or Spotlight itself, and the Spotlight Privacy list was empty when I just now checked it.
But you are definitely on to something because after checking the Privacy List to see if any folders had been inadvertently added, I then tried Get Info again on an image file and VOILA! all the image data had been magically restored. Indeed, Get Info image data is now working for all images I have checked in the past few minutes.
Thanks for the pointer. Apparently something triggered Spotlight to prevent the data from appearing and the mere act of checking the Spotlight settings restored the "missing" info.

We have ECC 5.0 and EP 7.0. The employees have data in the relevant infotypes so missing the info should not be the problem.
We are trying to use table T7XSSREUSEUISN to reuse country specific services. The table was empty (I donu2019t know if this is or not) and we input some entries here to make the services available four our country grouping (99 in our case). Also we have implemented badi HRXSS_PER_BEGDA.
I understood this should be done as well.
However we are still facing the above error.
Can you give some hints to try to resolve this issue?
Any helps and hints are more then welcome.

did u reimported the data model. Just try to restart the server and check. Patch update may also solve your problem.

Let me explain how the "last data update" works.
If the query is based on one cube or DSO, it is the time of the last request upload.
If the query is based on a multiprovider, like the example given ealier,
assume there are three cubes in multiprovider :
Last update of cube1 is 11/17/2008
Last update of cube2 is 11/19/2008
Last udpate of cube3 is 11/20/2008.
The "last data update" will be the earliest day of the "last data update"s of all partproviders, i.e.11/17/2008.
Because the meaning of "last data update" is that, data (of all partproviders) has been already updated until this time.
Now we assume there are three cubes like this in multiprovider :
Last update of cube1 is 11/17/2008
Last update of cube2 is 11/19/2008
Cube3 is empty. It has never been loaded with any request.
Then the "last data update" will be empty. Because until no time has all partproviders been updated. This is the design of the system.

Unable to run bapis for project status update and date update together

I have a requirement to update the dates and status of a project WBS at level 4. I am trying to do update the CJ02 Transaction using standard BAPI available. I need to do both Date update and status update in the same LOOP PASS   i am using the below mention bapi. when i am doing so i am getting an error Project 'A._____' has been currently processed by ID i.e. my id.
I have tried putting a wait for 2 seconds in the code but its still not working. please find the order below in which i am calling the bapi.

Try to use
SET UPDATE TASK LOCAL.

Did you try to debug through your code, leaving sufficient time between BAPI calls? If it does work like that, then the above statement might help.

I wish I fully understood your post, but perhaps you should try re-downloading. Are you trying to download the 10.7.3 update? If so, then try downloading OS X Lion Update 10.7.3 (Client Combo).
