Logging in to creative crowd problems

when i log in i get told instantly you have been logged out so i cant install software that i need to do work i tried unistalling and reinstalling creative cloud but this made no difference and i dont know what to do

  • I can't seem to log into Adobe Creative Cloud even though I'm connected to the internet?

    My computer is connected to the internet, but I can't seem to log into Adobe Creative Cloud to use InDesign....I've tried all the obvious tricks, restarting my comp/switching the internet off and on etc..... Any other bright ideas?

    I think Adobe has problems with its server since the last 2 days. Everyone is experiencing these problems world wide. Not all the time but several hours a day.

    There is no option on the dialog box to sign in. Wouldn't be necessary, as I am already signed in.

  • Zen 2 GB & Creative Explorer problem

    (Zen 2 GB & Creative Explorer problem` I wrote last fall about my Zen 2GB disconnecting in the middle of a transaction with Creative Media Explorer. My FM radio on that unit disappeared eventually, and the store I'd bought the Zen from exchanged it. Up until this past month my new unit was connecting just fine - no more loss of connection in the middle of me trying to move mp3s from my computer to a specific playlist on the Zen. BUT... the whole thing's started again!:angry:
    I have the latest firmware, i.e. .2.0, and I have four USB 2.0 ports on my notebook running Vista Home Premium. All these ports work fine with anything else I connect. But when I connect my Zen, within a matter of a minute Creative media explorer says my unit's not connected, and my Zen has flipped into Rebuilding mode.
    Help! Does anyone know what's going on here?:womansad:

    Put the player into removable disk mode, connect it to your computer, and then use the normal Windows HD error-checking tool to repair it. If that fails then reformat the SD card.

  • Log Entries not sorted in Problem work items

    We have noticed that the Log Entries in all Problem work items appear to be randomly sorted. You can manually sort them by clicking on the column headers.
    Log entries for Service Request and Incident work items are sorted by Created date as default which I guess is how most people would want them.  Has anyone else noticed this or can this be configured locally somehow?

    I checked my lab, and saw that only incident's log entries is sorted by date:

    And this is hard-coded, if you want to sort them by date, we should click Date Time.

    Firstly, have you entered the correct FTP settings as given by the host where you are uploading to?
    Next, try using Export and then uploading via an external FTP program like Filezilla. FTP from Lightroom isn't as robust as a dedicated FTP program.

    I've kept getting logged out of Creative Cloud today. What's going on? It was working fine yesterday. But today, I've been asking to log in every time I open PhotoShop CC. Logging in was successful every time, so the adobe server and my account appears to be fine. But why my logon doesn't stick? Plus, shouldn't the CC apps "cache" my status for a month before requiring me to log on again?

  • The Creative Crowd

    Had been thinking a lot about 'The Creative Cloud' and Adobe...and then had a discussion with 3 colleagues ( editor / producers/camera)
    Most likely and obvious to me for my situation was no upgrade at all.  Stick with CS6xxx - latest. ( Which works perfectly)
    Then we thought....why not get one seat of CS7 ( Next) and share it as a Creative Crowd.
    We would simply manage the time on that particular system (easily done for our short form projects / work)... and we all have CS6 backward to CS4 anyway.  ( even CS5.5 works perfectly for us as well).
    Whatever happens...no way any of us were doing this immediately but its got us definitely thinking seriously.
    Maybe there is something in this idea of creatives working in a "crowd".

    I did not berate Kevin nor did I offer extreme or offensive hyperbole.  He can tell me himself if he feels offended and I will lapologise.
    I did respond to his lowish  blow regarding my negativity and lack of creativity though. ie I am not playing the game the way Adobe wants it played.
    To say one has to be in the cloud with 500,000 others who freakin love it...well thats his opinion but he is in charge of the Adobe social community which by definition is the internet.
    The "crowd" idea is an indication of what we can do and surely...thats what the Adobe 'Next Big Idea'  (ie Sharing)  is all about according to Adobe and yourself.
    Why would we not  do the "crowd"...when we can easily...and it makes business sense our end. eg. less expense adds to our revenue ( bottom line).
    When will Adobe start running Ads , or porn  on my workspace for additional revenue?"

    I guess you dont think that is happening already from others who have access to your and my system via the internet!  Not
    one of the sites doing it now started off doing it.  Even Facebook is creeping in subscription and they run directed ads now. Guess why...its  easy "revenue". 
    Adobe already delivers content under the guise of "updates" via Adobe Air so they are capable.
    If you don't want the Internet between you and a client or other creatives, you are in the minority. Sharing is in. Cooperating is in. Going it on your own is not new or sexy or innovative. Common? Sure it is. And will likely continue to be for quite some time.
    As a hobbyist I am not sure how you could know I am in the minority amongst my peers and collaborators . Sharing and co operating has never been "out! Going on ones own...dont understand that because I am never lonely on the set , in the edit suite or in pre production! ie real people working together.
    Histroy: Adobe once upon a time gave us a system for passing files around and having them reviewed and annotated etc.  I went to the trouble of setting my clients up with this and teaching them how to use it.  When I say clients thats maybe 10- - 20 people that need to see an edit "work in progress".  They enthused for 10 minutes and then ignored it.  Subsequently...Adobe dropped the function.  Reason was never given and nobody compalained or missed it.
    Most of my work is  confidential ( eg new products, advt strategy, competitive etc) and to send it unsecured would be problematical. We share files directly to those who need them and to rely on another link in the internet chain that already breaks down is another risk in a deadline based world of the professional.
    No doubt...Adobes new and better pencil will be exactly that...new and better. ( and desireable)
    But...they want me (and you) to sign up to hire it.  Practically ...that means for as long as I need to use it.  So lets say  another 15 years! 
    15 years of renting a hammer or a chisel , a wrench, or a pencil ........
    Then I need to give them access to my Credit Card so they can be absolutely certain they get paid in regular amounts (Monthly) ...for what I happily paid them ...up front ...in cash previously,  in every 18 - 24 months period!
    So what kind of business prefers not to be paid up front in cash unless they have ulterior motives? 
    Now...how about the price anomally outside the U.S?  If we are really part of the Adobe Community...why?  The Adobe CEO refused to explain and side stepped it!
    Happy to subsidise the U.S hobbyists and pros  in the past but now they want more from us!
    Even without knowing the exact CC subscription price for NZ...guessing on what we do know ( AUST$ pricing )...it will be 40 to 60% more than what I paid in up front dollars for the 18 month to 2 years upgrades.
    FYI - In New Zealand and many other countries...we have never been able to purchase this software off the internet.  Always at premium price for the products.

    Many shops hot seat edit and fx stations already.  They  use the same licence to do so on those machines. Its simple scheduling ...made easier for me because of short form work.  The cloud offering two seats for one subscription will be investigated as well.
    What is the difference between my "crowd"   and Adobes "Cloud"?  Same idea..Sharing the love.
