Кнопка соло включается сама по себе, без возможномти выключения. Не помогают клавиши "альт""сонтроль" и т.д.
При удалении соло трека, соло начинает мигать на другом треке и так постоянно.
В микшере тоже самое. При выделении в микшере нескольких каналов для того что бы убавить или добавить громкость ползунки (фейды) начинабт прыгать!!!
Сначала установил LOGIC PRO X, потом OSX Maverick.
После установки Maverick в Logic pro 9 - тоже самое.
Возможно нужно переустановить Logic. Как? Весь контент скачал.

2x iMac G5: Both Logic Board and Display Problems, Warrenty?

Thank you for looking at this topic.
I am Jeroen from The Netherlands and proud owner of several Mac Mini's, iMac's and Macbook's. I have 2times the iMac G5, a beautiful machine, but both not working since 2 months.
I have two times the iMac G5 with iSight, both have logic board and display problems.
The first iMac doenst start at all, black screen, i hear the chime, but nothing happening. After a minute i see one horizantal white stripe but nothing happens.
The second iMac has weird horizantal stripes also, but the computer starts. It gives a finder and questionmark icon. After a while the fans go crazy.
Both these symptons are widely known on the internet. I would like to get this fixed, but prices are crazy. And because this is a common issue I would expect to get this fixed for no costs. I have contacted several Apple resellers but they shown me high prices and bad services. On these forums I've saw people in the USA who get this fixed free of charge.
Does anyone has any advice for me? I'll call apple USA this morning.

I know of no repair extension authorization which provides for the repair of either computer you describe beyond its original 12 month period of coverage. If either machine is covered by a warranty extension program provided by AppleCare, then the parts, labor or both required to replace the defective components may be offered at no charge to you. Final determination of eligibility is made at the part level by authorized Apple service providers or dealers and by the specific serial number of the machine submitted for service.
Absent a warranty extension, however, it is quite likely that you will have to pay for the repairs is you elect to have them performed. -

KT333 Ultra; fuzzy logic, 1.6xp overclocking problem help !!!!!Not that I am an expert o/c but here are some thoughts on the matter.
My comments are based on my experiences of the KT3 Ultra2 which is basically the same as the Ultra version.
This mobo does not have the ability to lock the PCI/AGP bus freely from the FSB. However, it does have dividers. At 133 a 1/4 divider kicks in. Above 152FSB the 1/5 divider works, so that at 166 the PCI & AGP buses will be back in sync. If you are o/c your cpu, don't go from 133 to 145, etc since you will be running the PCI/AGP buses further out of whack. Just go to either the mid 150's or to 166 in one jump. The other problem / issue relates to your cpu. From what you say you have one of the old Palominos which are not great o/c's. I would personally o/c your cpu from the BIOS rather than 'Fluffy Logic' which I would tend to stay away from.
With a 166FSB cpu a very stable o/c would be 175-177 beyond 180 gets decidedly tricky.

hey guys ! I use logic pro ... not logic proX ... and i want to record my drums with 4 mics. I got a mixer with also 4 inputs ( Behringer Xenyx QX 1202USB ) But in my Logic i can't take the third input !?!? i can only choose 1 and 2 .... Please Help

What you need is not a mixer, but an audio interface with at least 4 mic inputs. There is a lot of choice there, but you should indicate a budget. You can go from, say, € 300 to € thousands, if you want.

However, there are other options (like multi-out mixer plus multi in interface, or standalone mic preamps plus interface with 4 inputs, etc). I have little experience using these however so I really cannot say much about which one(s) to get. The two mentioned above both have four mic preamps, but they are by no means the only way to do it.
The cheapest solution I can think of is to get a second 1204USB, plug it in, and in OS X create an Aggregate device (=the two are being merged into 'one virtual' interface with two discrete stereo (= four discrete mono) inputs. Disadvantage: you keep the same (limited) soundquality of the 16 bits convertors. Getting any of the interfaces mentioned earlier will also mean you'll make the significant step up from 16 to 24 bits sound. -

Logic control - fader problem.
I am having a strange problem with Logic control - sometimes one of the faders will go to the top but in logic it will read a value of - 13 db - and whenever i try to correct it it just goes back to that setting.
I do not have any automation on the track.
can anyone explain this behavior?

Open the control preferences and delete the logic control from the list.
Turn off the logic control
Exit logic
Restart logic
After logic is up and running, turn on the logic control

Trying my first pre-mastering attempt in Logic Pro X. I decided the best way to work was to create "Alternative" mixes for each track on the album totalllying 13, ordering each song as a region. So I went track by track and did my processing and added my in and out fades. Saved each time I switched alternatives to work on the next song.
On return, I opened each alternative and started boucing out. Check the bounced Wavs and three or four tracks had a weird "ghost" of material from other regions in the session. Reopened the Logic session to find that where my fades were, a little nugget of sound was playing from another region in the session.,
Simply altering the fades in any way took care of the problem, but it's not the most elegant solution with an anxious client (eager to hear your awesome masters) next to you and the Discmaker's upload page on the other computer;)
Anyone run into this yet?May I have your attention, Apple Logic Pro X developers/programmers:
Please explain if this is a bug, or if there is a setting I´ve missed somewhere? I have now Googled and checked every possible function in Logic, to no avail. I´ll blow some dust off my Logic 9 box in the meantime.

Additional: I cannot reproduce this issue here.. under 10.10.2 and LPX 10.1 I tested on both my testbed Macs and on both of them... Single clicking on the ruler moves the Playhead as normal.
Make sure you are single clicking below the numbers in the ruler....
Failing that.....
Delete both the main Logic prefs and the CS prefs....using these instructions. Please do exactly what they say in the same order.
Delete the user preferences
You can resolve many issues by restoring Logic Pro X back to its original settings. This will not impact your media files. To reset your Logic Pro X user preference settings to their original state, do the following:
Quit Logic Pro
In the Finder, choose Go to Folder from the Go menu.
Type ~/Library/Preferences in the "Go to the folder" field.
Press the Go button.
Remove the com.apple.logic10.plist file from the Preferences folder. Note that if you have programmed any custom key commands, this will reset them to the defaults. You may wish to export your custom key command as a preset before performing this step. See the Logic Pro X User Manual for details on how to do this. If you are having trouble with a control surface in Logic Pro X, then you may also wish to delete the com.apple.logic.pro.cs file from the preferences folder.
If you have upgraded from an earlier version of Logic Pro, you should also remove ~/Library/Preferences/Logic/com.apple.logic.pro.
Restart the computer.
Note. If you cannot find any of these files you didn't follow the instructions exactly as written -
Logic 7.1 MIDI problem (Digi 002)
A year ago, I bought a dual G4, a Digi 002, and started recording. After realizing I was using GarageBand more than ProTools, I bought Logic Pro. Of course, the 002 isn't a supported interface, but I could still use it as an input device - I could have my microphones, guitars, etc. pugged into it. I was also able to have my keyboard plugged into the MIDI IN on my 002, and I could use it in Logic. My only use for it is to use the audio instruments, to create strings, etc.
Somewhere in an update, things changed. Now, Logic doesn't seem to recognize any MIDI coming from the 002. I have trashed prefs, messed around with the AudioMidi setup... in the AMSetup, I can see my 002, and I can add in my keyboard, and cable it to the MIDI port of the 002. I get nothing in Logic.
Another change (in case these are related): At the same time, whenever I open a new Logic project, the "output" track (says "output 1-2) has a red X through it. I can manually change that, but it is weird.
What I want to be able to do is play my keyboard and have it make sounds through the audio instrument tracks.
In my transport window, it used to show the note I was playing when I hit my keyboard. Now it says No In, No Out.
Details:
OS 10.4.2, CoreAudio 6.9.2, LogicPro 7.1
I lost MIDI BEFORE I went to 10.4 and after I went to CA 6.9 (tried reverting that but it still didn't help), and after I went to QT 7 (reverted but that didn't help either).
Anyone know what's going on?
I am a real noob when it comes to the environment. I have several logic books, but I still can't grasp it. I have the feeling I could solve this in the environment, but I'm not sure how.Dirk, recently a whole load of musos like yourself started having problems with their misi setup following a security update from apple. The culprit seems to be update 2005-007. Anyway I spent hours trying to get my Logic Pro 7 to work properly again and after re-installing everything from Logic to the midi and audio drivers for my outboard midi and sound card to running first aid and doing permission repairs etc, I eventualfly went for the drastic step of doing an archive and re-install of my OS X.
How to do it properly is listed here:

Follow the instructions and reboot.
You will then need to run the software updates up to but excluding security 2005-007
You may fing some of your other 3rd party software may need to be re-insatlled after this and possibly some of your drivers for midi. But take it step by step. After the archive and install, run your software update from the apple menu then try to run Logic as normal. If any errors come up concerning midi timing etc, quit and re-intall your midi drivers from the latest update at the manufacturers site. Then try Logic again after rebooting.

By the way, it took me 2!/2 hours to do all theat, so patience is needed!

When I export an AAF file/project from Protools 9 using an external drive and import the AAF into Logice Pro X the drum track does not play correctly. It is out of sync with the rest of the track. I created the drum loop as a plugin using Native Instruments Maschine. Has anyone else had this problem?? Also how would I go about exporting the midi tracks from the Protools session. The midi track does not show when the file is imported to Logic Pro X. The midi data should export with the AAF file correct??

i am wondering if you can help me out with the following problem i cant solve:
when starting logic x with a not too big arrangement, lets say using one third to half of cpu, i open u-he plugin Diva and the cpu is going up on full range and the following error appears: "sample-rate 39299 (number always changes) reconized. Check conflict between logic pro x and external device"
as external device im running a VirusTi and as audio-device Apogge Duet. when dis-connecting both devices, i have the same problem.
putting the sample buffer up to the highest rate, doesnt change anything.
same arrangements on friends computers dont show that problem, so it has to be something wrong in my set up.
anybody has an idea?

Click on the Main button at the bottom of the window. To the right of the Master section are two selectors called Accuracy and OfflineAcc. In the current version of Diva these are global parameters i.e. they remain fixed across all presets, per loaded instance:
draft........CPU-friendly, but FM will sound rough and resonance is primitive i.e. NOT zero delay! fast......... Fine for older computers and/or when you need more polyphony in acceptable quality great...... The best compromise between quality and polyphony on high-power computers divine..... Top-quality zero delay feedback filters... but can your computer can handle it?
OfflineAcc only has two options – same or best (i.e. divine in the current version).
Some host applications may have problems rendering to audio at the selected accuracy, but the
better ones include an “inform plug-ins of offline rendering status” or similar.
I typically work in draft mode and then switch to Devine or best when freezing the track or bouncing the entire project... -
Logic Pro 9 Midi Problems Multiple Devices
Hello, im having issues with using multiple external devices in Logic Pro 9. I have a virus TI 2 and a prophet hooked up to a Saffire Pro 40 audio card which I am using the Midi Hub.
Basically, If I have an external instrument (prophet) playing on a track I have to turn the virus off or else there is midi problems communicating with the prophet 08.
The Biggest issue i'm having here is that when the midi data in the external instrument track is playing, if I'm selected on the track while its playing, I get an extreme cluster #$)* of midi on the midi input display and it completely and utterly destroys what the prophet is trying to play into logic.
In my Midi setup on Mac Snow Leopard, I have the ins and outs of the prophet going to the saffire pro 40. The virus is connected and playing midi via USB.
Anyone know how I should be setting this up so the midi information is not getting messed up? Yes, I have consulted the user manuals.Not: My ZED R Mixer connected FireWire 400 800 cable with iMac

I have read (and re-read) all the suggestions about fading
text.......setting it to "static"....breaking apart.....changing
the text to a symbol.....
I am using Flash Pro 8 (yes...it's old....I only do the
occasional thing on it)
The problem is that I have found the results inconsistent. It
always works on the timeline and
sometimes works when I 'Test movie'. Sometimes it works if I
delete a layer beneath the text layer....then, if I delete some
frames....it stops.

Rix in the UKStrange but true....it gets worse....I have tested it so much
that I have found inconsistent behaviour eg. add a layer and the
problem goes....add a second new layer and the problem returns.....
However, having spent more time on it this morning I have
come to conclude that I need to forget trying to make "text" fade.
The only consistent behaviour comes when I convert the text to a
movie clip symbol before I place it on the stage.
I then apply the fades to the instances of the symbol and not
the raw text. Adding and removing layers does not then affect the
fading of the other layers.
All the other posts suggesting "static text" and "dynamic
text" or clicking " break apart" may work once or twice but not
with repeatable consistency.

Cluster Disk Logical Disk Performance Counters Problem
I have some problem with Oracle cluster. It's a two node Windows server 2008 R2 SP1 cluster with MS Failover cluster. I have SCOM 2012 SP1 with latest OS MP (agent running with local system rights). All other cluster are showing fine performance counters
but this cluster does only show one cluster disk free space counters. It has 5 cluster disks (MBR formatted). Logical disk performance counters are running fine. So my questions:
What performance counters does the new "Cluster Disk % and MB free space rule" use? Is it the same old Logical Disk performance counter that collects data for example for drive C:?
What should I check from this cluster because performance view from my cluster groups are not showing all disks, just one and there are 5 cluster disks?

Health Explorer from Cluster group shows all Cluster disks!We have this issue with normal Win server 2008 SQL servers. I can see disks at the Health Explorer view but no collection rules at the performance view. Rule does not have any overrides and it's enabled by default. We use the latest Core OS pack and Cluster
