Hi I would like to be able to connect to say this link

however if you just follow that link it will ask you for a username and password
is it possible via a urlconnection to have this automatically log in by appending the headers by using doOutPut
however how can i find out the information that this webpage is asking for anyhelp much appreciated

Re-reading this, I guess you never mentioned Servlets... I don't know where I got that from - probably another thread. Anyway, yes URLConnection in conjuction with its addRequestProperty will work. Search on "cookies" if you don't already know what a cookie looks like in terms of its representation in the HTTP header.

Some free advice. If your son is 8 years old, put him on your account, and set parental controls so that he cannot accidentally run up giant charges within the games.
If your son is 25 years old, get him his own AppleID and make him responsible for his own bills.
In between ... use your judgement.

Reload the page. If it doesn't load, choose Activity from Safari's Window menu, find that picture in the list, and see what it says to the right; this may reveal what the problem is.

It does not allow me go in a webpage that i could previously use, it just does not allow me to log into the webpage

i previously using firefox could access this webpage, but it logged me out and from then onwards i could no longer logg into the webpage as it keeps denying my information to log in, it is not the webpage as i can log in using internet explorer so i assume that the problem lies with firefox and the webpage.

Numbers documents from iOS need Numbers 3.2 on a Mac to open. And Numbers 3.2 requires Mavericks. If you are using Mavericks you can get Numbers 3.2 from the Mac App Store. It will be free IF you have Numbers 2 (iWork '09) installed. Otherwise you must buy it.
Your other option is to send the Numbers file as an Excel file via e-mail to yourself to open with an earlier version of Numbers.

Yes, I agree error log is not that helpful.
There are no errors or any log for that matter in IDM Console side, so I am guessing that error is occurring entirely in Java side.
I am trying to reset password for ABAP and IDM UI.
Backend is IDM UME.

Unfortunately, they don't allow you to keep your email after you graduate.. They failed to tell us this.. So, my school email is unable to be logged into. Where are you trying to log in? You should be able to change your ID at http://appleid.apple.com - can you log in there?
Before you change your ID you should log out of the iTunes Store and on any devices which are logged into iCloud. Then once you've changed it you can log back in with the new ID. (Your iCloud synced data will disappear from the device when you do this but will reappear when you sign back in - give it time).
If you are unable to sign into http://appleid.apple.com you will need to contact Support. Go to http://iforgot.apple.com and sign in with your iCloud login. I need to access a secure webpage using Java.
Normally, to login, I need to enter userID, password and the server that I want to connect to..
The page is made up of PHP.
I tried using Authenticator, but didn't work.
Can anyone tell me how to proceed with this?

Every time I try to log into ANY website that is secured, I get an error message "This connection is untrusted."

The error message is:
This Connection is Untrusted
You have asked Firefox to connect securely to www.facebook.com, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.
Normally, when you try to connect securely, sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified.
What Should I Do?
If you usually connect to this site without problems, this error could mean that someone is trying to impersonate the site, and you shouldn't continue.
www.facebook.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because no issuer chain was provided. (Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)
If you understand what's going on, you can tell Firefox to start trusting this site's identification. Even if you trust the site, this error could mean that someone is tampering with your connection.
Don't add an exception unless you know there's a good reason why this site doesn't use trusted identification.
Steps I have take so far:
Verified that system clock is correct
Cleared all cache, history, cookies, etc.; didn't help
Started Firefox in Safe Mode; didn't help
Disabled all Firefox extensions; didn't help
uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox using Control Panel; didn't help
Ran Microsoft Safety Scan for malware; nothing was found
Other information:
This problem exists ONLY in my user profile and ONLY in Firefox. All 5 other users can run Firefox with no problem. I can run IE and Chrome with no problem.
Problem exists in ALL secured (https) sites.
I use Avast and Windows Firewall. Had never heard of ESET or BitDefender before searching these forums.
A lot of the sites don't give me the option to Make an Exception. The two that I tried to make exceptions for, still wouldn't open.

unfortunately the fiddler2 issuer in certificates might be a sign of unwanted software present on your pc that is intercepting secure network traffic. please go into the system control panel and uninstall programs like BrowserSafeguard, BrowserSafe, SafeGuard or other software that sounds suspicious and didn't get installed by you intentionally.

I'm trying to log into my site that requires authentication but I get a popup that says it doesn't require authentication and then I get a 403

I have a site that requires authentication. In the past i have logged in using firefox with the following format

and gotten in just fine. I just set up a new computer with a new instance of firefox and try the same thing but I now get the following popup-
"You are about to log in to the site "sitename" with the username "username", but the website does not require authentication. This may be an attempt to trick you.
Is "sitename" the site you want to visit?"
When I click "yes" Firefox appears to try to go to the site without any authentication and I of course get a 403 Forbidden error.
I have tried reverting back to old versions of Firefox with no luck.

The purpose of that warning is to alert you to the possibility of being fooled by a link with login credentials at the beginning. On your old computer you might have tweaked this setting to limit when the warning appears:

Logging into Planning Webpage

Are you sure that these Apps were not purchased using another Apple ID...
If so, and you only have one ID, then Contact Customer Service...
