List Display using Factort Method

Hi All,
I am using factory method of the class cl_salv_table to get the output in two dimension list display.
Now going further my requirement is that the user may select one or multiple rows and based on that further data is fetched and displayed in another screen.
Please suggest me something to achieve this functionality.

ALV GRID DISPLAY USING FACTORY METHODS

Hi all
I am using factory methods for my alv grid display.
I have a list of functionalities, for which i am not able to find a correct method..
1) Header of alv(with all the values of the selection-screen)
2)How to give text to a subtotal(ed) column, i.e. if i subtotal a qty field against a sorted field, i want to display ==> Nett Wt. = 123.00 (for first header entry) and so on for each header entry.
3)how to remove the zeroes from a quantity field?
4) Displaying the cells as blanks where data is 0( for quantity fields if i have a cell with zero value, it should be blank.)
5) double click on a cell to open a transaction with the cell's value.
Any help on this would be appreciated.

ABAP List Faxing using BCS method ( Business communication service )

Experts,
I have a requirement where we are faxing the ABAP list as it gets generated .
I am using NEW-PRINT ON and NEW-PRINT OFF , to get the ABAP list in a spool request , and then get the spool contents using function module : 'RSPO_RETURN_SPOOLJOB'
I then use Class / methods provided by Business communication service , such as :
cl_cam_address_bcs=>create_fax_address ,to send this spool content to Fax gateway .
My fax goes , but the fax output list is in X_65_255 format, whereas i want the fax output to be in X_65_132 ..
My REPORT statement does have X_65_132 as line count / line size BUT somehow the Fax output does not take this list format .. ANY IDEA's ????

In this class we have Variants and LAYOUT attributes. Pls try to use them for the list dispplay.
Or we can use the SET_FRONTEND_LAYOUT methos wchich has IS_LAYOUT attribute of type LVC_S_LAYO where we can provide the widht,height etc of a output so that it can appear as list.

Problem in Checkbox on/off in ALV using OO method

I declared the internal table type as

Option of changing font in List display

List Display After ALV Display.

i want to use write statement after display of the GRID ALV report. I User-command is getting dynamically called up when i presses the button.

the problem is i m not able to use back button in the dynamic list display. Use pf-status as well but not working. Pressing BACK button does nothing.

Hi friends
I want the list display for the ALV using Class and methods
which class and methods i can use.
Here we can't use the REUSE_ALV_LIST_DISPLAY and also GRID
I was done GRID display using class and methods but i want only list display for using class.
plz Give me sample code of list display not for grid.

Display ALV List in Object Oriented Method

Dear Guru ,
I have encountered an issue which i am trying to resolve
I am using following custom code to display lists of the entries of <F_FS> in ALV GRID FORMAT
For display data in ALV GRID FORMAT i am using class cl_gui_alv_grid.
But the requirment is like this i have to show it in ALV LIST Display Format .
when i searched for class cl_gui_alv_list i found that Object Type CL_GUI_ALV_LIST does not exist

How to use getContent() method in custom JSP Provider to display a HTML Pag

Hi,
If anybody knows how to use getContent() method to use in custom jsp providers (developed by ourselves) so that it can be used to retrieve a jsp page (a simple html page) ..
I want the code in the provider java file to for the getContent method...
Pls. get back to me asap....if any body has implemented a custom jsp provider...as it's urgent...
I have alreday placed the JSP file in the directory structure /etc/opt/SUNWps/desktop/default/channel_dir..But still the jsp is not being displayed..
Pls get me the getContent() method code to retrive the JSP file..

Hi,
You don't have to do anything in the custom JSPProvider's getContent method except the call { return super.getContent(request,response); } . If all you want is just to show your jsp, then create a channel from the default JSPProvider, and edit the property contentPage of that channel from samplecontent.jsp to your jsp name, save the changes and login again. You should see your JSP.

This customizing setting is for the T-code IE07. You can customize view of IE07 in different strcuture with required fields wants to didplay or suppress.

List recipe (tx. c201) in lsmw using recording method

Hi.
I'm trying to upload master data for recipe list (tx c201), and I'm not so sure which method I should use, i tried with an standard object but it works with idocs and i supposed to configure a lot of stuffs (ibounds, ports, etc), and using recording... how can i handle controls tables when the number of items it's variable?.
Reading through the sdn i realized that it's good to work with two files, one with master data and the second one with detail or item data. Actually i used that method to upload data in lsmw but using a standard direct input program and works pretty good..., but using a recording I don't know how to handle this.

Get your test data from functional folks then do the recording based on that. After done with the recording you may delete the existing values(which are used for recording). This is because, for example say you are having the data in an EXCEL sheet and for a particular customer one of the fields is empty. In this case, the DB will be updated with the value provided in the recording.

Default Layout Variant using LIST Display FM

Hello All,
I'm using the FM REUSE_ALV_LIST_DISPLAYin my Report.
I want to save the layout Variant as a Default Layout Variant .
But when I'm clicking the option for saving a Layout I'm getting only one check box for User Specific Layout.
How can I set a layout created variant as a DEFAULT Layout Variant ?

Hi,
Once List is displayed, use the path: Setting->Layout>Layout Management->Click the check box against the layout which you want to set as the default. Then click on Define Default settings, first icon. You can follow the above instructions after running one of the DEMO pgms viz. BALVSD01.
