Locock pit
hi
1, iam new in biw, ihave doubt after replicated the data source. when ever activated the infosource warning will be diplayed. the source system have error .this is ides version.plz tell me what is the problem.
2,what is detailed data in ods. can u give me some business sceanerio.
Hi dear and welcome on board!
1. You have to check where is the error with some more detail...(anyway is your infosource activation done or not ?)
2. Detailed data in ODS means to manage (e.g.) the document level information (item or even schedule lines in the key part of your ODS)...
when you transfer these (detailed) records from the ODS into the cube (where you lose the document level), this is an aggregated level.
Hope it helps!
Bye,
Roberto
...please don't forget to reward the answers...it's THE way to say thanks here !

Hi Experts
I had a couple of queries with regards to Locock pit extraction
1)What is the difference between SBIW and LBWE tcode in Locockpit
and
2) Why to we need first to delete data in set up tables and and load data to set updates
and
3) How can i analyze data volume that is to be extracted using locock pit data source
Thanks in advance1) What is the difference between SBIW and LBWE tcode in Locockpit
SBIW- A general t-code similar to SPRO.....You can execute many t-codes from SBIW...eg : You can do the setup runs, set industry standards, ETC......It contains information and activities required for extracting and transferring data from an SAP source system into a SAP BW. Apart from these, it contains...
i) General settings for the transfer of data from a source system into an SAP BW
ii) Option of activating BI Business Content delivered by SAP
iii) Option of maintaining generic DataSources
iv) Option of subsequently processing DataSources on a source system-level
LBWE - Its a T-code containing activities related to Logistics.....You can maintain LO datasource, enhance the structure, select the update mode in this t-code.......
2) Why to we need first to delete data in set up tables and and load data to set updates
Setup runs are done to get historical data.....There are chances that there might be data ...So its always advisable and good practise to delete the setup tables first before doing a new run to avoide inconsistentcy in data...
and
3) How can i analyze data volume that is to be extracted using locock pit data source
Try a trail setup run ...Execute it in background......After the run is complete, check in RSA3 as to how much data has been extracted...That should give u a clear idea to analyze the data volume....
Hope this helps,
regards,
Thanks in advance -
hi,
can any one give the reason for inactive the extract structurte in locock pit?
i need it yurgently for tht.plz
thanks in advance,
kumar.Hi Chandu
In LO Cockpit in T-code LBWE u can find the requiresd extarct structure active state. If you want maintain the extarct structure, you should make that inactive
i.e: by clicking the extarct structure it''l get inactive. later you move the fields from comm structure to extarct structure by going to maintaince button. after moving the fields y ou have to activate extract structure
Hope this''ll work good luck......

Corrosion/Pitting in Macbook Pro Case
Hi All,
It would appear that I have some corrosion/pitting occurring where I rest my palms on my Macbook Pro. Initially, I thought it was dirt or some residue, but after cleaning I noticed it was untouched. Further examination (with a 10x loupe) showed that they are indeed pits forming small cavities in the surface. Keep in mind, I wear no jewelry/watches, and work in a laboratory so my hands stay very clean. It would seem that there is some sort of chemical reaction pitting the surface.
Have any of you noticed this unsightly wear on your computers? Is it covered under AppleCare? Is there something I can do short of wearing gloves while I type?
Below are two (large) images of what I'm talking about. They were taken with Super-macro mode on my camera. I can take pictures through the lens of the loupe tomorrow when there's sufficient light.

Thank you for your replies,
Kris OlsonThis issue has come up from time to time, and the consensus seems to be that it is caused by a few individuals' body chemistry reacting with the aluminum and causing the pitting. Other than wearing gloves, you could use something like a Marware protection pack, which has a piece that covers the palm rests.

Function PIT don't recognize a Custom Processing Class
Hi all,
I've defined a brand new custom processing class, in order to evaluate some WT for labor cost, but when I try to call the PIT function, with param 2 set to P90 (my processing class in numbered with 90), the check give me an error message:
With regard to function PIT, specified processing class 90 does not exist
Message no. 5P 414
Diagnosis
You have specified a processing class which does not exist or is not
permitted for the country grouping of the schema.
Is there any additional operation to perform?
Thank you in advance.
PaoloHi Paolo,

pe02 -> attributes -> vountry grouping = 13 (Australia) in place of *

TM is a PITA until you specify a drive to backup to
I use a macbook pro for 99% of my computer usage. Also, I use 8-10 external firewire and usb drives to augment its limited harddisk. Before I specified a specific drive for TM to use, it asked EVERY time when I mounted an external drive if I wanted to make it the OFFICIAL TM backup drive. If I cancelled on a drive, it still asked if I remounted the drive. A real PITA! Until TM has the bugs worked out AND it can restore a system from scratch (which I don't believe that it can at this point), I want it turned OFF and NOT bugging me. If anyone can give the defaults or other command(s), to turn it off, I will just stay mad at it for continually requesting from me something that I do not want! Sorry for the caps, but I am a little frustrated with it.
I figured out a way of getting rid of the message. I mounted a spare drive with a name that I would never use again. I told TM to use it as the back up disk. Then I turned TM off and used Disk Utility to erase the partition changing its name. Disk Utility would not let me repartition it, but does allow erasure. If you turn TM back on, it says that it is waiting for the original drive name to be connected. No need to leave it on though. You can always change this later by specifying TM to use a different drive. Anyway, it solved my problem for now. It is just a PITA when Apple could have provided a simple "don't prompt" option on the TM Preference Pane.

Can anyone explain the difference between function PIT and ACTIO
PIT - Process Input Table when you are calling a PCR useing PIT function it reads the data from the Input table of the respective table or the wage type which you are being Processed
ACTIO - IT will be processed based on the action and will not read the data form the input Table
for better results try to check the standrad PCRs which have the above functions
Expand the log and see the input , processing and out put for the both the PCRs
for better results check Sub Schema INN1 u will find lot of PCRs which have used PIT and Action
recently we got an issue where we used ACTIO in the Pay roll
one wage type should get caluculated based on the percentage of the other wage type
Ex - XXXX wage type shd be some % on the YYYY wage type the user will not give any Input in the master data
so in this case we cannot give PIT as it does have any Input to read the data so we have used ACTIO -
While running payroll I am getting error in - PIT X010 P01
Processing
Termination in Operation Error
20110910
X0103***** Error
Basic Entry in IT :
Please help me to solve this

Why is my metal surround so rough and pitted?
I'm pretty disappointed. Both my ipad air and iphone 5s surrounds look pitted and really rough. Both products have been in cases since day 1 and both are only 3 months old.
I look after my stuff and try to keep my apple products as mint as can be so I can buy your new products and sell my old ones on. I can't sell this as mint with rough edges that aren't my fault.
This is a poor design flaw that I will end up paying dearly for.
What can be done about this please? I do not want to book an appointment at my local (17 miles away) Apple store.Install istat menus or Bresink Temperature Monitor:
http://bjango.com/mac/istatmenus/
http://www.bresink.com/osx/TemperatureMonitor.html
Open Activity Monitor to ALL PROCESSES and set % CPU to display values in a descending order.
When you MBP gets hot, post images of both for inspection.

LO **** pit documentation
Hi any one can sugeest me where can i find lo **** pit documentation
regards
kasinathBernd
For official documentation on LO Cockpit you suggested <http://service.sap.com/bw>, follow link Documentation -> Business Content Documentation. But this link changed to bi instead of bw and there it informed that the content had moved to SDN, i couldn't find.
Can you inform how to reach this official documentation?
Also, I posted these threads in SDN:
1) V1, V2, V3 updates
link:
2) Call Functions in Direct Delta, Queued Delta, Unserialized V3 Update
link:
3) Sequence of operations - Direct Delta, Queued Delta, Unserialized V3 Update

4) How to avoid document posting stop period during restructuring

If you have some time, I would appreciate your comments.

Hi Experts ,
Can any one clear about pit faults in soa?
and what are the fatal exceptions and non fatal exceptions please let me know clearly .......please/.....Hi all, thanks for replying.
I already have MPEG StreamClip, but I have not used it properly yet. I have MacTheRipper and it says before I can convert DVD Rips to a readable Quicktime format, I need the MPEG-4 codec, which Apple says I need to buy from. Not a chance. I have used it but I have not used it with iMovie yet, I am just off to the Job Centre, so I'm gonna have a go when I get back.
Thank you all for your help.

Iphone 5 fell into a mud pit ,need repair .Where I take to repair.in Key Biscayne.Thank's
Take it to any Apple store and they will replace it for $229. If you purchased AppleCare+ when you bought the phone it will be only $49. I think the nearest Apple store to you is in Miami, but you may know of a closer one.
